We enjoyed the condo. The fireplace is warm and cozy. The kitchen was great. Very close to Keystone and Silverthorne, and convenient to Breckenridge. Would definitely stay again.

By far the best stocked condo we ever stayed at. We used the kitchen extensively and didn’t need to supply any soaps or paper products. Full set of knives, pans and anything you would need. Our cat was a little large and didn’t fit the parking. But offsite parking was within a block for a small fee. Definitely recommend

Clean and comfortable condo. Had all we needed for a ski vacation. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Strong wifi also very nice and not always a given in mountain condos. Great communication and check in/out.

Everything is there for an easy ski vacation in the Rocky Mountains

Several of my adult sons, and now one of my grandsons, enjoy an annual snow ski trip together, typically to Colorado. We enjoy Dillon, where this condo is located. Very nice condo with plenty of space for the 5 of us. Well maintained and appointed. The owner contacted us and is very pleasant and helpful. I would have give all 5's above except for two things: (1) the rugs in the entry and bathrooms looked like they had not been vacuumed or cleaned; otherwise the condo was very clean (2) the garage parking space was unusable --- very small and tight, with entry on a slant between a concrete retaining wall and a large concrete pillar, with a thick layer of ice across the entry from an adjacent down spout. If there were no ice, only a small vehicle could fit comfortably. Finding a place to park was an issue for the first two nights of our stay. The owner kindly contacted some other owners and found one who allowed us to park in their garage spot in the adjacent building. The City of Dillon now charges for overnight parking in their lots (which adds up over 5-6 nights). These issues should be disclosed up front in the property description, in my opinion. We would rent this condo again and recommend it to others with the caveat regarding vehicle parking.

Everything was better than expected. Lots of room and extras in the pantry. Little short on hot water, but there's 5 in our family and our kids could take shorter showers. 5 stars all the way!

This condo worked great for our family of five for a ski trip. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked.

Great location. Teens could walk to Lake and ice cream.

We had a lovely time here. It was clean and the owner responsive to any questions. Beautifully located near the marina. We will definitely stay here again.

The owner’s directions and instructions were incredibly helpful and she called to see how everything was going once we arrived. The location was a block from Dillon main road and very close to the lake walking/riding path. Truly a perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay in Dillon. The condo was in a perfect location to everything we needed. And we enjoyed all the amenities Marina Place had to offer. Perfect spot for families! Thanks for being great host!

Location is excellent! Place was clean and well-stocked. Communication was efficient and very good. Be aware that this place is older and could easily be updated. The beds were soft. All the fabrics ( living room furniture, bed clothes and dining room chairs) needs to be refreshed as they have a musty smell. We would stay here again.

Susan was a wonderful host! Very thorough check in information, and great communication during our stay. The location was perfect, right off the water! Plenty of extra blankets for the cold nights. TONS of kitchen supplies and and cooking utensils. My son loved the bunk bed. We especially loved going to the pool! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed here with a couple friends on a snowboarding trip. Susan was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo. We had multi generation family and everyone had a great time. Centrally located so that you can do almost anything within a 15 to 30 minute drive.

Stayed for a few days on a family trip that included two children ages 8 and 5. Great communication from Susan and home stocked as promised with essentials. We loved our stay so much we may make it annual trip!
