Location was easy to reach most of the main sights. The host was super helpful when checking in. He took time to explain where to find things.

The air conditioner wasn’t great because it was in the main room so you couldn’t feel it easily from the bedroom. It was also leaking. The location was great but it can be noisy at night which is not always good if you have small kids.

The location is so central. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare an easy meal, the cleaner came daily, Bruno was soooo helpful. Absolutely fantastic stay.

The owners are very helpful, we've got specific information about the location as well as some suggestions about visiting Rome and good restaurants. The place is very nice, cosy and clean and the location is absolutely great (although when staying near the Piazza di Spagna you have to be prepared for some noise in the evenigns). I would definitively choose the same place again.

Paola was so responsible and nice. reply quick and informative, and help us for extra request. rooms are clean and well equipped.

The location was excellent, right beside Spanish steps, reasonably quiet compared to other apartments we stayed in. linens were fresh and crisp, host was friendly and helpful, check in was easy and the apartment felt very secure.

lobby was a bit grotty, drains were smelly once the shower had been running, WiFi didn’t work. none of this mattered really, it was a really great apartment for the money!

Paola was waiting for us with the keys; she is lovely. The apartment is in the heart of Rome; the Spanish Steps are right behind the building. There is a restaurant right in front of the building and by night it might get a bit noisy. There are all the appliances you need - dishwasher, washing machine, hob, hood, espresso machine (Nespresso). The apartment houses easy 3 persons, but for us there was an extra bed in; we wore 3 adults and 1 child. The location is excellent; right in the center; walking distance to Fontana di Trevi (5-8 min). Great walk in closet.

We traveled in Nov and it was a bit chill in the apartment and the AC was on warm, but I didn't manage to heat up really good. The noise from the street & the restaurant in front of the building. Cleaning is not done properly; we arrived on Friday and on Saturday there wore already dust collected in the corners of the room. The bathroom needs an upgrade.
