Location was great for us as we were in Tuncurry visiting relatives who lived just a 2 minute drive away.

The TV didn't work.

It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Light filled and great floor plan.

It was a little further away from the main shops than we woud like as we prefer to walk everywhere when weather permits.

The house is in a quiet suburban neighbourhood about 1 km from the main Tuncurry street (with shops etc) and just a few hundred more metres from Tuncurry beach. It is well maintained and we found it very clean. Although essentially decorated, it has everything you need for a holiday stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the backyard barbecue worked at the first attempt! The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms never gave us any issue re: water pressure, hot water, etc. A very enjoyable stay.

We got conflicting advice about where to find the keys. The website said "at our office in the after-hours safe", while an SMS I received from the agency on arrival day said "at such and such location by the house". No biggie, but because my mobile reception was sketchy in the area, I might have missed the text, or got it only after a wild goose chase for the keys.
