The owners communicated quick and made everything a breeze from the time we booked! All photos are accurate as shown. As mentioned in a previous review, the front entrance is right into the 2nd bedroom, but there is room in the closet for luggage to get that out of the way. Anything you can think of was available in the kitchen for cooking at home and on the grill. Only suggestion I have would be to stock a bit more "standard" items when there's familys booking: i.e. soap, shampoo, paper towels, laudry detergent/dryer sheets. We brought our own shampoo & soap, so no issue -that just seems to be standard in other VRBOs we've stayed in recently. The other items we purchased at the store on the resport. The back porch looking over the channel is relaxing and neighbors were all super friendly. The pool/beach/hot tub areas are clean and well kept. We took advantage of all of those. Cudjoe Key itself is perfectly located between Marathon and KW so there's plenty to do within a close drive. We'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property. We had a nice, relaxing stay. Check in was fast and easy. If you plan on cooking during your stay be sure to bring condiments. Reading the reviews before I came saved me from a second trip to the grocery store.

Stayed with my husband and our two young children (age 1 and 4). Perfect family vacation. The property has a kiddie pool and playground for kids. Back porch was nice to sit and drink coffee on in the morning. Cudjoe key is very laid back but close enough for a day trip to key west. We will come back!

Lovely cute little property in cudjoe key. 25 mins from Key West. Clean and tidy. Hosts amazing and communication was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was alright, the points that drew us to this property were a little disappointing. Kayaks , the straps on seats broken and not useable , bicycles appeared old and worn. The grill was filthy . Also the fact you have to enter and exit through a bedroom is a little inconvenient especially when it is being used.

Loved the property and the pool was great. Didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but it was a great place to see all the sights from.

Loved the availability of the ocean kayaks and bikes. We came with our grandkids and they had plenty to keep them busy and have fun. The rental had everything we needed.

The VRBO was great and we enjoyed all the amenities of the location.

My family and I stayed for the week over Christmas. The owners were wonderful!! Any questions we had they got back to us immediately. The house was immaculate and stocked with the essentials to get is started. Eventhough it was apparently the coldest the keys have been in years we still had fun. The heated pool and hot tub came in handy. We will definitely stay here again.

Communication very good. Place very clean. They are addressing some concerns with contractor. Would definitely recommend, and stay again🙌

Everything was great , neighborhood was nice , friendly people! House was nice , only a few things to be careful of the floors are coming apart and cause tripping, and the handrails around the porch are barely hanging on with zip ties , would take very little to be perfect Thanks

The property is well situated, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice swimming pool and hot tub and close to lots of activities. So nice sitting on the back deck by the water! Very friendly community.

This was a very nice space for our family vacation! The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bicycles and kayaks that were available made for fun activities!

Enjoyed our time in Cudjoe Key. House was comfy and bikes were used every day to explore. Loved the back deck. A lovely break from the northeast in winter.

We are a household size of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children and this home was perfect. Had everything we needed, was well stocked, and the community amenities were great! The pool was wonderful - a true heated pool that was enjoyable during the winter months. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Overall good stay for the price. and the owners we very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Property was very nice. Our only concerns, our stay was 2 nights. There was not any coffee or condiments. Also no shower soap.
