We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Dana Point. Our rental house was generously appointed with everything you might need and the owner was readily available.

The house is just lovely and has everything you could possibly want or need for your stay! Perfectly situated near everything and easy to get in and out of with parking. Nancy is extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. Definitely a great choice for our trip!

We made this lovely 2 bedroom condo our home base for our getaway to Point Loma and Laguna Beach outings. It’s nicely decorated and well-stocked with everything we needed. Nancy, the owner, made it very easy with directions and instructions for entrance and check out. Great location. We would definitely like to return in the future.

We had the nicest relaxing stay at Nancy's property. She had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. They provided all the little extras like saran wrap and foil, laundry detergent, ziplocs, papertowels, etc that we appreciated and many other retnals don't provide and you have to purchase. The kitchen well stocked and the deck and bedding super nice. Communication was seamless. Thanks so much!

This property is exactly as stated and if I could give the property manager 10 stars,I would!. She is beyond helpful and accommodating .The condo was well stocked, organized and easy to live in. It is nicely located and we were able to walk to the harbor and the restaurants! It was our first time in Dana Point and we really enjoyed our time.

This is second time staying at this property. Stayed in the upstairs rental and this first level rental. Perfect rental, comfortable beds, furniture. Great ocean view patio to enjoy morning coffee and meals. Spacious open kitchen. Easy check in, check out. Owner very responsive. Our fave rental when visiting Dana Point.

We would stay here again in a minute! The condo is lovely and clean, and all the basics are there. We usually need more space, but there were only 5 adults this time, and the space worked perfectly. The deck, kitchen, and sitting area were plenty open and accessible, and the bedrooms were great! I appreciated little things - like baggies in the drawer, and extra towels accessible in the cupboard. Our stay here was so comfortable. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to sit and enjoy this lovely little place.

This was the first time I used VRBO and couldn’t be happier with our stay. This location was close to everything near Dana Point, very quiet neighborhood and super clean place. I booked this stay with my sisters and we felt right at home. Nancy answered questions promptly, we didn’t have many, everything was neatly placed in a binder near the kitchen, great reference and it provided area maps with ideas on restaurants and shopping. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very neat & clean and was so close to everything! Owners were very quick to reply to any questions we had. It was very roomy & loved sitting out on the large deck. Can't wait to go back again!

Fabulous place to stay when visiting Orange County. The location is highly advantageous as a home base providing easy access to shops, highways, dining, take out, beaches, excursions, etc. Dana Point is simply gorgeous.
Nancy is a wonderful host and really cares about providing an excellent experience for guests visiting her home. Her condo is clean, comfortable, well maintained and well appointed. Nancy also communicates in a clear and concise manner with the form and function of the unit.

This is a great place to stay. The host, Nancy, is fantastic to work with and communicates very well. She is so nice, gracious and easy to work with. The home has everything you need. Very well stocked. It’s close to the heart of Dana Point and a great central location for everything around there. We stayed here with a family of four in early August 2023. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this home.

This gem was a perfect find for our family vacation. It literally had all of the amenities that a family would need for a stay in a beach community. We relaxed for 10 nights and were able to grill out on their beautiful large deck and see views of the ocean while relaxing by the gas fire pit in the evenings. The home is a little over a mile from Strands and Salt Creek beaches and from the Harbor. Nancy was fabulous to work with, attentive and communicate quickly for any questions. Thank you for welcoming us to your wonderful home, we will definitely be back!!

This home was in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to several restaurants and the harbor area. Place was clean and equipped well. Home was quiet and bathrooms and kitchen were updated and nice. Only drawback is the street parking. Not used to this but in CA it’s a regular thing. Place has a garage and parking outside of garage spot so it wasn’t a huge deal. Just had to be careful when backing to get out. Overall, great place we would recommend. Owner is great and responds right away!

We stayed in this spacious, well-equipped two-bedroom condo for ten nights. The location is within walking distance to the harbor, Lantern Bay Park, and many types of eateries. The neighborhood is very quiet for a relaxing stay. The large back deck has a view of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
