Reviewer Comments: We stayed at TeeJays, a most convenient position, a short easy walk to the beach, the shops, pub, RSL, cinema, eateries, church and the bowls club. What more could you want! The unit itself was roomy and comfortable except for the small kitchen. Everything you could possibly need was supplied with the exception of WiFi.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very very wet week with 400 mm of rain whilst we were there. The unit was neat and tidy and tiny. Because of the wet weather we did not have to use the window rollers to keep the noise down from the pub. The unit was very handy to the main street and eating areas and the beach. My only criticism was the large bed (which was very comfortable) in a small room where we both ended up with bruises from the confined space and the timber bed end. The shower stall needed a clean with mould around the bottom but otherwise it had everything you would need and more.

Lots of space for the 2 of us and nice big TV for rainy days, however a few of the lights weren’t working. Don’t remember seeing this on the listing. Thanks ��

Easy access to Sawtell's main street and to the beach. A bit noisy when the hotel crowd leave on Friday and Saturday - an incentive to stay up late and take advantage of the massive TV.

Great location. Well equipped with essentials provided homely feel. Beds slightly too firm but overall excellent!

This is a well presented unit , very well equipped. Parking is a little difficult but can be coped with. Ideal for a couple of family.

Clean, except down side of and under lounge cushions could have been cleaner. Should advise front load washing machine so you can have washing detergent for front loader Walking distance to beach, shops, transport, RSL
