This is a great vacation spot! Walking distance to night life, restaurants, CVS, and most importantly a Dunkin ! Everyone was friendly and service at all the places we went was superb!

My family recently spent a week in this beautiful condo in Sea Colony. The owners did an incredible job making us feel right at home. We loved having beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys available to us. The furniture is new and comfy! Chad and Rosanne were always available to answer questions and also gave us SO many options for dining and fun experiences. We went to Assateague State Park and saw the wild horses… incredible! We ate at Bethany Blues, Mangoes, Ropewalk, Hammerheads, and many more places suggested by the owners. Sea Colony is a great place to bring kids because of the pools, activities, and the beach. The lifeguards are second to none! You really couldn’t rent from better people…Thank you Chad and Rosanne!!

This is the third year we have rented this condo. It is beautifly maintained and had lovely new furniture this year. The location is great and the balcony has a nice view of the ocean and beach.

This property was absolute perfection for an easy relaxing vacation for our family. The view was absolutely incredible and drinking coffee on the balcony was hands down my favorite part of the vacation! There was everything that we needed and more! Comfortable, clean and relaxing! We hope to be back!

The condo is right in the beach so there is always a great view and a nice breeze. The condo is also very close to restaurants and other services.

It was a great unit, very clean and in an amazing spot. What's better than opening a window and seeing and hearing the ocean. The location is great for a relaxing getaway, with great options for dining nearby. The property manager was also very communicative and everything was very clear from the start. Will definitely visit again!

This property ticked all of the boxes! The decor was beautiful, ocean view and a well stocked kitchen. I had several questions, initially, which the owners responded immediately. I highly recommend this 5 star unit!

Nice view balcony towards the beach. The only bad is that balconies dont have lights if you want to seat outside in the evening Other than that nice property with esentials things. Please for the guest that stay here clean the dishwasher and empty dishes Be kind with the next coming guests

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The only thing that could be updated is the beds. The king size bed had some type of foam mattress on top of the regular mattress that didn’t cover the entire bed. It made a lump where it didn’t fit and not comfortable on our legs. The pots and pans could be updated. I know many don’t cook when they vacation but we do and the mismatched pots and pans were not great. Other than those two items, the condo worked great.

We enjoyed the well appointed accommodations with many updated touches. The view of ocean is perfect!! Access to the pool, beach and parking spot were very convenient. The owners thought of many small details and gave helpful suggestions throughout our stay. We each left relaxed and with wonderful new memories!

We had a fantastic stay in Sea Colony from start to finish. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean, and very well equipped. The location can't be beat - right on the beach and with wonderful views of the ocean. Chad as the host/owner was very responsive with our many questions, flexible with our arrival, and thoughtfully provided recommendations for dining out and activities. Top notch throughout! Can't wait to return!

My friend and I (both in our 70's) just stayed here for the second time and will look forward to staying here again. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated with new very comfortable balcony chairs. The view of the ocean is perfect and the condo comunity is very well maintained.

Rosanne and Chad have thought of everything you need. They are very helpful and just a text or email away. 504 Chesapeake is a lovely location with gorgeous views of the water. The sunrises are spectacular! Beds and furnishings are comfy and high quality. The home was meticulously cleaned before I arrived. I would highly recommend this condo as a great place to relax at the beach!

My friend and I stayed here for 5 days in mid-October. The condo was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The ocean front view was everything we could have asked for. We would very much enjoy coming back here another time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we could have needed outside of food. Chad was so welcoming and helpful and really has thought of everything!! Even though Covid interfered with plans to enjoy the playgrounds and weekly beach parties, we still feel like we had a perfect vacation. We look forward to staying next year! Thanks again!

This beach condo is the best you can get at Bethany Beach! Location and ease of getting to the unit, beach, and pool are so incredibly easy. The primary parking spot is close to everything and we stored all of our beach gear in the back of the truck and walked out to the beach to set up each morning. We brought our own chair/umbrella but there are rentals on the beach in addition to what the owners have in their storage closet. We felt very at home in the condo and cooked a few meals as well as did take out for some dinners. Plenty of take out options near by! We had no issues wearing masks in the public places at Sea Colony where required and felt that most of the guests and residents did the same so it felt very safe. Chad was super responsive to a few issues that we encountered due to our own failure to read signs properly. Roseanne sent us some restaurant recommendations and even though they weren't there in person it felt like they "hosted" us for the 4 days we rented.

The condo’s location is on the beach with beautiful views - which was great even on the rainy days. We liked that the owner’s parking was in the garage very close to the elevator and how nicely the entire place was remodeled. There were extras like a closet full of toys inside the condo as well as beach toys with chairs/umbrella in an outside storage. The rooms were huge and we appreciated new darkening curtains since we traveled with a baby who needed to nap during day time. We had a small maintenance issue and Chad - the owner was very responsive. The place is very well maintained and we appreciated the pool which was right outside, as well as the indoor pool that was steps away which again was very convenient especially with a baby. The enjoyed crabs at Mickey’s family crab house, which you can walk to from the resort. Those were the best crabs ever. We enjoyed the family beach and while there were plenty of people on the beach (but not too crowded) and property we liked how quiet the place was. We never heard neighbors. We would definitely come back.
