Good size, view of the sound is lovely. The swimming pool is very nice. Well appointed gym and other amenities on the building’s top floor. Beds were very comfortable. Couldn’t figure out how to use the jacuzzi jets in master bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped but could have benefited from more large serving bowls and dish towels. Good setup for multigenerational family.

Our family has been making trips to the beach 1-2 per year (since our twin boys were 18 months old) but this was our first visit to Indian Beach. The condo was a great size and having a third bedroom allowed our boys (now almost 9) to each have their own space, at a very reasonable price. The condo was very comfortable, nicely decorated, with plenty of space for our things. It’s always nice to have a washer and dryer and I appreciated a wooded drying rack, too (not sure why all beach houses don’t have one). Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. It was peaceful from the moment we arrived. We used the condo game room, exercise room, and pool facilities and they were all very nice. We drove to a public beach access less than 1/4 mile away. It was so close that my sandy husband and boys walked back from the beach each day, directly to the outdoor showers at the condo pool to rinse instead of getting lots of sand in the car. We did mini golf in both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, the little water park in Emerald Isle, a pirate ship excursion in Beaufort, and I took some amazing hot yoga, barre and spin classes in Morehead City at Downtown Barre. We had a fantastic family vacation to end our summer and this rental and host were an important part of it.

Location was perfect. Easy enough to get to restaurants and stores but nice not to be in the center of it. The pool was perfect as well. We don’t always want the sand!

We enjoyed sitting on the back porch looking out over the sound, swimming at the pool and the upstairs amenities (game room, study and workout room). It was a peaceful get away.

Our stay was perfect at Indian Beach ! The condo was beautiful , comfortable and had everything we needed . Not to mention , a perfect location . We're going back again for a longer stay in 22' 😁

Great condo. Great complex. Great location. Quiet and peaceful. The water views are awesome. My kids swam in the sound and we fished from the dock. To the big beach it’s a 2 minute drive across to the Salter Path beach access which is was never crowded. We would absolutely stay again.

This condo is a must stay if you are traveling to the Crystal Coast. As a family with 3 young kids ages 3-6, we were incredibly comfortable and able to relax in this beautiful home. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Our kids loved swimming in the sound and the sunset on the water from the balcony every night was amazing. The game room was a hit as well! We drove to the public beach access daily since it was a bit of a hike for the littles (around .2 miles) and it was never crowded and didn’t disappoint. We would definitely return!

We were a group of young adults, an infant, and me the Grandma! The space and location are lovely and as depicted in the listing. The only thing I would suggest is that they provide a few more bath towels. We were a party of six adults, with a 2 month old, and we each had exactly one bath towel for our entire stay of 4 nights. The washer wasn’t working, (which they told us about) but they couldn’t get it repaired quickly, so..... Anyway, a nice place which overall was a reallly great base for exploring the area.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this property. We have 3 teenage boys, and between the pool, game room, and near by shops & beach.... they never got bored! The property itself is large enough for 5 people. It’s also beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. Since many local restaurants are not doing dine in (because of COVID) we were able to sit down together and share meals in the condo. This was a nice change of pace from home, when we’re often pulled in many different directions and don’t have the time to sit down together. We also liked to have our coffee on the patio and enjoy the water view. We had a great time in Indian Beach and might even return again next summer!

Would have been nice to know the resort has many seniors living there and mandated quiet time began at 9pm...which is early for a family with teenagers. The game room was closed, which my teens were looking forward to accessing. The pool was nice, however, it closed at 7pm so that was a bummer. Very nice accommodations, large patio with many chairs so we enjoyed that area daily. Overall we had a great time being together and making memories as a family.
