Wonderful!! We got a snow storm while we we there and it was truly appreciated that there were tons of available spices for our use to cook in. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pan and essentials. Close to grocery store as well. Really clean and comfortable beds. The top floor is good for kids since the stairs leading to it are kind-of steep. I would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Park City.

The property was great for two families with one kid each. The third floor loft has really steep stairs so not the best for everyone but it is really quiet once you are up there. The property itself is a little dated but has everything you need and is the right price. The huge private hot tub alone is worth the booking! Don’t expect to walk to PC base. It looks closer than it is. The shuttle stops across the street and is only one (maybe two) stops away. We just had family members take/pick us up each day.

Everything you need for a ski vacation! Walkable to the silver star lift and lodge, and shuttle across the street can take you anywhere else in PC!

We had 3 couples and 2 younger guys and the space was perfect for us. The location and proximity to the skiing was unbeatable. The hot tub was a huge hit. Would definitely love to stay there again. Rick was very responsive to the one small issue we had. Snow was epic and our time at Payday was perfect.

This is our second time to stay in this property. The location is great and it has all of the amenities that our family needs for a successful winter trip. Additionally, the hosts are amazing people and so easy to work with. We are looking forward to our next stay.

We loved this condo! Great location to walk and get right on the lift at Silver Star! Rick was so great to communicate with about everything!! The condo was so well stocked in every way!! Our favorite was having the fireplace and spa at the end of ski days!! We would love to rent this property again!!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and spices. Hot tub on back deck was so nice after a day of skiing! Loved having the fireplace too.

Condo was in a great location. .5 from Park City parking lot. Convenient to a ski shop for rentals, a lift, groceries, etc... Hot tub was awesome after a long day skiing. We did not cook but the kitchen had everything needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property is about 3-5 minutes from PC base. Four guys had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Good hot water. Hot tub could have been more powerful but was fine. Silver Star lift was closed probably due to lack of staff. If running would have been convenient but driving was no big deal. Unit is as advertised. Owner was very helpful. Downtown old town is 5-8 minute drive.

My husband and I and our 2 adult children stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The condo was well stocked, had a beautiful fireplace, big screen TV, and super great hot tub/jacuzzi on the back deck, and a beautiful view! It snowed from the day we got in to the day we left so we were really glad we rented a car! The location was close to Park City Mountain ,restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to Old Town Park City The condo has 3 levels and plenty of room to spread out. Lots of extra blankets, which we really appreciated since we’re from Houston and aren’t used to cold weather. We ate at Grub Steak, The Eating Establishment, Sammy’s Bistro, and Versante Hearth. All very good! I recommend getting reservations for any restaurants you want to dine at, as the crowds can be overwhelming to these places Thanks for a great stay! When we go back to Park City we will try to reserve this place again

Our stay at this cozy condo was perfect and the view was amazing. Everything was very clean and exactly what we expected based on the listing. Convenience to Park City Mountain and Historic Main St was absolutely perfect. Rick, the property owner, was very responsive and such a pleasure to deal with. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Bus was very convenient and close. Unfortunately the Silver Star lift (walking distance to the house) was not open. Rick was very easy to work with.

Rick was amazingly helpful in aspects pertaining to his rental property. He went above and beyond to help us navigate and unfortunate loss of my husbands ID's while skiing one day and we cannot thank him enough for being kind and going above and beyond to assist us. Our two families of four thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, ample sleeping space, and convenience of this property. It was PERFECT! The Silver Star lift is a very short walk (even in ski boots) to access the mountain and avoid large groups in Park City Mtn entrance and the Canyons locations. If we are fortunate enough to return to Park City, we would absolutely try to reserve this property again. Amy

The hot tub with a view, stars at night and snow coming down was our favorite! Super communication with host. Would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and 3 other friends rented this location for a ski weekend. Unit was clean and well stocked. The information packet you receive after booking is very helpful. The in deck jacuzzi was awesome after a day on the slopes. The silver star lift was practically across the street as well as the silver star Cafe which is great for apre' ski and dinner as well. Your close to town so I recommend uber for trips into town. I will definately be booking this condo again.

Getting on and off the mountain was so easy!It’s only 1 mile from Main Street downtown area and the condo complex is right on the free shuttle/bus stop thats runs around every 20 minutes!The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need for every meal! The hot tub is awesome and right out the back door! The kitchen, dining, and living space are wide open which is great for groups! Finally, the mud room area for skis/boards/boots is awesome for unloading wet gear at the end of the day! Overall, we would highly recommend this place! The Property was just as described, located just a 5 min walk from the Silver Star lift. It was great to have a private hot tub for after skiing and the property had ample space for our group. We will be checking if this unit is available for our next trip to Park City!

Overall, we enjoyed this condo (after an issue upon arrival -which the owner worked to resolve very quickly). Owner responsive & fair. Great location. Kids loved hot tub.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family get-together. The common areas were both cozy and roomy. The kitchen was very well equipped (a huge plus since we like to cook) and all nine of us could fit comfortably around the dining room table (with extra chairs). The hot tub was great after skiing. The two master bedrooms were great (comfortable beds and good closets etc, the main floor one also has a small desk), the third one on the top floor has rather steep stairs and a low slanted ceiling and may be slightly less suitable for elderly / small children / very tall people but it worked out perfectly well for our teenagers, and so did the loft area. The mud room was perfect for storing skis and shoes and also had a long bench that was very helpful when everyone was getting ready in the morning. It is a short walk to the Silver Star lift and it’s close to the town center and to the grocery store (a nice walk or a very short drive). We loved the view of the golf course from the large windows. The place was very clean and there were plenty of towels. Great washer and dryer. The communication with Rick before and during our stay was excellent - he was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again next time we come to Park City. Highly recommended!

Our family of 6 found the place spacious and convenient to Park City ski area as well as to town. We liked having 3 bathrooms and the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. We did not make use of the attic bedroom as it seemed a bit cold and the steps up were a bit much. There was a nice sleeping area outside of the second floor bedroom that worked well. We really enjoyed the hot tub!

This Condo is the perfect getaway for a ski vacation! Its a SHORT walk (5 min) to the Silver Star Ski Lift. The Silver Star Ski Rental shop is right at this Lift, so you rent all of your ski equipment there and also store your skis and poles over night each night for ZERO at the store(they are very helpful and nice there - very competitive pricing). The Condo is very clean, cozy and spacious. We loved the entry way w/ the mud room/ski storage room - we were able to take off all of our ski gear and store out in that area making it so much easier and cleaner when entering the condo. The fire place and the jacuzzi were so wonderful, especially after a long day on the slopes. There are x3 bedrooms and x3 Full bathrooms. There is an additional bonus room that you can close off for privacy. This Condo has EVERYTHING you need to be comfortable during your stay. We had 6 people (3 couples total) and we all had our own rooms and we each had our own bathrooms, which was a nice plus. The Owners of this condo are extremely nice, super helpful and very easy to reach when needing anything at all. I would definitely love to stay here again :) Great place !

We booked our first trip out west to ski at this property and we were not disappointed. We had a fabulous vacation with our 2 teenage sons and this condo exceeded our expectations. Perfect location to access Park City slopes via the Silver Star lift. Just a short walk to the lift, rental shop, ticket booth and great restaurant (Silver Star Cafe). Condo was comfortable, clean and spacious. Private hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. The property owner, Rick, was helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries. We highly recommend a stay at this location!

Well equipped condo for your ski trip. three minute walk to the lift or you can take the bus if you want to go to the Canyons. Convenient to everything. Great area to store your skis and equipment right outside your front door. Helpful neighbor is a friend of the owner and helped us with directions, snow shovels, advice, etc. Separate suite for the parents. Lets you be close to the kids and have your privacy too. Well stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes. We left three sleds so you can go sledding at the local hockey ring.
