The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for our family of six. We really enjoyed having two balconies. The location was perfect with the water park right there and the beach a few blocks away. There were restaurants and stores within walking distance. Janet was a great host. She provided useful information and checked in with us during our stay. I would stay here again if we returned to Indian Rocks Beach.

This was our 3rd year vacationing at Marker 33 Harbor side but first time at this unit. It was by far our best experience and favorite unit. The place was so clean and loaded with any and everything you could possibly need. The hosts were so accommodating and made you feel like they genuinely cared about how our stay was going. They checked in a couple times throughout our stay just to see if we needed anything. We will always choose this place!

We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. It was very comfortable for our family of three. The cleanliness of the unit exceeded our expectations. There was nothing that we needed during our stay because the condo was well stocked and updated. Communication with Janet was fantastic. She was very responsive to all questions I had before traveling. She even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The view from the patio on the intercoastal is so nice. The beach is a very short and easy walk across the street. Our family enjoyed Pipo & Betty’s bakery for breakfast. We also liked McGough Nature Preserve (just on the other side of the bridge). We went there three times to feed the turtles. I would 100% stay here again. We can’t wait to come back!

Place was very clean and accurately depicted in the photos. Communication with host was great and made the check in/out process easy. Overall a very good experience for us and the kids.

Everthing was clean and as advertised. A few glitches out of their control but were fixed quickly. There are alot of restaurants and shops that you really do not need a car. Have your groceries delivered. Thanks to the host for a great stay! Will stay again.

Janet and Joseph were wonderful to work with! We even got to meet them as soon as we arrived. They gave us a tour of the condo, property and great recommendations on places to go and eat. Their condo had everything we needed for the beach, water park passes, a pack n play and enough necessity items to get us through the week! Will definitely look to stay here again if we come back to the area!

This property has everything you need. The owners are super nice! Very relaxing no hussle and bustle. The area is beautiful!

The condo was exactly as described. The unit was tastefully furnished with everything we could have needed during our stay. Beach towels, beach toys, beach wagon, baby items, Keurig, coffee, snacks, and toiletries were all provided. The unit was very clean! The owners communicated clearly and timely, and even provided helpful information about the area for us! The Waterpark was excellent! The condo was great and exceeded our expectations. No fault of anyones, the dishwasher leaked and water came into the floor. The owners promptly sent someone to make repairs. Will for sure visit this condo again!

This property was a great place to take our family! The condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It was also stocked the best having many items needed for our stay already there for us. Contact with property manager was exceptional. I definitely recommend for a family vacation.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It had views from one balcony to the water park and views from another balcony over where all the boats were parked. There is a restaurant downstairs and lots of things to do within walking distance. The beach is just across the town park, a 2 to 3 minute walk. They have everything you need at the condo including an entire closet of beach toys, umbrellas, wagons, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

After hours of searching for the perfect condo, I landed on Janet & Joseph’s place. It has everything I wanted! Location with a pool on site, tiki bar & restaurant!! The water park is quaint, which is perfect because you won’t lose your children while you’re enjoying those top shelf margaritas from the tiki bar! Janet met us at the condo, gave us a quick rundown and tour of the property. This place has not 1, but TWO balconies. One overlooks the bay where big boats are docked and this is where we at breakfast every morning, and cocktails every evening. It was wonderful! The 4th floor is awesome. It’s not too far up, but just high enough to get a great view. The condo is VERY clean, toiletries provided- which is nice. There are a few basic condiments in the fridge, and spices. They provide movies, books, and games! The beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning works amazingly. I used the blender to whip up pina coladas- works like a dream. The beach is just a quick 5 minute walk across the street. There are tons of beach toys, a couple chairs, and even a wagon to carry it all provided in a closet outside. There are a few restaurants you can walk to, and a delicious little bakery right up the street to the left. We had zero trouble finding parking in the parking garage- it wasn’t busy. (End of April). Janet reached out multiple times to check on us, & replied quickly. This was definitely a home away from home, and we would be delighted to stay here again next year!! :)

If you want the perfect combination of beautiful condo, beautiful beach, and fun this is the place for you! To begin, the OWNER met us at the door with a great smile and winning attitude (she even helped my little one push the elevator button)! Janet then explained all of the details and amenities of the condo and took us on a brief tour to make sure we understood the layout of the area surrounding the condo. The condo is pristine and adorably appointed! The owners have thought of every detail you could wish for: two types of coffee makers, washer and dryer, every beach amenity you could need (towels, toys, chairs,umbrella) and more. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and neat. The surrounding area boasted a water park perfect for little explorers (especially during the week days—as the weekends brought some teens hanging out). The pool area was so clean! Outside of the condo, restaurants and shops were within walking distance and lovely. I was already daydream-booking my return to this spot while on the vacation :). I will be sure to return and bring friends!

My husband and I had a great stay here with our kids (5 and 8) during April break. Our kids were obsessed with the water park and the location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The condo was clean and came with everything we needed for the week. Janet was very kind to check on us throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property and would definitely return!

We had the best time at Joseph and Janet’s beautiful condo! It was the perfect size for our family (husband, me, our 8 year old and 2 month old+ our niece 16 & 2 nephews 14) - it was a full condo but plenty of space! We loved that this one has 2 balconies and convenient location to water park, beach, restaurants, ice cream, stores and only a 15 minute drive to Madeira where we met our friends for a day. Janet was amazing and so kind! The pack n play was perfect for our baby - recommend staying in the room that’s water park side due to the size of room and plenty of space for luggage + pack n play & moving around. The beach closet had everything we needed, especially the wagon! Life saver! Place was super clean and shipt order was perfect to set us up for the week! We definitely would come back again - thank you so much!!

The location is really great! Block to the beach, small waterpark included. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Property owners were really great and made sure we taken care of! We definitely want to return. Highly recommend

We had a 5 star stay over Thanksgiving in IRB. The condo was perfect, just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. We loved having our Thanksgiving dinner on the porch over looking the water. Janet and Joe were the perfect hosts. They met us at the condo and showed us everything we needed for our stay. They recommended great restaurants too. They checked on us during our stay and even contacted me after because I left a pair of earrings at the condo that they are mailing to me. They are honest and good people. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. My kids loved having a closet full of toys to take to the beach. The beach was a quick walk away and beautiful, calm water and pretty shells. We loved playing games every night with the games provided, we now have some monopoly fanatics in my house. The water park was so much fun! What a treat for my northern kids to get to swim over thanksgiving break. We had a blast. We would 100% recommend this condo to anyone and we would certainly stay here again. Thanks Janet & Joe for everything.

This place was very clean and well maintained. The owners are great! The pool/water park is great for the whole family. The beach is a short walk and they provide all the things you’ll need and more. We enjoyed our vacation and would stay here again!

From the start to finish our stay was exceptional! The condo exceeded our expectation in every way. beautiful condo! It was so nice and super clean and really has a cozy feel with beautiful views. The property is close to everything you could want to do in the small beach town. Beds are so comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all equipments needed to cook. My 2 boys love the Waterpark and the beautiful views from the balconies. We enjoyed the access to the beach within easy walking distance. Great customer service!! Great communication! Janet is fabulous and superb,she is very kind, lovely owner! She is very helpful when needed and she was extremely attentive. We really enjoyed the location of this property and the waterpark was just gray after spending the day at the beach and wanting to relax. Also the back balcony over the harbor gave us beautiful views (we even saw a few dolphins) and sunrises every morning. The other balcony went out over the waterpark with fuel view to be able to find the teenagers and preteen very easily to communicate with them when needed. Couldn’t have had a better time with this condo and highly recommend it.
