We had a great (short) stay at this property. The house was very accommodating for our family and had everything we needed. The views from the deck were stunning and the boat dock was so convenient (we brought our pontoon up for the weekend and we’re able to tie up the boat to the dock and leave our trailer in a designated parking lot). The owner of the property was very responsive to any questions/concerns. We are hoping to rent this property again in the future!

We had a list of activities that we were interested in when we arrived in the Saratoga Springs area. However the views on the deck of Saratoga Lake, were so compelling that we did a “staycation” on the second floor of this well maintained second-floor condo. Nick and Lynn, the hosts, Provided a treasure trove of activities for us to sample… However, we felt so much peace in this quiet beautiful space that we enjoyed our family and the water and the views !! Thank you for a wonderful week!

From the moment we booked our stay to the time we checked out, our experience was wonderful. We were elated when we entered our new home for the next week & were able to settle in quickly. The space we stayed in was well laid out & furnished perfectly to live efficiently. We cooked, grilled, made drinks all with great ease & still socialize. We spent most of our waking hours enjoying the outside deck & the lake floating the day away. Also, the property is located so wonderful that you have the beauty of the lake but it is super close to markets & local pubs.

Everything went according to plan, check in and out was easy , enjoyed the lake with our paddle boards and kayaks , bought fruits at a farmers market and enjoyed strolling at Saratoga springs broadway district which was a short drive from lake house

My husband and family and I had an amazing time on Saratoga Lake! The condo is spacious and the owners were very easy to communicate with. The proxcimity to downtown and the lake just can not be beat! We will be returning again!

Nick and Lynn are wonderful hosts! This is our second time at this property and once again it did not disappoint. You are literally right on the water and the sunrises and nothing less than spectacular. The unit is well appointed with everything needed for a long term stay! We will be back!

Sunrise with a hot cup of coffee watching the local geese and ducks make their way out to the Lake. Idyllic sunsets with a glass of wine. Wonderful stay in this 2BR/2BA condo right on Saratoga Lake -10 minutes from the town of Saratoga. Condo has all the amenities that you need and was very roomy for our party of four. The owners were very responsive whenever we had any questions. Highly recommend!

The second floor condo is perfect ! Beautiful location on the lake. Walk out beach was the best part for our group. Large deck space and tables for a group to enjoy the views ! Great neighbors on both sides.

We rented both the 2nd and 3rd floors for a group of 8. It was the perfect amount of space for our group. The house is right on the lake and provides a great view. There was plenty of space for us to relax both inside and outside. Nick and Lynn (the property owners) were incredibly nice and easy to work with and responsive to any of our questions. If you are taking a trip to Saratoga and want to stay on the Lake, this property is perfect!

We loved our New Years weekend here. The check in was a breeze, condo was awesome and location was convenient. Tv on huge swivel in bedroom and family room was excellent. Views and deck were wonderful. Can hear those staying on third floor above you but it wasn’t a big deal to us. We would stay here again without hesitation and the owner, Nick, was great.

Enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful property! The pictures are exactly what you will find upon check in and the owners were exceedingly accommodating for a couple of special requests. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed a short drive to local restaurants and into Saratoga Springs. I’m highly recommending this location and plan to return.

Great property inside and out. Nick was super attentive, we had a problem with the TV and instead of just emailing or texting, Nick called us immediately to be sure the problem was solved.

We are seniors who travel to Saratoga for the past 25 years. We golf in the morning, track in the PM and dinner at night. The property was all we expected. Had a minor plumbing problem but the landlord had it fixed in a few hours. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. Would definitely consider again for next year. You won't be disappointed.

We had an awesome girls weekend here! The lake was beautiful the home was beautiful. And to top it all off the hosts were great any questions we had they were very quick and helpful with their response! Would definitely recommend!

We were 3 generations ranging in age from 6-68 yrs old and this house satisfied everyone. It’s clean, comfortable and convenient for dips in the lake, fishing off the dock, and taking boat rides without having to drive anywhere.

We had a wonderful time! The property is spacious and amazing waterfront location. Close to town and overall was exactly what we were looking for.

Honestly can’t say enough about our wonderful girl’s weekend. We combined a quick get away with the US Rowing Regionals. The unit was perfect. We were on the second floor. The upstairs unit was occupied with three dogs and it was not an issue at all. The listing is 100% accurate. The property has everything and more. The views are truly amazing. The parking was convenient and just steps away. We unloaded out front and it is a very short work from the designated parking. The beds were extremely comfortable. The property is close proximity to downtown Saratoga Springs, the casino and the rowing racing venue. Supermarket, liquor stores, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts and much more all less than 10 mins away. The owners are extremely helpful in providing all information prior to check in. The property manager, Rick, is fantastic and helpful with answering all of our questions about the area, unit etc. The neighbors, especially Kim were so helpful and welcoming. Truly a hidden gem that we can’t wait to return to return to!!

We booked this property for a short weekend trip. Everything process-related was super easy -- excellent communication with the owners and interaction with the on-site property manager, easy check-in/check-out, and the unit was exactly as described. The property is clean and airy and has a fantastic deck overlooking the lake, with all the necessary amenities for a wonderful trip. We look forward to being back again sometime soon!

We booked this unit for a multi-day February getaway to Saratoga Lake, with some day trips to the Berkshires, etc. The unit is located in a cottage-like district right on the water. Amazing views and a nice building/house. The views are amazing, even with an ice-covered lake. We skated, walked the lake, watched the snowmobilers and ice-fisherman, and watched the sun come up. We brought kids and a young dog, and it was an easy setup for both. Condo was clean, full stocked with pots, pans, wifi, technology, etc. Washer and Dryer on ground floor was great. This is a nice place in the winter and would be unbelievable in the summer. Parking is a little tricky because the streets are a bit tight, but not a big deal. Pretty much as advertised in the listing above. There is some footstep noise noticeable late at night or early morning from above (it's a condo after all), but nothing overwhelming. One note, the host was extremely easy to contact and very responsive. Texts messaged back within minutes on a number of questions. All three floors were booked during our stay, so lots of power usage. The breaker box blew one or twice for some outlets, but the property manager was on-site to fix quickly. Enjoy your visit.

My husband and I had a great time staying at this property on Saratoga Lake. The property is very spacious and clean and the view of the lake is beautiful. We were grateful that we were able to bring along our dog who enjoyed the stay as well. :) We highly recommend staying at this property and will definitely plan to visit again!
