Great opportunity to enjoy the beach after the official end of summer. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of bike riding resulted in an enjoyable beach week with great food near by. Unit was clean and had everything needed to enjoy time inside and out

This rental turned out to be wonderful for our family and little Westie! It was closer to the beach than most of the Rosemary Beach houses we have stayed at in the past (none of which allowed pets). Took us less than 2 minutes to get to the beach. It was a short walk to live music, shops and great food. Only time we got in the car was to drive north for back-to-school shopping. When stocking the freezer, someone had placed a shelf off- balance with frozen glasses on top. When I opened the drawer, the shelf fell and broke a couple glasses. I immediately notified the owner and offered to replace them. He apologized and offered to have more shipped immediately if we didn’t have enough available. Owner was appreciative and kind. Everything at the home was lovely. The owner provided chairs and umbrellas if you chose to bring your own to the beach. Very nice option for those not wanting to rent or for the less busy off season. The beach is split in 2; one side for bring your own gear and one side for rental chairs. We were thankful to have gotten rental chairs because at least there were walking paths. The bring your own chair side was packed until you could hardly see sand. One group and then the next, packed in. It was much busier than we were used to. The walking path to the beach was quite beautiful. It was nice area for walking the dog and at night it was nice to be within a gated community.

We had an amazing time. This home and location is perfect. We loved that we could walk to the beach and easily bike to town with the bikes that were provided.

Everything needed was available at this home. Having the bikes and beach chairs was a great saving and convenience. The central location to restaurants and shops was a plus. The security for the property was great. Last beach and pool access was perfect.

Beautiful home perfect for a family. Close to beach with access to a community pool that always had availability. Lovely walk out deck perfect for early morning coffee and late evening cocktails. Bathrooms modern with excellent showers. Kitchen had everything for the chef as we love to cook.

We had a wonderful 5 nights, including Christmas, at this beautiful home. The location was perfect, situated in between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The weather turned unusually cold but it was still a wonderful stay....can't wait to return in warm weather! This house will be the one we will choose when we return to the area. We loved the use of the bikes and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for making meals.

We had 3 lovely days at this beautiful home which was a short walk to the beach. Perfect kidless get-away!

Absolutely loved the location of the house. The pictures are exactly what you will get on your little getaway. Not far from the gorgeous emerald ocean, Seacrest square, and literally right in the middle of Alys and Rosemary area. We barely used our cars as we walked or took a bike ride anywhere we wanted to go. Can’t express what a beautiful week we had .. thank you for opening your home to us, we have the best memories that will last a lifetime.

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, “as advertised” in all regards, and in a great location.

The only drawback was the steps to the beach 🏖 way to many for me as an 80 year old I needed a little more warning about how steep The steps were but it didn’t deter my family everything was clean and we had no problems except there were only three washcloths per room not near enough for my family as they take a couple or more baths a day being in such a hot climate thanks for the hospitality

Really enjoyed this house and location! The house is in a safe gated community with security full time and a short walk to the green water. Walkway to the beach lined with palm trees. House is decorated and furnished in casual coastal modern style. Windows provide lots of natural light. The porch is perfect for morning coffee and grilling at night. You can easily walk or bike down to Rosemary or Alys, both less than 0.5 miles away, for shopping and dining. There are bikes included and beach chairs. Recommend renting chairs well in advance from La Dolche Vita. There’s a cute market store for groceries in walking distance. Lots of live music nightly all around. Family beach with nice families. The main downside to this area is the beaches are deeded and this one in particular is most crowded in July with 5+ rows of chairs and umbrellas. This is mostly because the neighborhood across the street is packed and shares the same beach access. Despite the busy beach, I still find this to be the best area to stay. The chair rental company has good service and moved us away from loud music/smoking as requested. The pool was never busy or hard to get a chair. We walked across the street and used the massive pool in that neighborhood (sea crest lagoon pool) which has a little lunch cafe and bar. It wasn’t locked and no one seemed concerned we were there- still unclear if we were supposed to be there or not? The house was clean and ready on time. Everything was as expected except I didn’t see beach towels provided but purchased some at the shopping center across the street. Overall highly recommend this vacation home and would definitely return.

Great location, convenient to many shops, restaurants, etc. Short walk to the pool and beach. Seacrest beach was quite crowded due to the private chair and umbrella sales occupying the majority of the beach...get there early to set up. The property was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Our children enjoyed the bikes very much as we had extended family staying at Rosemary Beach. Definitely bring more paper towels and toilet paper if staying more than 3 days. Thank you!

The hosts were great. We had a few questions initially (normal stuff) and it never took them longer than a minute to reply. They are on point and the property was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this house, perfect for our family. We even got to bring our pup! It is a lovely 1-minute walk to the pool and the beach, and a quick 5-min walk or even quicker bike ride into downtown Rosemary Beach. Seacrest Beach is also steps away, and you can grab some great snacks and see live entertainment at night. We joined the tennis club in Rosemary Beach for the week, and we played many times. Overall, we love this area and will continue coming back. The beach is the prettiest I've seen, and the sand is like powdered sugar on your feet. Alys Beach is also a quick walk/bike ride, and there are many great restaurants and shops there as well - and it is so beautiful to walk through the neighborhoods! You won't regret coming to visit this area - it is magical!

Great location, easy walk to both Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach. Very kid friendly & security was very proactive in making sure people entering had proper wristbands.

Awesome location, great house, and dog friendly! The beach access was super convenient. Only thing was is that certain beach access, you only have about 500 feet of space to choose from. You’re packed like sardines. We ended up paying to have private seating. However, the house was PERFECT! Will book again

We had a wonderful time staying at this property, we had everything we needed and the beach was a very short walk from the cottage. We loved taking the bikes out and roaming around the different areas. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a perfect location for a beach vacation with parents and an infant! The home is pristine and well stocked with everything needed to enjoy our stay. There is even a large bin outside with beach chairs and umbrellas. The house is within walking distance of restaurants in seacrest, alys, and Rosemary. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was nice and had an excellent location. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child. We saved a great deal of money by having the bikes included. They were very nice bikes, too! Having our dog with us was special, as well. Property owner and manager easy to communicate with.

Great cozy home, true to description and pictures. Nicely located close to shops. Beach was overcrowded. Brand new bikes were a great bonus!
