We literally spent almost all the time we were at the cabin on the porch! It had a fantastic view of the lake. The owners were amazing!

Great quiet, relaxing experience. We had a wonderful time swimming, kayaking, and of course fishing. Teens and kids (and possibly a few adults ;) had a wonderful time with the gaming room and T.V.s. Just be prepared this is a very quiet area and be sure to pick up groceries (which we did) when traveling in.

We had such a wonderful time staying in your home. The location is so peaceful and relaxing. The lake is beautiful and wasn’t crowded. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking on the lake. We also filled the week hiking at nearby waterfalls that were simply gorgeous. Thank you Jason!!

This place is as shown in the pictures. The house itself was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all you need to have home cooked meals. We loved the lake! We put our boat in at Cookville Marina and kept it there for a few days. We then drove it by water to the neighborhood boat ramp. The neighborhood boat ramp has some big rutts in it which could use some maintenance. Other than that it was a very convenient to have the boat right there when you wanted to go out for an evening ride/fishing trip. I would recommend getting groceries on your way in because once you get there you don't really want to drive back out. We had a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Roomy, well laid out house, perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids, sometimes together and sometimes space! Comfy furniture upstairs and downstairs. The large “dining” table was great for game playing as well as eating. Decorating was well done and gratefully simple (and not loaded with knicky knacks with curious kiddos 😉; upstairs bathrooms not updated but clean and roomy.) Downstairs bunk bedroom was great! Air hockey, foosball and skeeball enjoyed by everyone. The porches were comfy with a view of the lake and enjoyed by adults as well as kids! Really enjoyed our stay!

This house was a great Thanksgiving getaway for our family. Well stocked with everything we might have needed during our stay. Owners were quick to respond to any inquiries. Beautiful views of the lake. Everyone had a wonderful time.

We had a great time, enjoyed the extensive parking options since we had five boat trailers to organize. We had plenty of sleeping options for our stay having 8 men in the group. The house is very nice and we hope to visit again next year.

Weekend retreat for 6 adults. It was very well stocked with great location and view.

Awesome house. My daughter and her friend (both 15yo) loved having the basement all to themselves. We rented a pontoon and tube at Hidden Harbour Marina. They were very polite and helpful. We hope to come back is the future!

The home and property are exactly as described. Our family and friends of 11 had a wonderful time on our annual CHL trip. This house was perfect for us and we enjoyed it thoroughly, especially the porch and downstairs game room. The owner is very attentive and super easy to work with. Rent it! You will enjoy it!

Great place to stay! I was worried about our 14 month old with the stairs but he had plenty of room to roam and it was very safe. It was a very quiet and peaceful piece of property. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wow great house for adults and teenagers. Beautiful views. Teenagers loved the ping pong and other games. All beds were super comfy. Great location to go rent a boat from Cookeville dock. Good location for day trips into Nashville also. Highly recommend.

The house has a great view of the lake, was very clean, fully stocked kitchen, and we were not left wanting anything. Saturday morning, the power went out from 5:30 am - 9:30 am in the whole neighborhood. The property manager was awesome about checking in on us and even brought us back hot coffee and donuts from Centerville! We had an excellent stay and will DEFINITELY be back again in the future!
