We absolutely loved staying at 11 Squaw Road- The layout of the house was perfect for our family and the pool area was perfect as well! We had 3 kids so it was wonderful that the pool was fenced in for safety reasons. Everything was clean and fresh upon arrival and there was plenty of paper goods, towels, sheets and blankets available. House is in a great location in relation to town and right next to an excellent restaurant called Mobys. I would definitely rent this house again next summer!

There are so many things I could say ...from the moment we walked in there were fresh flowers, treats & a bottle of Summer Rose a wine from The Hamptons along with a hand written note. There wasn’t a stark cold feeling , it was so welcoming like my kids and I had arrived at a “home away from home”. Everything was immaculate, and there were extra details that were made which I loved. The set up of the house is great for all , and especially if you have more than one group or even just kids, couples, grand parents etc. The bedrooms were perfect, the pool house has its own amenities... converting the garage into a rec room was genius- so when it sprinkled when we were there the kids played ping pong... I traveled there with 9 & 7yo boys and a 3yo girl and they loved the place and it’s funny because our first night and full day there they didn’t want to leave the house - they just wanted to hang around . Adam’s welcome packet was extremely helpful (restaurants, beaches etc) and he also provided me with grocery stores that deliver so you can order your groceries days before you get there and choose a delivery date. There was soap, shampoo & conditioner, laundry detergent, plenty of beach towels etc. If you stay here and purchase anything you don’t need just pay it forward and leave it there for the next guests (obviously non-perishable). The grounds and pool were clean and perfectly manicured , they did turn the pool heater on for us and we had it on the days we were there so we left money for that - and It was nice to have it on especially in the evenings when it was cool. Teresa (housekeeper/family) lives close by and I called her when we were close to arriving and then when we got there... we were arriving early and I had emailed earlier to ask if I could check in early especially since I had 3 kids with me and they were able to accommodate that. There is soooo much more I could say, but it was like a piece of heaven on earth, perfectly located and I cannot wait to return. From, Averi & Crew

We had the best time! The house was perfectly suited for everyone. Everyone was so comfortable and especiallly loved the heated pool and bathroom floors! We would love to return another time - it was the best Hamptons experience for our first time ! We can’t thank you enough!

This was our second year renting the house. It was such a nice vacation with kids and grandkids. Plenty of room inside for everyone and the pool is a joy. Nicely located to town, beach and Montauk. Everything was very well kept and plenty of supplies. Could be another week there next year!!!!

THe house was nice and clean. The pool area was great. I would recommend a family to stay there. Lots of bedrooms. The owner is very nice, helpful and responds to any questions very quickly.

My family and I had a fabulous vacation at this rental. The house was perfect for 6 adults and 3 kids. The pool was very accommodating for many hours of enjoyment. The house was well stocked and wonderfully maintained. Would love to go back again next summer. It was a wonderful vacation. We all loved it.

The house was all that was advertised. Very spacious and immaculately clean. Grandkids enjoyed the spacious grounds and the beautiful pool area. The house location was located near everything that made our stay pleasurable. Would recommend the property and would definitely rent again

My family and I traveled to East Hampton for a summer get-away - there were 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 6. There was adequate room and supplies for our family and enough room for everyone to have their "own space." The property is very private and the pool was everyone's favorite part (especially the kids). We were close enough to local sites and town if we wanted to venture out, but lounging by the pool or playing in the yard was just as nice too! Adam is very responsive and helped answer any questions we had before and during our stay. Kaz and Teresa were also wonderful and very helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone!

We used this home between Christmas and New Years. Three Families, Six adults and six children. Plenty of rooms and spaces to spread out. Adam was happy to help out with any request we had.

Beautiful, Spacious, Relaxing and Fun! We just returned from a week stay from this home and it was terrific! We had 3 families (11 total) and there was always room for all. The owners have thought of everything and are super nice. Comfortable beds, spacious baths, ample living space. Fun for all! Our days were spent laying by the pool or shopping in East Hampton, our evenings out at the various restaurants enjoying great food, friends, family and sunsets at the BKB. Boat rentals, walks, day trips all doable. We all enjoyed every minute. First time I didn't need a vacation to recover from my vacation!!

Just arrived back from an amazing five day stay at this beautiful house. Had a group of 11 people and the house was spacious and accommodating for all. The pool area in the back of the house was were we mostly spent our time. There is a big grill supplied by the owner, multiple seating areas and tons of room for games and activities.There was also a ping pong table in the garage which made for hours of pingpong tournaments.Adam, the owner is very prompt when it comes to returning any emails and is very accommodating to any requests you may have. He was very flexible when it came to check in/ out times which came in very handy. The house is a quick four miles from town and also very close to maidstone beach which we all took a trip to to watch the sunset. Plenty of plates, cutlery and glasses in the house which are always very appreciated for a larger group.Would definitely stay again!

We went to The Hamptons to attend a Bar Mitzvah and we were so lucky that Adam the owner rented his home for only a couple days when it specifies is only for weekly and monthly rentals. Adam was great to speak with always making sure we have a great experience while in his home. Always available and answering all our questions. We had 6 adults sleeping comfortably in the house and 3 young adults. Super nice Master with a beautiful just renovated bathroom and jacuzzi and a second bedroom with its own bathroom also very good size bedrooms around the home Great bathrooms/showers. Beautiful open kitchen. The house is located in a perfect area in terms of views and proximity, and most definitely the photos of the house are legitimate-it's pretty spectacular, and what you see is what you get. Adam provided good information as far as entering the house and things we might want to do or seek out. There were a few minor things that I would recommend: The kitchen could have an extra garbage can for cans/plastics/paper for recycling. Also more chairs in the kitchen is recommended. Granted it is a somewhat small area by the table, but that is the place everyone wanted to be. TV's was easy to work with. Those are my only recommendations. The house was beautiful, clean and perfect. Such a great place for such a wonderful occasion!!!
