Fantastic condo with beautiful grounds on a perfect beach.

The condo location, cleanliness, decor was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed this property. The only improvement, we all agreed could be the furniture. It was beautiful, but the couch collapses when someone sits down, and sounds like the person ate too many beans. LOL! The pretty antique recliner chairs made our backs hurt while watching a movie in the evenings, but overall, we LOVED IT!!! :)

Our family had a great time and would stay here again! The condo was spacious and comfortable and well appointed with all necessities. The pool was nice, lawn access was amazing, and the beach was great for all ages. See you again soon. Mahalo!

We love this condo complex. Beautiful views, pool, and grounds. Loved the ground floor access this condo gives. Seemed in need of a little TLC.

There's so much to love about this place. The house is very clean, perfectly laid out, has a great view and you walk right out onto the grass, 20 steps to the pool and 20 more steps to the beach. For a week-long stay with our son, it was exactly what we were looking for. Oh, added bonus, the neighbors are all super friendly and many weren't renters. On top of all of that, you can walk to a nice market, some shops and restaurants in ~3min and once they wrap up the road construction in Kapa'a, getting places will be fairly easy. Now to the part that made it almost perfect. The hot water in the master bathroom shower didn't work. We called, waited on hold, left a voicemail and I also sent an email and it was the next day when we finally heard from someone. Luckily, there are two showers in the unit, but this was a little disappointing and the response time didn't make us thrilled. So we would definitely recommend this unit once they fix that shower and would also just add that for things like plumbing/hot water issues that they ensure they have folks who can answer the phone and help 24/7.

Superb location, with nothing between you and the ocean save a shared pool and beach. Sunrises were breathtaking. The apartment was beautifully appointed, spacious and well equipped. The management was helpful (though not needed except for entry and exit logistics, since we had no issues at all during our stay). The website pictures are entirely accurate. Highly recommended.

I left this place looking to see if any in the community were for sale. It was perfect! You could open the sliding glass door and walk straight out to the pool or the beach. The pictures were accurate. There weren't any surprises when we went in the condo/yard because we knew what everything looked like. It was so nice to just walk out the door and let the kids play on the beach without having to load everyone up in a car. There were some beach supplies in the closet. I know there was an umbrella because we used an umbrella on the beach, but we didn't use anything else so I don't know what was there. Somethings that were mentioned in the description/other review: There isn't assigned parking but there was always plenty of space to park. When we booked it was for 6 not 4. There are two king sized beds but that was perfect for us because 4 of the people in our group were little kids and they all shared a bed. I walked in expecting there to be a smell based on another post, but there wasn't anything. We had plenty of toilet paper/towels/shampoo etc. This place has spoiled all other Hawaiian condos for me! I mean, come on, I saw whales breeching as I was doing the dishes! Can your trip be anymore amazing than that? I would rent here again in a heartbeat.

great location - centrally located on island and near airport. we loved the place and would stay here again. had everything you need - well equipped. great for two couples or family of 4. walking path right out back yard. great views and sunrises right out the back door. loved being on the ground level for yard and pool access

After we found out the condo that said it slept 6 only slept 4 we spent the next t two days fighting for some money back to be used toward buying an extra mattress and sheets. We checked ourselves in. Never saw a host from Vacasa. The condo is lovely on the first floor wth a view of the water. One of bedroom in the front and a small one in the back. My son slept in the living g room. One bathroom had toilet paper. One did not. Fresh bottles of hand soap were present. We called and they said they only provide starter paper goods. So we went out and bought toilet paper But the real offense was the bedding that was filthy and smelled of body odor. We called. Needless to say they did Nothing. We had towash all king size sheets - mattress cover etc. Aloha

We absolutely loved our visit to Kauai and this condo made it even more wonderful and relaxing. We spent a good majority of our trip lounging on the lanai and looking at the ocean. The kitchen and condo in general are extremely well stocked. Our one year old loved swimming in the pool, floating in the little cove on the beach near lava lava beach club and just enjoying the fresh Hawaiian air. The management company is easy to get in touch with and they were able to help us with the two minor issues we had. Our check in process wasn’t the best as the lock box code had either been changed or the box was jammed/broken. We arrived very late in the evening so this was an inconvenience but luckily the woman working at the call center got us in quickly using an emergency key box. Bring a power strip if you have a lot of things to plug in in the primary bedroom as there aren’t many places to plug things in. Overall, we would absolutely love to come back and stay again! One of the best family vacations we have had. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and island!

Awesome view for sunrise. Right next to a property that had a great sit down restaurant. Will definitely look at coming back in the future.

What a wonderful condo. Everything was just as presented and advertised. I was just like the photos showed. Great views, property decorated nicely. Had everything we could want or need for our vacation from kitchen utensils and equipment to beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas. First time used Vacasa, and it was easy. Had a question and they even had someone quickly answer the phone and helped us out. Perfect vacation getaway.

We loved this two bedroom condo on the beach. The location was perfect and the home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!

We loved setting out on the Lani and watching the ocean waves! The pool was great for a cool down swim. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need for your stay in paradise is in this beautiful condo. Just a few steps to the beach and a 5 wood to great drinks and food at Lava Lava. Definitely would stay again.

The unit was very spacious and close to all amenities. The view was spectacular.

Close to parking, walking distance to retail shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, detailed woodwork, lots of cabinets, and loved the Hawaiian/Asian themed art work throughout. This is a small complex so it was nice and quiet. Nice to be able to Watch all the activity in and around these units while sitting inside or outside.

Everything you need is here ! Beach , pool , quiet and very central . Very clean and comfortable too !

Fantastic location; beautiful view of ocean from living room and master bedroom, with sliding doors to patio. All furnishing and appliances looked new and the kitchen had everything you could want. A great place and very close to nice restaurants and grocery stores. We would come back in a minute.

We stay the week of January 15-24, from the moment we opened the door to the condo we where all impressed. The condo had everything we needed and more. The convenience of the ground floor was awesome and easy access to the pool and beach. The weather was amazing and the scenery even better. The coconut shopping center was two blocks away and LaVa Lava restaurant was right next door. The only issue we has was the second bedroom bed frame was loose and the bed is VERY noisy. We will definatley recommen this place to all of our friends and family.

Every aspect of this condo is comfortable. We especially love the comfortable chairs on the lanai with the beautiful view of the ocean.

Such a great place to wake up each morning hearing the surf. AC is a plus in each room but we didn't overuse it. Not all condos have this.

The kitchen is very well-stocked with cooking utensils, lots of dishes and tools. Outdoor grill snd cool tiki torches!

Lots of towels etc. Beds were comfortable.
The pool and garden were immaculate.

Only negatives: I believe the furniture is dated. The sofa is very noisy. Not comfy at this point. A sectional would be better than what's in the living area. But, expensive to replace in Hawaii. Easy to put up with that.

Then, There was a bad storm (3.8 inches of rain) on December 23-24 which means the river nearby was overflowing and goes into the surf at beaches. It doesn't smell too good and no one went in to surf or swim for several days.

Nearby Lava Lava is just an easy walk and there's Hawaiian music every evening. Good food with variety of choices.

You cannot beat this place. Centrally located. Beautiful condo. Very clean. Comfortable. Quiet. If you're needing a place with two rooms that are separate from each other, for privacy, this is it! Each room has it's own bathroom. Wake up to beautiful sun rises, the sound of the ocean puts you to sleep. This unit (113) has everything you need. Perfect. I would buy a unit here!

The views, the semi private beach, the clean, beautiful condo. Centrally located to everything on the island. Perfect for the visitors that need rooms separated from each other with their own bathrooms. LOVED this place. WILL return one day!
