We were in town for a weekend golf trip, the location of the house was great for us. We were able to easily commute to the courses up NE while also having easy access to downtown, as well. While this may not be a great location for young children due to there not being much for them to do locally, it’s great for adults!

A group of friends reconnected in Nashville for a long weekend and we loved our stay at this house. It was bright, super spacious, clean and updated. There were plenty of beds for all and the open kitchen/family room was great for the group. We found it easy to access downtown and the airport and enjoyed some spots nearby. Jane’s Hideaway for dinner, The Treehouse for brunch and the wine/liquor store Last Chance Liquors are strong suggestions. Host was very helpful and responsive. Enjoy!

Great Space for a Large Group or Big Family...Great Location ten minutes from all of the action and music on Broadway!

I came here for my 21st birthday party and was amazed at how great this place was. The pictures do not do it justice! So much space and the master bedroom was amazing. Very clean as well. Great host and a great place to rent. 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this home very much. The location was in close proximity to downtown and shopping areas. The house was clean. The kitchen had a few basic cooking items, which we did not use, but for anyone who might want to cook meals is very helpful. We had some problems with TV connectivity but the owner was helpful in trying to correct the issue. We would stay here again.

The location was as expected, and the size of the house was good for our group. The open kitchen and dining room worked well also. However, I've rated this property lower because the house needs attention. For example, the walls need to be painted, kitchen needs to be better stocked (sheet pans, strainer), towels and bath rugs need to be replaced, closets need to be vacuumed, and chairs in living room are stained and worn. The outside deck on the second level should be swept or power washed. There are spider webs everywhere - it was hard to enjoy that space because of it. Curtain rods and towel bars are falling down, and pictures are crooked. The fire table on the back deck wasn't working, although the owner was responsive and did get it fixed. The home itself is nice, it just needs attention. The owner was responsive when we called with an issue so I feel like this review will likely get her attention and the issues fixed.

This property was everything we needed it to be. Clean, close to town, and equipped with all the nessesities. We had a great time and had plenty of space for our large group.

We had a group of 7 adults from California and Georgia visiting Nashville for a long weekend. The house was perfect for us. All bedrooms are good size. Two couples shared one bathroom and the other 3 shared the other. There's also another half bath. The house is on the east side of Nashville that from my understanding is being revitalized. There were a couple of places we passed while we were riding to Broadway that looked a little sketchy, but the street we were on was fine and we totally felt safe. We struggled a little the first night with the fire pit, but the homeowner was quick to respond and we got it started. The only negative thing I'd really say is that although we didn't use the daybeds, they were only covered with a mattress cover and they didn't look look super clean. But we'd definitely recommend this house!

Overall great experience. Communication was prompt and everything went as expected and property was as described. Would recommend!

We had a bachelor party in the midst of COVID going on and let me tell you we could not of picked a better place for our stay. Nice gas firepit area out back. Great open kitchen area. Comfy beds. Extremely satisfied with our stay and in the event we have another gathering in Nashville I'd probably use this property again

We had 8 in our party and the home was more than enough space. The home is located in East Nashville which is in the process of rebuilding so when you first arrive you may be a bit skeptical but everyone we encountered was friendly. There were some great restaurants within minutes (Italie and Pharmacy Burgers and Mas Tacos to name a few). $9 uber ride to Broadway which was awesome! The only TV is in the upper level family room area... fyi. Newly rennovated home which is gorgeous! Oh and don't be alarmed by the chickens that roam the front of the house, they are friendly!! LOL

This house was perfect for a large group! A lot of the larger houses have full beds or bunk beds and here everyone is in at least a queen size bed! While it's not really walking distance from anything, it is only about 10 mins from downtown - usually a $12-15 Lyft ride. It's also close to The Pharmacy (good for burgers). A lot of our drivers did comment on the area as being "up and coming" but we always felt safe! Definitely would recommend!
