My wife, 6yo daughter and I loved our stay. It's just as described and convenient to everything. Beautiful views and spacious. Had a little issue which the owner and management company took care of right away. We would most certainly return to this property!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Herb and Janet’s property in the Enclaves at Silver Lake. The unit has been updated making it spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect- walkable to the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Goldener Hirsch, the shops and restaurants at Silver Lake Village. Our family loves the convenience of skiing mid mountain. We love the views from this property. Nothing beats a long day of skiing than relaxing in the hot tub looking out at Flagstaff, Lady Morgan and Empire Peaks. Herb and Janet were great to work with to make sure our stay was perfect.

We loved this property for our family of 4 for a week of skiing. We enjoyed being close to the Silver Lake base and having the hot tub to relax in after a great day on the mountain.

I found Herb and Janet's property and location perfect for my needs during the month of August, 2019. The weather helped as it was ideal for the entire month. The condo has all the amenities that anyone would need for a long or short term stay. It felt like home and the condo was as comfortable as you would want for a month away from home. What a fantastic location! Very convenient access to Silver Lakes Lodge and the town shuttle stop right across the street. The condo was very comfortable for a family of 4, and we could not soak up enough of the stunning views. This was a perfect place to take the girls skiing for the first time, and we loved every moment. We would highly recommend, and we certainly hope to make a return visit!

Mountainside location with outstanding views. Tastefully decorated and well taken care of. Perfect getaway for vacation skiing, relaxation and quiet. Very responsive owners and local management service. Just what we were looking for, and we booked it again before we left!

We have been coming to Deer Valley for almost ten years and this was our first time staying at the Enclave. We absolutely loved it! Very spacious for our family of four giving us all plenty of room to spread out. Thoroughly enjoyed the wood burning fireplace every night. The condo was very clean and offered everything that you could possibly need during your stay. Short walk to the slopes, Silver Lake restaurants and shops. Very easy drive to Main Street and Park City grocery stores, liquor store, etc. Thanks for a great week!

Place was less than 4 minute walk to Silver Lake ski valet. House was in great shape and very clean.

Wonderful 2 BR condo with beautiful views of the mountains from LR and MBR. Convenient to Silver Lake lodge and Stein Eriksen Lodge for skiing and dining. Overall great place for a fun holiday.

The location of the condo is perfect. Allowing you to walk to both the ski lifts and a few restaurants within minutes. The condo itself was very cozy and offered all the comforts of home. We found the management company very response when we encountered a small issue, that was taken care of within an hour. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again in the future.

This property was just perfect for us! We are a family of 4, so our 2 boys shared the bunks and there was plenty of room to spare! The bedrooms were both large & each had their own bathroom! Added bonus was the private hot tub off the master suite, which was perfect after a long day of skiing. Easy access to Sliver Lake Lodge ski & Park City for entertainment & restaurants. The owner was very professional & easy to work! Overall great property!

The townhome feels like our second home. The view from the living room is inspiring. Now with beautiful wood floors, your toes will glide right on over to the fireplace.

Enclave 4 was extra roomy for 2 adults. Open spaces feel with great views to the Empire area. We also enjoyed the hot tub off the lower level. It is a 1-minute walk to the free bus line stop with a very short bus ride to the Silver Lake ski area. The return to this condo at end of the day was a 10-minute walk back (down hill). All in all, a good choice for us.

Very nice up-to-date townhome. Very convenient location. Easy less than 10 minute walk to storage at the base, where you can store your skis and boots. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the guard rail on the upper bunk on the bunk bed is not high enough. I don’t think any parent would feel comfortable letting their child sleep in that bunk. If I arrived there and needed that bed, I would be extremely upset. (Fortunately, I didn’t but just a warning to those that might.)

This is our second stay at this property, and our family of 5 again loved it! Plenty of living space, real wood burning fireplace, easy walk to the slopes and beautiful views. Plan to stay again next year!

We stayed in Enclave 4 with our three boys over our spring break. The bedrooms are downstairs and the bunk beds and trundle bed worked well for our boys. They had their own bathroom, as did we, in our large master bedroom. The main floor living area was also perfect for our needs. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with just about everything you could need. It was a nice touch to have some paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, and other basic items that you never remember to get at the grocery store before your arrival. The hot tub was wonderful, as was sitting on the deck in the sun after a long day of skiing. The only things we have had in other places we have stayed that were not in this townhouse were the following: boot dryers/warmers, games, movies, etc. for guests to play/watch, and a binder full of information about the house itself (e.g., where to take garbage if it is full, how to check out with the key, etc.) as well as how to get to the ski hill from the townhouse, information about the services at Silver Lake Lodge and surrounding areas. Although we were able to figure all of this out, it is something that we have really appreciated in other places we have stayed. Both the owners and management company were great to work with and I would definitely recommend staying here! We had a great week here.

My family of 5 stayed at this property for our spring break. The property was perfect for our family! Our children are 8, 6, and 4 and were able to easily make the short walk to the slopes and Silver Lake Lodge. The layout of the condo was perfect--comfortable beds (our children loved the bunk beds), plenty of linens and well stocked kitchen. We used The Grocery Girls for grocery delivery, and our kitchen was already stocked by the time we arrived on Saturday afternoon. (We ended up leaving some dry goods/spices for the next renter as well :). We used Uber to get to Main Street/restaurants/horse drawn sleigh ride, and with the short distance, we spent MUCH less money than we would have renting an SUV for the week. The hot tub was likely the biggest hit with our family--we relaxed for several hours throughout the week during two of the prettiest snow storms we've ever seen. The owner was easily contacted prior to and during our stay, and, God willing, we plan on making this a yearly occurrence. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this property--it was truly our best family vacation ever.

Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay over Spring Break. This very large 2 BR condo had everything we needed and was only a short 5 minute walk from the slopes at Silver Lake. Great value as well!

Great location. Nice kitchen, family room. Well appointed kitchen.Bed linens could use an upgrade, as well as towels. Master bath a bit musty.

This was our first rental with this owner. I have stayed at other locations in Park City for the past 5 years as my husband and I love Park City skiing. This was an easy owner to deal with and unit was as in the photos,no surprises. We had rented in the past for 1 month at a time, and sometimes units were too small for that stay. This was only 1 week rental, but plenty of room would have liked it for the month. It was walking distance from the upper lodge and close to bus locations for Park City Transit. We had a party of 3 adults and had plenty of room, but if you had more people would easily accommodate without being squeezed together. We met their new neighbors, who could not have been nicer. A quiet location, no buses, harsh outside lighting, noisy outside bar crowds or the like. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I only spent 3 nights there but I can say this is a VERY nice, roomy condo. Kitchen is well-equipped, rooms are large, view is great, beds are comfy, hot tub is excellent, everything is imacculately clean and well-kept. Interface with the owner and property manager was easy and straightforward. I would recommend it.
