Convenience to the Giant Steps Lodge was a major plus! It was so close and great for our little kids to come back and rest. The condo was nice with lots of beds! We did have a hard time getting the codes for firewood and the clubhouse. Even after contacting the host, we were still given the wrong code for wood, but luckily another guest was able to help us. The condo kitchen was sparsely stocked. Plenty of cups and dishes, but not a lot of extras like we have experienced in other condos. There was only 1 roll of paper towels provided and it wasn’t even a complete roll. Would have been nice to have some sort of counter cleaner or rags to wipe off the table and counters after meals. Very bare bones stocked in the kitchen but the condo was clean and comfortable. Great place to kick off the New Year and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Brian Head was truly amazing. The condo we stayed at was top notch. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The place was roomy and exactly as described. It fit our family of 8 perfectly and I absolutely loved all of the places to hang towels, jackets, purses etc. There was plenty of parking and the location was perfect. Could walk to the slopes for mountain biking and a local park was onsite for fishing and having a picnic. Plenty of outdoor games available as well including pickle ball, basketball, volleyball and tetherball. Playground for kids and a paved trail around lake. Truly everything you could ever want.

Our stay was great, enjoyed the facility and the location.

Condo was perfect for our family, within walking distance of lift, rentals, dining options, and ice skating.

We were worried that the place would be cramped with 8 adults but it was perfect. Everything worked in the house and the location was perfect.

The property was as described. Easy access to Giant Steps ski in/ski out for intermediate+. Beginners easy access to Navajo via shuttle. One of the best stocked condos we have stayed in. First floor was great! Owner was quick to respond and helpful when we had problem connecting to wifi. Would definitely stay here again..

Very relaxing stay at 9600 feet. Condo has everything needed & more. Nice kitchen & gas bbq. Close to ski lifts, shops, & trails.

Place was super comfortable, clean, perfectly located to the ski slopes, and the start line for our half marathon. If you want a second home away from home this is a great location.

We arrived but could not find any documentation that showed which unit we were in. We had a code but no unit number. We called the owner and she didn’t respond. Over 2 hours later she called. But by that time we had tried the code on every door in the place and eventually found it. The condo is small but clean. But the view is the pits. And the walls and ceiling is paper thin. Like the dog above is along with the family made a ton of noise. The owner called the next morning. Left no message. I texted and still have no received a response to why she called. I can’t imagine winter when ski boots are the attire…sooooo loud. Will definitely stay in Brianhead again. Just not at this condo. Or any in the Giant Steps condo area.

I hesitate writing such a good review because I don't want this condo to get too popular. We had an amazing time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the chair lifts was awesome and the kids loved going to the hot tub in the clubhouse at the end of the day. Thank you so much!

Booked the trip in advance and the Lord blessed us with fresh powder. Wonderful ski-in-ski-out. Got there unloaded the vehicle and didn't get back in it until we left. On the first floor so it was 6 steps down to the snow. Can not beat the proximity to the slopes/lift Newly remodeled nice set up. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our daughters birthday a success. Bedrooms were nice. It may be time for a new box spring for the master bed, but everything was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again!

Communication with the property manager was terrible. Emails were not straight forward, I had to open multiple pages just to find the unit #, upon arrival there was no key in the lockbox and it took over an hour to finally get into the condo. It was very frustrating! Once we were in the condo it was clean and beautiful. I recommend slippers, the floor is cold!!

Property was well stocked and clean. I gave a 4 star for cleanliness because it smelled a little smoky and we aren't smokers. But overall it is a great place to stay! So close to the slopes and on the 1sr floor are pluses! Decorated nice/updated, plenty of towels and linens, kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of room for my family of 6. We had a magical White Christmas!

Adequate for our stay. Bed was comfortable in the master bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was great and very relaxing. Close enough to walk to pizza or the store. Amenities were also great. We would definitely stay again
