Great house for my family and friends for a concert weekend on the westside. House was perfect and comfortable for our 7 adult guests. Loved hanging on the nice large covered patio and the pool. Will stay here again in the future.

The house and amenities are exactly as listed and a few pleasant surprises! The beds were VERY comfortable, and the home was clean and spacious. The pool was exactly what we wanted for those hot AZ days/nights! Karen was quick to respond when we had questions! Overall we were super satisfied! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved this home! It has all the amenities, even misters and a salt water pool which was great for our skin and just plain relaxation and fun. The beds are super comfortable, even the twin beds. The thermostats and washer dryer worked beautifully and were easy to navigate. The timers on the pool and thermostat were very thoughtfully set for our comfort. Karen, was great and always responsive although there wasn’t much to even touch base on because everything was pretty perfect. There are even bikes in case you want to take an early morning ride (watch for the coyotes though, it is the southwest)! The home setup was perfect for a family of 5, 4 adults and a teenager. The home is 10-20 minutes from anything you want to do, malls, movies, phoenix and maybe 30 mins to Scottsdale.

I was so relaxed and enjoyed my weekend away. The pool was amazing the grill worked great and the space.was amazing. Would LOVE to book this house again and enjoy.eoth my kiddos.

It was an a perfect property for our family, the kitchen needed a bit of a clean up, we found old food on the floor, nothing a quick sweep didn’t fix though. Regardless it was an amazing stay and anytime we visit Arizona, it will definitely be our first choice to stay. 10/10 recommend

This house was wonderful! We had extended family come into town so we wanted a place where everyone had their own room and enough space for us to be together to cook and relax. The pool was great, and there were so many little extras for the kids. Highly recommend!

Awesome property with great pool and waterfall. House was well appointed and room set up was excellent. Location was perfect in a quiet custom home area. Ray's NY pizza close by was delicious. Highly recommend and will book again in a couple years when we come back.

Karen was easy to communicate with from the very beginning of the booking process. She responded quickly to questions, requests, and with the aide of an appliance issue. The layout of the home is very nice to accommodate our group with two separate wings of the home for privacy. We loved the placement of the outdoor space which was conveniently accessed in three locations of the home, including the master bedroom. We each felt we had our own privacy but also ease of the central gathering spots both in the home and outside. The pool is very comfortable in temperature, clean and refreshing. The privacy of the backyard was important to us and did not disappoint. The waterfall is scheduled to come on between the hours of 11am-5pm which was extremely enjoyable but we would have liked to be able to program it on our own for longer enjoyment as we love the sound and feel of it and was one of the key features in choosing this property. Overall we enjoyed the quiet, country feel of this large plot of land within city limits.

This is our 2nd year we stayed in Karen's house. Great location for golf. House was spotless. We really enjoyed the heated pool. Great price for all you get.

We were very comfortable the home was inviting. We enjoyed the pool. Went to the Cubs spring training games. Enjoyed coming back to the house and playing games with the family. Would definitely recommend this home and would rent it again.

This property was bigger and grander than we needed -- and we loved it! Kathy had thought of most anything a guest might need, whether it was small appliances, kitchenware, or even batteries, notepads, and a selection of cooling supplies. We certainly slept well and relaxed well, and when there was a (very) minor maintenance issue that needed attending to, Kathy got it repair scheduled right away. A group of 4 - 6 guests + a couple of kids would have a great time here. Thanks for your hospitality, Kathy!

We came for my mother's birthday and had a great time renting this property. Everything we needed and plenty of space for quests.

We had amazing time in this house. The amenities of this house was spectacular. We enjoyed the pool. We even Played putt putt. If we were missing some thing it was in a cabinet somewhere centrally located between my family and Phoenix. We have some fun toys for all ages so the kids had fun playing. The beds were so comfortable. Impressed with the master bedroom suite I really didn’t want to go home. The only con I had was I could not get the backyard lighting to work so after the sun went down, we could only stay next to the house, but by that time I was exhausted anyways. Absolutely phenomenal stay and I will be booking it again. Home owner was right there for you. If you needed anything. Thanks for everything your home was amazing.

GREAT STAY!

This is a beautiful home. Plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable and the master bath is every woman’s dream. The backyard was fun with a heated pool, putting green and lots of seating area. The kitchen could use a little more cleaning, but we were very happy with this rental.

The house was very well stocked with everything we could need. The kids enjoyed the popcorn maker! And there were lots of games available. The beds were all very comfortable and Lots of towels and extra linens were available, we even spotted a nice fold away bed in the closet. We enjoyed the salt water pool. It was great! It is a lovely older home with a unique layout in a beautiful neighborhood and it is evident that the owner has been currently making upgrades to the exterior of the property. The owner was Very responsive! We did have a problem with AC on one half of the home .It affected The bedroom off the right hallway the living room and kitchen. The 2 bedrooms on the left side of the home were nice and cool. We felt bad for the family members that were sleeping on that side of the house. Being Arizona it does get hot and 81to 88 degrees(It spiked that warm at one point) was not pleasant for sleeping or relaxing watching TV. Half of us went outside and enjoyed the Arizona Evening so we were able to relax,no problem, But we had hardcore sports fans watching tv and they were complaining. It was unpleasant to sleep in that one bedroom or even move to the living room couch so we called the owner the second day. She apologized stating the A/C had some troubles lately that were on her radar to fix. She luckily had a backup portable A/C unit stored in a closet that we able put in the bedroom and that was a lifesaver. The owner also had many fans available in the home so we were able to make do. To her credit.. and Thank You... She did have A/C technicians at the home the very next day. Their efforts were not very successful but we appreciated the response immensely. We understand things happen and timing can not be controlled. I am sure the unit will be replaced or repaired to satisfaction asap. Other than that unfortunate issue the home is perfect rental in a great location for anyone and the owner is a concerned and accommodating hostess! We only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the outside had to be hosed down completely before we could use any of the outside furniture on the patio or pool. We were aware that there was a bad dust storm the day before we checked in and the cleaning team did not hose off patio or pool furniture and it was very dirty so we got to it and hosed it down. I am sure the owner would have sent the cleaners back if we called but we wanted to use it right away.Thankyou for renting to us and seeing to our needs. : )

Lovely house with a great layout for privacy if it's a few couples. Private back yard. Pool was lovely and refreshing. We had a windstorm blow through during our stay and the next day all the broken tree limbs and the pool was cleaned up promptly. Will definitely book this spot again. Communication with the owner was super easy and convenient.

Wow wow wow, the whole house was great! Karen was awesome she was very quick in getting back to us if we had any questions! In KC we don’t have a lot of pools so to have to one to yourself was awesome! Cannot wait for our next trip to Arizona!! Cannot get over the house, has every thing you needed to cook and grill!

We enjoyed our stay at Karen's house. There was plenty of space for all 8 people. We really enjoyed using the pool!
