Close to everything, yet away from the traffic and pace of Helen. Great for a large family.

Ours stay was amazing. We had a great time. The property is beautiful. You can see deer in the mornings in the front yard. The outdoor fireplace is a nice touch. The home inside has a lot of charm and is remodeled. Bathrooms are in great condition. The home has everything you need in it 3 coffee machines.The home is very beautiful. I highly recommend it. The home is in a neighborhood, but you don't really see the other houses with all the beautiful trees all around you. We saw bears as we were driving out of the home. We got to see deer on a daily basis in the front yard. And in the driveway. The gate fit our SUV and large pickup truck. The gate probably wouldn't fit an RV or 16 passanger van. The place to trow out the trash is not far from the home. I would book this home again. You can tell this home is loved has a lot of little personal touches.

This property was great for our group of 9. The place had plenty of room for everyone, the giant pool table area was a big hit the entire time. The location is perfect & easy to access, only 10 minutes to Helen. We enjoyed our stay & would consider returning in the future if near Helen.

The cabin was a definite 5/5. It was homey, secluded enough, well stocked, and clean. The pool table and sticks need a little repairing, but the beds are the main issue. They're horribly rock solid and desperately need a topper or replacing. We were only there for 2 nights thankfully, but anyone with an extended stay is going to need a chiropractor afterwards.

The home was a lovely rustic home base for our activities in the area. There is a slight leftover smoky smell that may cause some breathing difficulties if you are sensitive like me. Unfortunately I could not open any windows not the door in the king bedroom. Otherwise, very clean. I would bring a fan for the beds in the loft. Way to hot to use until after midnight. The AC doesn't reach there. All other areas are fantastic! Just FYI if you plan to have 12 sleepers.

Two large families used this property to explore Helen on Veterans day. Both of the fathers are veterans and our families enjoyed their time there. The children were never bored and we enjoyed a stay that felt more like a home than an inn. Very cozy

We had a great time but thought house was more up to date according to pictures on line. Not as clean as it should be

We had a really b good time .The house was spread out so we were not all on top of each other.It was pretty and well decorated. The loft was not comfortable for teenagers. The problem was with checking in and out check in was 4pm we had to wait until 415 for the gate to be opened . Check out was 10 am the gate was closed at 920 a. That made it difficult to leave . if we were to ever come back to this area we would use this property again

Beautiful property at a prime location near Helen, GA. Off the road surrounded by woods made it well secluded for that get away you need. Huge dwelling with an great game room, enough bedrooms with your own bath room for 3 + couples. You even have your own deck off each bedroom. Loved it and will come back. Thanks

Property is in great location. The house is very spacious. We traveled with a large group and had plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the pool table area and loft! Would definitely rent this house again!! Very clean...plenty of towels and the kitchen is very well stocked! Very enjoyable stay!!

if i could use all the positive adjectives in the world, i would. but no one would read it, lol. one tiiiiiiiiiny drawback that bears mentioning...all the plants were darn near dead. we watered them all and brought them back, but may want to have someone check every once in awhile because it broke my heart. (or maybe i just have an abnormal heart?)

House was nice, especially for a large family...however, the two beds I tried sleeping on were so hard it was extremely uncomfortable and I got ZERO sleep and actually left a day early. It's really hard to enjoy a vacation with no sleep.

Family of 9 ranging in age from 75 to 8 years old. We all loved the house and the location. Everyone agreed the house was wonderful and enough space for everyone to do any activity during the day or night without noise bothering others and a living room big enough to play our family games at night. The pool table and tv room was great for the kids while the adults played cards at the bar area. Great vacation!!
