House is absolutely fabulous! Perfect location and THAT VIEW. We had a wonderful weekend perfect for a girls short weekend getaway.

It was a great Super Bowl weekend!!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving holiday here despite the weather. The home was a perfect set up for family of 17!! Adults and kids alike enjoyed everything the property had to offer, especially the game room, porches and hot tub!! We plan to be back again!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

My group had such a good time that I almost didn't want to leave a review for fear of making it harder to book another stay in the future. 10/10

The house and grounds are beautiful. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of things to do. Close enough to restaurants and shopping but far enough for peace and quiet.

Could not have asked for a more spectacular view of the Texas Hill Country and the accommodations were 'on point'! The group truly enjoyed the stay and made many memories throughout the weekend.

The home is very nice! We loved the pool and outdoor porches. Porch Rocking chairs are nice but need some maintenance. Wish they had an ice maker in the pool table room.

Every year we go on a family vacation which includes 18 people total. It can be challenging to find lodging to accommodate everyone in one house but this place was perfect! The house is huge and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Everyone spent most of the time in the wonderful pool to cool down from the crazy Texas heat. We loved the open kitchen so everyone could hang out around it while cooking. The game room was a huge hit with the kiddos. Communication on the check-in process was super simple. We would definitely book this property again.

Wow when you walk in this house the view is just beautiful! The sunsets were unreal. The house is better in person than in pics. The property manager was very attentive. We had 15 adults and a 1yr old. We would definitely come back. Beds were comfy too. Every room was nice.

This was the perfect home and setup for our party of 16 to celebrate my husband’s 50th. When first walking up to the front doors, the view through the back doors was breathtaking - I had no idea based on the pictures just how amazing the view would be. The home is spacious, the bedrooms and bathrooms have a great layout (amazing showers with multiple shower heads), and lots of space outdoors. We enjoyed coffee on the outdoor patio each morning, followed by some ping pong competitions, sports watching in the theater room, and card games at the large picnic table. We utilized the indoor and outdoor kitchen, which is well equipped with everything you would need. Our adult children enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, while a few of us dipped our feet in the pool - only one was brave enough to get in (just a bit chilly this time of year which was expected). The only downside was having to leave!

Good property for family reunion. Lots of bedrooms, great game space, hot tub and sauna were hits. We thought there might be hiking trails. Beautiful views. Please note The pool is NOT heated. It had fire pit for s’mores, great grill for BBQ. Would definitely consider again if we were going to have a reunion.

Property is very nice; loved that it was 1 story since we had older parents that have a hard time climbing stairs. Everyone had their own private suite with in suite bathroom. Plenty of room too spread out. Liked the location easy to get to near by attractions.

Very nice house with all you need to relax. Would recommend this property to all. The only thing I can say negative is the wifi wouldn't work. Looking forward to coming back!

This is the perfect hill country get away for a big family. We had four 6-month old baby’s and 4 kids under four years old. The kids had so much to keep them entertained with the pool, game room and theater room. The bedrooms are so quiet and isolated from the living area so it was great for the napping babies. And only 15 minutes away from the shopping area and lake access. We will absolutely be back!!!
