We came with friends and enjoyed every moment of it. We had some AC issues but they got fixed the same day. We were able to have 6 people out on the water with the provided water crafts and the sunset and sunrise from the water/porch is just breathtaking. You are right on the water so there is no obstructions. We recommend bringing bug spray, as there are lots of mosquitos at night, but I that was expected. We only had 2 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so if you are there for 5 days like us with a lot of people bring extra of that stuff. Highly recommend the fudge at the end of the road and checking out Connors store down the road who has everything you would need.

Everything about this property was great. The location was great, the house had everything we needed, the views were incredible. Will definitely be back.

Jim was awesome to work with. Views and privacy really made the stay. Beautiful sunsets and great boat/ water access. Love that it’s dog friendly. Pups certainly loved it!

Views were excellent. House was acceptable but could use some updating especially in the lower level bathroom. Use of kayaks and paddle boards were a plus.

We absolutely loved our stay and the owner was fabulous. The bottom floor is just a gigantic master suite with king bed and jacuzzi tub with private porch and hammock. Theres also a little doggy fenced in area right off the porch which makes it super easy to just open the door and let dogs out to potty. The 2nd floor has the rest of the bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, livingroom, hot tub deck, screened in porch and laundry. There are steps that lead right down into the water, making it easy for those even with mobility issues able to enjoy the sound. The use of the kayaks and paddle board made this trip even more special, as we had teens with us that used them daily. Snorkling in the backyard was awesome. Fishing spot was great but didn't catch a lot of big fish, but the water that week was just hot (the water temp was 88) Still managed to catch some croaker, spots, shad, pin fish. The yard is big, and we even played a few rounds of wiffle ball. The teens enjoyed evening strolls down to Scotch Bonnet to grab fudge and goodies. Overall just a fantastic place and we would be thrilled to come back to this house!

The pictures don't do it justice! So peaceful, great water views from wherever you are, good fishing, the best sunset views, sweet coffee bar, and very helpful management just a quick call away. Outstanding!! Highly recommend.

My husband loves this home, he is an avid fisherman and loves the dock right on the sound. The granddaughters loved paddle boarding and kayaking. The house was plenty spacious for all 9 of us. We will definitely be coming back!

Another wonderful stay! Weather didn’t cooperate but was still a great trip.. catching up with wonderful friends that we’ve met over the years that are now family! ( Jim that is you!!) Can’t wait to come back next year!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of Heaven
