Fabulous location. Wonderful condo. Great week with family.

This is a gem of a property right off the sand in Avila Beach. Stayed with 2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents, and the sofa sleeper and air mattress worked great. We really enjoyed sipping coffee watching the sunrise over the beach, and made great use of the grill with ribeyes and salmon on consecutive nights. Nice and quiet at night. I would love to come back again!

This condo is perfect for the location and layout! We had friends renting the condo next door and it was so nice to open up the patio and share it. The views from the patio are exceptional, we enjoyed it all hours of the trip. The beach is a few steps away which is amazing. The grocery downtlstairs has the best hot good as well as acai bowls downstairs... everyone enjoyed it! Great trip!

Great location and nice

The condo is right on front street with beautiful views of the beach and ocean! Nice to have a 2 car garage when Avila gets covered up on the weekends. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The balcony is very large and we would have eaten at the outdoor table if not for the cold temps. The gas fireplace was a big plus and did a great job of keeping us warm and cozy. Had one issue with the stove but property management was quick to respond and get a service person to fix it. Would love to stay at this property again!

We had great communication with the property manager before the stay. We also had to contact the after hours staff and they handled the situation great. Would Love to stay at the property again.

Thanksgiving trip - so Wonderful

Hello everyone….our five day stay at Avila Beach oceanfront condo, directly above the Avila Market was outstanding and simply magical. This IS the best view of Avila Beach along the main drive. Access to all restaurants, shops etc. we’re within walking distance. We will definitely look forward to coming back here again as, this was our second time visiting this charming little beach town. We loved our time here…Thank you!

It was over the Avila Market but no noise problems. Ezra at the Market was friendly, funny and helpful. The place was clean, the balcony was a little dirty- but expected being outside in the wind, elements and birds. The inside accomodations were great. The only small issue was the coffee table was a little unstable and loose. When you touched it it would move. Just needs a little support. Otherwise the rental was well stocked, comfortable and clean. This was the perfect space and I would recommend it!! Property manager was professional and friendly. Avila beach is such a sweet little town. Everyone was friendly and the food delicious. Easy trips to Pismo Beach and Morrow Bay!

The view from the condo is stunning. It is so nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. You can walk to restaurants, bars, coffee spots, shopping and wine tasting! The pictures and location were amazing. We are very familiar with Avila Beach and knew the location was central everything in the town. The bedrooms are located in the back of the condo, so the common area has the amazing deck & view. All good, but the only thing I guess I didn't realize is the amount of stairs you had to climb to get to the condo. There's parking in a tight long garage where you can park tandem. But it's not very big, so definitely no large vehicles like an SUV/trucks. Then you need to climb a lot of stairs to get to the front door of the condo. You walk by 2 bedrooms to get to the kitchen, family room & deck with the view. The huge number of stairs was a biggie for me and my teenagers, but be aware not to pack heavy bags or if you are unable to climb a lot of stairs this isn't the condo for you. Otherwise, waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean was pretty awesome!

It was a nice spot on the beach. Location was really ideal with great views and close to everything. One of the bedrooms had no windows at all, which was kind of strange, air vents needed a bit of cleaning.

We liked this property enough to stay at it twice. Looks out onto the beautiful beach and pier. Clean property and helpful managers.

Very spacious and they give you a blow up bed, extra blankets, a pull out couch bed plus the two bedrooms. We will for sure be coming back to this awesome spot.

We were provided a early check-in and updates were provided. Inside of property was clean but the deck had many feathers from a dead animal and it was obvious that the outside bar deck shelf has not been cleaned in quite awhile, at least not the night before our arrival.

We enjoyed the surf, wineries, trails and restaurants. Everything is at your foot steps. Condo is above Avila grocery and Kavabowl and will hear some vibration from the refrigerator downstairs. However, leave the balcony doors open and all you hear are the waves. The only complaint I had was having to pick up and drop off keys in Pismo. A simple lockbox would eliminate this inconvenience. We had to leave condo at 4:00 AM because of personal circumstances and had to drop off keys in the opposite direction of where we were heading. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed for 4 nights with our three boys and had an awesome time - lots of beach time and a amazing sailing trip with Capt Mark with Central Coast Sailing (highly recommended!) - the store below the unit has everything you need and plenty to do within walking distance (swings on the beach, Pirate Park two blocks away, great skateboarding / scooters along the boardwalk, kid-friendly restaurants, and more). Make sure you drive over to Avila Farm to feed the animals too! Great Vacation - could see this becoming a yearly tradition!
