Nice house & neighborhood. Was there for 15 days. No major issues, but a few misses in my opinion. Grass needed cutting when we got there, alerted Property Manager of that on my 2nd day, but still never got cut during my 2 weeks there. Biggest issue to me, was the restriction on running the A/C. In their House rules/instruction booklet, they stated in the very first page, not to set A/C below 78*, that it may freeze up the compressor. I understand this, but is disappointing considering how nice the rest of the house is. Ceiling fans in every room help, but this was still a bit on the uncomfortable side for us. Also they only furnish one house key...even motels give out 2 keys. Unreasonable to expect a large family or group to always be coming and going at the same time. People come and go, different interests, should furnish more than one key. Overall good stay, with no BIG issues, but could have been a 5 star stay with resolution of a few things.

Beautiful comfortable house, so close to everything. Such a quiet neighborhood. 15 min to the beach.

My husband and I came with our adulation daughter. We had a great time. Great location. Management was very nice. Only issues we had was with the pool was pretty dirty..and the heat was only on from 10am to 4pm which was convenient for us because we did a lot of evening swimming and it the water pretty cold. The house was very nice…needs some basic maintenance and it had a few dead cockroaches but it’s Florida so we understood. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was not as clean as we expected and it needed some basic maintenance but overall it was a nice house. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool was a nice touch. The owner and property manager were very easy to work with and resolved the few issues that had came up quickly. (Make sure to bring your own hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and blow dryer)

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely come back.

Owner wrote and said it’s 10 dollars a day. Sounds reasonable so we booked. Upon arrival, he informs me that the actual heating runs only from 10am till 4pm. So the 10 per day was a lie as it takes a couple of days with heat running to warm up pool that size. So essentially you are paying for cold pool.Second, when we arrived, the garage door didn’t open so parked outside. Once we checked our owner wants to charge me for garage door repair. So if you go, make sure and check everything otherwise be prepared to be charged for later.

My family and I have rented this home for years. There is a driving range behind the house and an empty lot on either side. Making this property very private. It is clean, comfortable and has a full bathroom for each bedroom. Looking to going back again next year.

Great house. Close to golf, beaches, and restaurants.. Would do it again.

We rented this home for the month if February 2019. This home is spacious with ceramic flooring throughout but we found it quite challenging to keep clean and no idea where the dust came from since windows were closed and A/C running. With a little TLC this could be a beautiful home. We made due with the furnishings though. The lanai was where we spent most of our days. We just loved the beautiful heated swimming pool that got sun most of the day. So convenient having access to a bathroom from pool area, but had to use towels as rugs before entering if still damp or wet. There are empty lots on both sides, and so our neighbors were turtles that came out every day. Backyard is the driving range so we collected golf balls and drove them back on our last day there. We would definitely consider renting this home again.

House was great. Will be back for a month in March. Would have been able to cancel March if I wasn't satisfied. Only issue was that I asked for the pool heat to be turned on but it didn't happen.. It didn't matter as we were too busy to use it.. Will expect in March to have a heated pool as the pool area is great.

Despite staying in various parts of Florida for the past five years, I did not enjoy my stay in this villa for a number of reasons. The first reason was that the villa was not very clean when we arrived. Although it had been cleaned, it must have been some time before as there was a build up of dust on the surfaces and there was balls of fluff and dust along the skirting boards. Bed sheets were thread bare or moth eaten in parts, and few times found big ants in the bed, and a dead cockroach in a bowl in the kitchen cupboard. The dishwasher did not work properly, the front door latch didn’t work properly either, and nor did the pool light. The most significant thing was there was no pool fence up even though I had specified we had a child with us and expected it to be in place, as it has been in other properties we have stayed in, and was vital as we had a two year old with us. I telephoned the property manager to ask for the pool fence to be put up and was told there wasn’t one. I was absolutely flabbergasted as I know it is Florida law to have this. I was told to contact the owner of the house, I did this and he told me to contact the property manager. After some time it was eventually established that the pool fence was in the attic. Somebody was going to come and put it up and fix the pool light and the front door latch. The pool fence was put up, on day 4 but the pool light worked for around 1 minute then went off again and the front door latch was never fixed despite us being there for over a month. The villa did not have a kettle and being British I like to drink tea so I bought a kettle with no issues, along with plastic cups, plates and bowls to use outside for the children as there weren’t any. Although I wasn’t really thrilled at all of these things, what I really disagree with is that my grandson broke a lamp. My daughter paid $80 to replace the lamp, yet I lost $100 dollars of my deposit despite replacing the lamp. So in essence we have paid $180 dollars for a lamp. And I obviously left all of the additional kitchen items that I bought. Won’t be staying there again.

We spent March 2018 at this property. It was completely as advertised. We enjoyed the nice view of the driving range. The pool was very clean and well maintained. It was equally easy to get to Boca Grande as it was to Englewood or towards Port Charlotte. There is a very comfortable family room off of the kitchen which is not in the pictures. I would suggest adding a picture of it as it was the main area in which we sat and watched TV.

This was a nice home in a nice location. It was clean and well stocked. The only issue was it was for sale. Being for sale is not an issue, but having real estate agents bringing clients in for viewings unannounced was an issue. This happened twice before I called. Then the agents called to give me a heads up before they arrived. I asked for a late check out due to my inconvenience but was told they couldn't inconvenience the cleaning lady she had a tight schedule. I suppose it was okay to inconvenience the renter but not the cleaning lady. Go figure?????

We enjoyed our 2.5 weeks here. The property is in a nice quiet location overlooking the golf course at the back. There are turtles as neighbours in the adjacent lots and we enjoyed seeing them each day. We enjoyed the pool. Our only negative really would be that for a property priced at the high end of the market, the provision of kitchen items is rather tatty, eg the cutlery is just bits and pieces that look like they've come from a charity shop. The house could have been a bit cleaner too, eg dust round the edges of floors.

Neat, peaceful, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean, well equipped house. The owner and the manager are easy to reach out to and quick to respond. We had a great time in this house and would love to come back.

When we arrived the house was very clean and the lady out was just perfect for our family. The pool and outside areas was great. The kitchen was well equipped. We will be using it again next year.

We stayed in this rental for six weeks and loved everything about the home and the area. The homeowner was great to deal with, very prompt in answering any questions and in refunding the damage deposit afterward. The home had everything we needed and more. The master bedroom/bathroom was impressive and the bed was extremely comfortable. The south facing pool was a huge bonus. We just loved this place!

What a nice place. This home has the best cooking supplies in the kitchen then any place we have ever stayed. Included are good pots and pans, crock pot, bakeware, cooking utensils and nice dishes and glasses. The master bedroom and bathroom was very large. Nice TV's in all the bedrooms and a large one in the familyroom. We had good weather and enjoyed the pool every day. Any questions or concerns we had were handled right away by Paul (the manager) who is right across the street. Could have used information as to what was around the area.

We had a great month of March in this lovely home. Everything in the home is just like the pictures shown. We must admit we lived, primarily, at the great pool area! It was very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed watching the golfers at the driving range. The home has everything you could want and was very clean and well cared for. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun. Stores, supermarkets, churches and restaurants close by. Young or older, you'll enjoy this home and all it has to offer.

We had a wonderful four weeks in Rotonda this year, although the weather was not nearly as cooperative as in past years! However, the south facing pool deck helped out in keeping us warm as we enjoyed the golf course view. The property had everything we needed, including a large television in the family room, smaller TVs in the bedrooms, good satellite channels, Wi-Fi, nice new gas grill, and plenty of linens and towels! Evan was very responsive in answering our questions and making sure our stay went off without any problems! We love the Cape Haze area for pursuing our favorite pastimes -- golf, cycling and eating!!

This villa was a perfect vacation home in great location, nice and quiet and very tastefully decorated. The pictures and info are absolutely correct and reliable. Everything was extremely clean and very comfortable and roomy with everything you might need on your vacation. The pool was lovely and warm with sunlight and golf view is a plus. This house was very close to golfing, the beach, groceries and many great restaurants. The internet and big screen flat TVs/phone all worked very well. We were really happy and relax during our stay and enjoying watching the wild life. I would recommend this Villa to anybody; we will certainly be back next year.

This was such a spaious floorplan. we travelled with other couples and everyone had such a wonderful experiance. Your close to everything...We highly reccommend this house to anyone.

We really enjoyed our 9 day stay at this home in Rotonda West, FL. A very spacious and comfortable location for our family vacation. The south facing pool was perfect for relaxing, laying in the sun, taking a swim and just hanging out. The home was newly redecorated with very nice ceramic tile throughout. Very clean and homey. We used the large and adequately equipped kitchen to prepare many of our meals. And the large HD TV and Blue Ray player were perfect for our movie night. The Rotonda West neighborhood was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy some time away. The home is 15 - 20 minutes away from some excellent beaches. This Spring the owner is planning to upgrade the landscaping, so the yard will be as attractive as the interior of the home. A very nice place to stay. The owner was very helpful with great communication. The complimentary bottle of champagne was a very nice touch. And the property manager was right across the street if we needed anything. Two thumbs up!
