The location of the property is perfect and just a short distance away from Universal, Seaworld, Discovery Cove, etc. The condo was immaculate, smelled clean, and was just as described. We were also pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds were so we were all able to get a good night's sleep each night! Communication is great, check-in and out were seamless. Highly recommend and we will be back!

I loved this place, everything was clean, definitely I will come back to this place next summer is very close to the universal, my daughters enjoyed the pool, they have everything for your staying and the beds very very comfy … 5 stars !

My daughter was playing volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center and it was super close and easy to get to from the resort. It was just a convenient location for everything we did. It was easy and stress free getting into the resort and the instructions were sent in plenty of time and they were very easy to understand. Daniel was very accommodating and friendly.

Daniel was very accommodating to all our needs. This property was very clean. It was more than I expected. The decor was appealing. I would stay again on my next trip to Orlando.

I have to travel to the Orlando area several times a year to see family and for the first time I decided to stay at something different other than a hotel, and I am so glad I made that decision. I am so happy that I chose this property to stay at while visiting family in Orlando. The apartment was very beautiful and beyond my expectations and much better than staying at a hotel. It is conveniently located to everywhere you would want to go while staying in Orlando and I highly recommend it. The property owner was quick to respond to any question I had and made sure that my stay in Orlando was perfect. Thank you, Daniel!

beautiful place good location

The master sink was clogged, the washing machine did not function properly, the garbage disposal was broken. The master bedroom comforter was soiled and needed laundering. The bathroom cabinets were peeling.The kitchen cabinets front plate fell off and hit my foot. Great location and amenities but needs some maintenance.

Very clean and accommodating

We enjoyed our stay. Our child has food allergies, so it was important for us to cook our own food. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were quite limited and were not sufficient for the duration of our stay. We also had trouble using the programming for the TV. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Super clean, a can opener would be handy, and extra laundry detergent and dish washer soap. The paperwork asked us to start a load of dishes and laundry, but was only left chemicals for 1 load of each

Everything went well and easy access to stores, parks and restaurants. The condo smelled like chlorine so not sure if it was from cleaning before arrival.

Nice place. The only issue we had was an idiot downstairs blasting a stereo until 2AM. We called and they had security pay them a visit and they turned it down for 10 minutes until security left and turned it back up. Security said they gave them a warning and did nothing after the warning. The rest of the stay was nice. You can't control other tenants.

The condo and resort were beautiful! My daughter and I enjoyed every moment! We loved the perfect weather and our hours spent at the pool! The walking path was also a bonus! Having restaurants, a grocery store, and pharmacy within walking distance was also a plus! We would definitely return!

Vista Cay condos are in a prime Orlando location for anyone going to the theme parks. The trip to and from the airport is short and relatively easy. The codes to access the property gate and condo door are furnished before the trip. We had a little trouble with the gate access at first, as did other cars. But it appears to have been fixed within a day. The condo was as pictured when we booked. I had asked for a king bedroom, and 1 with twin beds. Done. We were in a unit that was pretty close to the pool/clubhouse. I called about a broken iron (which was needed upon arrival due to a wedding), and was given a solution right away. There was a binder with tips and instructions on how to deal with trash and check-out. Good to have information handy. The location of Vista Cay made it easy to access parks, shopping, … and a Publix, Dunkin and Subway was accessible by walking. This was a great place to stay for both tourist and relaxation purposes.

This condo is located near the Orlando Convention Center, with a Publix grocery store adjacent to the property. All the restaurants on International Drive are just a short drive or Uber away. Lots of parking spaces, It was nicely equipped, very clean and the property owner/manager?, Daniel, was great to deal with. Highly recommended

The condo provided everything we were looking for. It was very clean and well maintained. It provided plenty of space for my family. The community is quiet and is well taken care of. The pools are amazing and the location of the condo provides easy access to many attractions. Definitely recommend this location!
