Super dog friendly! Great staff, Debra is a great manager. Also I LOVE that there is a peloton bike in the work out room. Breakfast was simple but good!
One tiny bit pick- a fence surrounding pet area would be great. they can go off leash to do their thing. Also we have a big dog so I threw the ball but had to be careful about traffic…

The hotel was very clean. The room was clean and spacious. Location was right off the freeway, making it easy to get to.
Staff was friendly, but inadequate. We had to wait while the front desk was staffed by one person. In the morning when we checked out, there was again only one person at the front desk, resulting in us having to way.

Not very scenic around hotel....why don't they plant some trees to screen out the industrial sites

Not handicap friendly put you to far from the elevators. Don't have proper dog area. The breakfast was to salty to eat. They changed for service animals in witch is illegal. And next to fuel storage fuel tanks.

the lady assigned to serve the food for breakfast is very mean and has bad attitude. the rest of the staff are nice and friendly. i think she is not happy with her job. you should fire her coz she will ruin your reputation for sure

Interior was clean, temporary staff was friendly and helpful.
Difficult to access from the freeway. We were directed to use the rear entrance for connivence to the elevators, but when we approached the rear entrance there was half smoked cigarettes everywhere which made it looks like a 1-star hotel. And then we were given a notice at check-in telling us that parking in the hotel parking lot was at our own risk.
