Only good things to say. Staff was super nice. Elevators are rough around 4 with so many people checking in but we just avoided them around that time. Will stay again.

This unit was excellent for our family. We had a wide range of ages 2 - 60+ adults; 4 young adults and 3 young children - 6 mos, 4 yrs and 6 yrs. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we had plenty of room to spread out. The area had plenty of entertainment for all ages.

Condo- it was clean and the beds and couch were comfy. The 4 beds rooms gave us lots of space. There are minimal starting supplies like toilet paper, so be prepared to bring toilet paper, dish detergent, etc. all on day 1. Property-the pools are really close together, but fun. The luggage carts, security staff and parking garage staff were all great. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hallway and common areas. Restaurant- on our arrival day we visited H20 by the pools. The supervisor brought 3 plates of food that matched our party’s order, so they began to eat. A few moments later while we waited for the rest of our food, the supervisor came back screaming that we were eating someone else’s food. Then she screamed at the waitress, and then the waitress came and screamed at us. It was the worst customer service I have ever received at a restaurant. Our kids started crying and the staff made quite the scene for the entire pool area. I would NEVER go back there!

We were close to everything. Stayed a month and only had to use the car to get groceries. We walked to shopping , and eating, and entertainment.

Only 1 parking pass for a 2 bedroom unit, we had to sweep and mop the floor once we arrived. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes, we had to hand wash.

We had such a great week here! The condo is perfect and has everything you could need, and if not there’s a Walmart just half a mile down the road. The beach was fantastic and there are several restaurants and other attractions within walking distance or a short drive.

This property is very nice the view of the ocean is absolutely gorgeous!!!

Condo was excellent for the family vacation. Lots of activities in the area to do.

Not top on our list when we return next year. Will return to the Aqua

Property was exactly as listed, clean comfortable and just a short walk to everything you need! 5th floor was great and exactly what my family needed!

This was a very nice place. A few issues out of owners control but they were addressed and very accomidating. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is really nice. It is a lot lot lot of work to leave the room to do anything. It takes a lot of time and even more patience just getting the vehicle unloaded and up to the room. A wait for the elevator is an understatement. The quickest we got an elevator was the day we checked out because we decided to leave at 3:00 am to avoid waiting for the elevators. The pools and hot tubs are extremely nice but extremely crowded. The movie theater only has 2 showings on 2 separate days. Tuesday and Thursday. The parking garage is across the street. Lots of walking and lots of stairs if you don’t want to wait for an elevator in the tower and then in the parking garage. Like I said great great condo just not an ideal location for my family.

We had a lovely time staying here. It was a perfect place for our needs and it was wonderful to watch the dolphins in the morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. A lot of people were complying with the mask mandate, which was nice. Great place to stay for a family getaway!

We had a fun trip! Condo was clean, and property owners communicated quickly by email. The wait time for the elevators was a little long but that’s to be expected the week of the 4th. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we go back to PCB.

We had a great time! The view is perfect and actually very quiet. I would recommend packing some extra towels but everything else was great! I will most definitely bring my family back.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Majestic. The condo was the perfect size for us plus the view of the gulf was spectacular! The building provided a variety of amenities. There was always plenty to keep us occupied or we could choose to relax and enjoy sunsets and the beach.

Our experience at the Majestic Towers 1 was so great. We were convenient to shopping and restaurants. The elevators were very show but we were warned about that through other reviews so the length of time that it took to get an elevator was expected. The management may want to try to do something about that. We ate at the H2O restaurant a few times and the food was excellent. Easy access to the beach and the pools. I would highly recommend starting at the Majestic Towers.

We had a great experience! Fridge took a while to get cold but it ended up being fine. We couldn’t figure out the fans in the rooms they were working first couple days then stopped? But it was awesome! Highly recommend

The condo was nice and manager was responsive when we had issues with our door lock. I just wasn't a fan of the amount of people on the beach and pool, but overall enjoyed my stay and would recommend the condo to others.

Pros: Property was as described. Beautiful view of the ocean. Condo was clean. Grounds were well kept. Owners quick to respond. Cons: coffee maker was missing the basket and when used coffee went everywhere. ( had new one in cabinet did not notice until property manager let us know) Washer quit working, air conditioning would not cool below 74 (appeared it needed freon) so it made for hot days (ceiling fan in master bedroom only worked if you stood on bed and pushed it. Master bedroom mattress needed replacing as it has a lump in the middle. Contacted property manager about washer and air conditioner waited almost two hours contacted the owner and received immediate response. Nothing could be fixed which did damper our stay. Knowing we would have a washer we did not pack many clothes/bathing suits/towels for our stay. Manager did buy us new beach towels (washer went out after it filled up with beach towels in it) Overall condo is nice and VERY clean. We would stay again if all the amenities were fixed

We were met at the door by an angry owner because we were 3 hours early. Once we received the access code we assumed we had access, since this is how previous owners at this location have operated. Big mistake. Also the room was so hot we had to go buy a box fan to cool the master bedroom because the vent was not blowing any air and we could not sleep. We also found rat feces under the sink. I took pictures. Then we were charged $20 for two lost armbands when we lost only one and left the 4 clearly on the counter. We were also charged for blue cupcake icing stain on a towel, probably because the washing machine is so tiny and old it will only wash three towels at a time. I’m sure it’s not thoroughly cleaning any of the towels. We have loved all of our previous stays and owners until this visit. We will NEVER stay here again.
