House was very clean and right on the lake. Use of the dock for our boat was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house and area was perfect! The location was within a few min drive to everything we wanted to do in Branson and Springfield.

This property is exactly what we were looking for and what we needed. Beautiful and quiet - we spent most of our time sitting outside looking at the beautiful views and listening to birds. The house was cozy and clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We only encountered one issue and the host addressed it promptly and way beyond our expectation. We couldn't be happier with the overall stay and we plan to come here regularly and spreadn the word to others about this marvelous site. Thank you to the hosts for a magical and much-needed getaway!

We loved our stay! It was a long weekend trip for us, and it was the perfect place for my husband, our two dogs, and me. There was plenty of outside space for our dogs to run and play fetch, and they loved having the lake right there to play in, too! The house is very cozy and feels just like home. Andrea was very friendly, accommodating, and prompt with her messages and replies. Be advised, the property is in a very heavily wooded area, and we did find a couple ticks crawling around on our dogs. We expected this though, given it is a wooded lake area, and by no means negatively reflects the property! I just thought I'd advise in this review so any other dog parents can ensure flea/tick preventatives have been given prior to visiting like we did :) no bugs followed us home haha overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this lovely home for couples and small families, especially ones with dogs who love to swim! Everything was perfect

Locat! Location! Location! Absolutely coziest house right on the lake. Wooded lot made you feel like you were all alone in the woods. Close to everything even though you don’t need anything because everything is here! There’s even a little small tavern next door that isn’t overly crowded or rowdy. Just an overall extremely pleasant experience. Not many homes that aren’t stacked upon each other in the Branson area. Truly special property

Thanks for a wonderful lake retreat! The property was so so clean and private. We enjoyed the fire pit and the well stocked kitchen. Comfy living room for movie night. Great location and setup.

We had a good time. Host was great. Responded quickly when we had a door lock problem. Lakefront location but house needs some work here and there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this home. The views from the living room of the lake were pretty and peaceful from sunrise to sunset. The home has a very cozy screened porch which was perfect for puzzles. Even though we stayed during the peak time for fall color, the location was private and quiet with lots of wildlife variety. We have all ready booked a return visit for next year.

Loved the secluded area. Liked the space and able to travel with my dogs. Would of liked to be able to fish off dock but with all the turtles it was impossible. There needs to be a deep cleaning and the grounds need attention.

I’m glad I chose the house it was very comfy love the lake and was able to check in earlier if i wanted the owner was very nice through it all will stay there if I ever go back to the state we even seen deer for three days

Andrea & Harriet were wonderful hosts. They had absolutely everything you would need stocked in the house. The use of the dock, gently sloping bank to the lake, ramp feet away, this truly was the best location we have stayed at in 12+ vacations to TRL. Will definitely be back to visit. Thanks for sharing this gem with us.

The views are wonderful. Easy lake access. The house has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of parking. Loved watching the deer walk across the property.

Peaceful and relaxing

If you want a relaxing vacation, this is it! There is a boat dock with a boat slip which gives it easy access to fishing on the lake. The property covers one side of a cove and is right next to a boat launch. The only other house on property is the host's house, which is on the other end of the property. She is available if needed but will not bother you otherwise. The house had everything we needed, we just needed to bring food and clothes. The large windows in the living room give a panaramic view of the lake that is absolutely gorgeous. This will be our go to place everytime we are in the area. Thanks Andrea for a fantastic stay!!

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in the cottage. It was a bonus that our 4-legged child was welcome also. Although the weather wasn't ideal sitting in the house, enjoying the scenery snuggled in warm and cozy was a lovely day!! Those who wanted to fish, took home stories to tell and vow to be back. Both Andrea and Harriet are awesome hosts in arranging the rental and lending info or a pan when needed. Truly appreciated the quick get away that felt like we were welcomed with open arms.

The house is perfectly situated on the lake, but too far from Branson and very peaceful. We had 5 people and there was plenty of space for everyone

My husband just arrived home about a week ago from a 9 & 1/2 month deployment and this house was wonderful for our family to reconnect with each other. We love that it was close enough to all the sites and activities of Branson but also on the lake and away from it all

We made a quick weekend trip to explore the Table Rock area and stayed at this cozy little house. We loved the location and how easy it was to get to eating places, stores and just exploring the lake area. Great view of the lake and nice outdoor space for relaxing. We would recommend as well as stay again.
