Close to pool and people were very friendly. Nice view of the water front. Will go back.

This place was clean and had plenty of space for my family! We loved it and would stay here again in the future.

We had a relaxing time at #456 White River. The view was amazing! The condo was updated and nice. When we had an issue with the door, PJ came over within 10 minutes to change the battery so the code would work. It was quiet. It was nice being 30 minutes from Branson—away from the traffic but close enough to enjoy the amenities. We found a great local restaurant recommended by PJ— The Fillin Station.

This place is a great location! Right by the boat docks, nice grass cove to swim from just down the hill, and swimming pool right down the stairs. The grocery store is close too! The condo is clean and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. Overall great stay

Great stay and great host. We had a small issue with the hot water. She promptly took care of it. Could not have asked for a better rental or host.

This particular condo was hard to find in the dark because of its location and the way the numbers are located from the road. It could have been cleaned better, we found several items/trash under the beds, behind cabinets and some dishes weren’t cleaned. However, the rest of the place was nice and met our needs. The beds were comfy, nice updated bathrooms and seemed safe. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend.

The view in the morning and evening are worth it. My family usually takes a vacation to Branson every year but we don't like to stay in the heavy traffic areas. This place was perfect and peaceful.

We didn't know what to expect since it was our first time booking a trip like this. It was amazing, view was beautiful and condo was nice! One of the best parts was bringing our dogs to enjoy as well.

Excellent place to stay. Clean and organized. It had an up to date lake theme. Not cheesy blue and green decor. The view was breathtaking. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony as often as possible. The drive to Branson was a little long, but the drive was also a great sight seeing adventure. Highly recommend this place.

This was a nice place to use as a home base for three weeks as we visited with family and enjoyed some Branson/Table Rock attractions. The unit was clean upon arrival and the view of the lake and Kimberling City bridge off the balcony is wonderful. The pictures of the second “bath” is a bit deceiving. The tub and toilet are behind a closed door for privacy but the sink and mirror (pic 15 on listing) is open to the 2nd bedroom. In addition there is a picture of an extra bedroom (pic16) that isn’t part of this unit. At first I thought it was just different bedding but the real bedrooms for this unit have wall sconces and this pic does not. Some kitchen utensils and dishes were cracked or too dull to be useful. One other positive- Property management was quick to respond when I contacted to bring an iron and board (which was listed but not on site) and to change lightbulbs. However I did not contact them about the kitchen utensils and just lived with it. Overall it served its purpose and for a reasonable price. The only thing I would say that I felt I didn’t receive clear up front information on even when asked was about the dog. I appreciate that he was allowed, but there was no really good place to walk the dog without him having to be carried or him walking across hot blacktop parking lot. I was told there were close places for the dog to relieve himself in public travel areas and would just need to clean up after him. This would have been acceptable if it had been grassy area. I only found rocky areas. The nearest grassy areas had “no pets allowed” signs.

Property was very nice except, the A/C went belly up last weekend. Management was great to try and move me to a different property, but being the last wknd of spring break in Branson. Got pretty warm that wknd, and mgmt advised that I would not be charged for the wknd, but I haven’t heard back from them yet!

The place has a very awesome view of the water, it was clean and provided with all the things you will need in a house, except food 😊 We are thankful to John & Val, they reply/answer to our calls very quick. We will recommend the place and will come back again.
