Our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend staying here. Jason's Villa was perfect for our family and he had everything we needed covered. We were greeted by the concierge with Margaritas and fresh guac and chips which was a pleasant surprise. Having a washer and dryer to use was a huge plus with 4 kids under 6. The beds were a dream and made it hard to get up in the morning. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and you feel like you in another world. Far enough away from downtown but close enough to walk to get an Uber for $8. I will absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

1402 is a beautiful villa in Cabo! My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner has two concierges that met us with fresh guacamole, salsa, and margaritas. They gave us their cell phone number to assist us. The entire villa was spotless and a maid came every other day. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We drank coffee there every morning. We will definitely come back!

This was one of the best rentals we’ve experienced! The owner was so responsive and accommodating to our needs. The location and view for this villa is incredible! Everything was clean and functional for our family with two teenagers. The best part was the arrival experience when the Villa concierge surprised us with hand crafted margaritas, homemade guacamole and salsa just as soon as we entered the room. Exceptional experience and we will definitely rent this villa again!

The pictures do not deceive. The unit was well appointed, more like a home than a rental. The location of the unit is the second in from the beach so if you love the sound of the surf when you sleep, which I do, it was amazing. The communication with the team supporting us was quick even when I had basic questions that were obvious (wifi password labeled on the router for example). The welcome crew swung by soon after arrival to ensure everything was perfect. The unit was cleaned every other day which was a nice touch (I've only ever had condos with the cleaning at the end versus during). The bathrooms were outfitted with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner so if you're not particular (which our kids are not) it is perfect as you can pack less. The property itself is well located to Cabo San Lucas, easy 10 min cab ride and getting a cab was never more than a few minutes. We did not do so but I would recommend you do a grocery run or have groceries delivered. We had 3 adult children with us and I am still working up the courage to look at the final tally of charges to the room. The restaurants and bar associates were friendly and efficient and the food we had on-site was prepared well (I am a cooking enthusiast, husband is a chef so our baseline is possibly higher than most). Skip the burger at the pool bar, that was the only disappointing meal as it was simply too soggy from the fat content. Pastries and coffees from the deli became a morning ritual.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Estancia #1402! It was clean, a great location and exactly how it was described in the summary. The views were beautiful, it was quiet at night and it was walking distance (15+ min on the beach) to restaurants and town. The villa was cleaned every other day and the staff was available to help with grocery runs, taxis and excursions. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved this place! Super clean, excellent views at a premium resort located super close to downtown. Quick and easy checkin and Oscar’s warm welcome was much appreciated!! Highly recommend, we will be back.

We had the most amazing time at this property. It was neat to be able to check out the pools/ restaurants at the sister properties as well. The view was so beautiful. The sunrises off the front balcony in the morning were gorgeous. There were cruise ships parked in the bay almost every day but we kind of enjoyed checking them out from shore. We also enjoyed all the pools and hot tubs. The pico de gallo and guacamole from the deli were also delish! The location was great as well, close proximity to beachfront bars and marina. We really like Tobascos. Loved everything! Hope to come back!

We’ve stayed at Estancia many times, and most of the 2-bedroom villas are about the same. This property definitely has some upgraded/updated amenities and great views. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Property manager answered our questions and fixed a minor issue quickly. Loved all the hot tubs to whale watch in the mornings!.

Overall the hotel is a great place, restaurants are good, pool is great! The rooms are all large and can accomodate groups comfortably. Our issues were specific to the room. We have small kids with us and planned on cooking breakfast and most dinners in the room. We had to request more plates as the place only had 3 or 4 dinner plates. The dishwasher was broken, housekeeping did come every morning and do dishes but we were doing them throughout the day when we cooked meals. Would like to load a dishwasher as you don't want to spend vacation washing dishes. The sliding door was broken so we couldn't open it which was aggravating. We have small kids so we like to wind down at the end of the day, TVs wouldn't work and internet was horrible and could only watch in one room. Kitchen was missing some untensils, scissors, peeler, items like that. Overall the beds were not very comfortable. The dining room chairs are very heavy so my kids would have to drag them to move them and sit, people below would complain even when we tried to be quiet and not use them as much. We still had a great stay and great vacation but frustrating items for us.

We had a fantastic time in Cabo San Lucas staying the Villa La Estancia. The property is located in a prime location close to the town of Cabo San Lucas and is located on one of the few swimmable beaches in Los Cabos. The property and unit were clean and nice. The staff at the property were uniformly nice and helpful. I highly recommend the property.

The resort is top quality, and the staff is great. Anything you can ask for or need is there. You won't go wrong staying at this resort.

Very clean, well-appointed and exactly as advertised! Owner was very responsive and informative. Oscar, the concierge, was there when we arrived and made guacamole, pico de gallo and excellent margaritas to welcome us! Altogether a wonderful experience with a great location. We should have planned to stay longer!

Absolutely beautiful/ clean resort and condo. Loved the location! All 3 sister properties were nice, we enjoyed walks on all 3, enjoyed restaurants at all 3. Little deli and mini market on the grounds of the property. Really did not need to leave for anything. We went fishing and had Neptune restaurant cook our catch for us. Excellent meal with gorgeous views! Loved our meal at El Carbon (in Del Acro next door). Host was easy to communicate with. He sent Oscar to greet us with delicious guacamole chips and margaritas! Very comfortable beds! The resort had problems with a power outage almost every day. Showers were not hot and most of the time the water coming out of the hot faucets was slightly brown. Despite those disappointments, I would come here again…because of the friendly staff, gorgeous grounds and views, perfectly clean everything ,great location, etc. Do NOT fall for scams/excursions at the airport. They will sell you anything and tell you it’s half price and includes breakfast but really you are going to listen to them sell you a time share /“fractional ownership” for 2.5 hours. It was awful and we somehow thought we were buying our round trip taxi plus snorkel tour. Next time we will walk thru the airport with our heads down and go outside and find a cab on our own! Again this condo and host Jason was one I’d book again!

The property was even more beautiful than we expected. We were greeted by extremely friendly and kind check-in staff that ensured we knew everything we would need to know right from the get-go. When we got to the room, we had a local come in and make us fresh Pico and guacamole. This was a welcome surprise and very good. The pool and amenities were fantastic. The place was constantly being cleaned. Not just our room. The elevators. The stairs. The handrails. The floors. The pools got a thorough cleaning and chemicals every morning. The swimming pools where the perfect temperature, not too chemically smelling, and very well kept. We were really looking for a local experience, and less of an all-inclusive resort type of experience. Unfortunately, Google Maps portrays it to be closer to downtown than it actually is. It was a 30 minute walk to downtown with my mom, wife and three kids. Because of this, we opted to eat on the on-site dining premises several times. We paid $300 for breakfast, 350 for a dinner and nearly 600 for a dinner. We had the poolside lunch several times that cost us several hundred dollars by the end of the trip. The food was pretty good, but didn't compare to the food that we got downtown at the local places. I would highly recommend this place, but get into it knowing that it's going to be a lot of money for food, and if you want to go in town it's quite a trek. We ended up paying for taxis there and back most every time, which cost us another 25 to 30 bucks every time.

This is our 4th stay at Villa la Estancia and absolutely love everything about it! The views, location, food, service, the beaches all are amazing! My kids love that they just have to walk down to the beach and have access to jet skies, boat taxis to Lovers Beach and so much more. Can"t wait to go back! Thank you so much for sharing your home away from home with us!

The Unit was so nice, updated and spacious! The beds were so comfortable !! We had every amenity. The location was excellent!

We enjoyed the view and location; it was easy to take the stairs down to the pools and jacuzzis. The host is responsive and does his best to be accommodating.

We have stayed at the Estancia multiple times, love the resort and this unit was the best we have stayed in. Oscar made us amazing margaritas and snacks upon our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the view is spectacular.

The place was very nice. I was particularly impressed with the bedding/sheets. Air conditioning worked great and the view was amazing. Great stay overall.

The Villa is beautiful with the best view. The location of this resort is on the Medano Beach which is the best beach with the most beautiful view. This is one of the only beaches that you can actually swim in the ocean here. The villa itself is so close to the beach that you have the best view of the ocean, beach and the beautiful swimming pool. We will be back for sure!

Cannot say enough about the property, location, views - everything! Jeremy was a wonderful host and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. The views are out of this world and the beds are sooo comfy! Property was immaculate and even the room service was amazing! A++++
