We had a great time.

This property is not ready to be rented after being damaged. Repairs are very poor quality, appliances didn’t work properly,floors in kitchen have holes, flooring on stairs loose, musty odor in house probably mold in walls and main floor furniture.

This house was great for the family lots of room and the perfect patio to watch the sunsets. Owners are ready if you have any questions. It was nice to get back to the beach.

Our party of 4 spent our vacation in this spacious home just steps from the gulf waters. This home has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach - wagons, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and toys for children. We enjoyed the large covered deck to sit and listen to the sound of the water. We watched sunsets and even saw dolphins. If you plan on cooking this home has plenty of cooking supplies but please note that this home does not provide any seasonings - other rental homes we have stayed at have a cupboard of seasonings other vacationers have left behind. The beds are very comfortable and provided a goods night sleep after hours in the sun. Communication with the hostess was exceptional. She was quick to respond to all of my questons. The only thing negative we have to add to the review is the house felt like it could of used a real good deep cleaning. It was clean but we found food under the couch pillows and dirt in the corners of the rooms.

The property is exactly as advertised. The beach area is superb and the house is very comfortable. Fort Myers Beach is making good progress after Ian. Do not hesitate to rent this amazing property. Linda was fantastic to work with.

My husband and I, two adult sons with their spouses, and grandson age 4 and granddaughter age 1 stayed for a week in April. The beach was beautiful and the house was equipped with everything we needed; beach towels, kitchen equipment, beach chairs, a charcoal grill, and even a shade tent. Our host Linda was exceptionally responsive whenever I had a question. There is construction going on all over the island, so that can get a bit noisy at times. As far as the house goes I think the only thing I would wish for is a garbage disposal. We did a lot of cooking! The house is spacious with two living rooms and two wonderful balconies to sit out and enjoy dining al fresco. We will be repeat customers!

A spacious and very comfortable home for an amazing beach vacation.

This house was perfect for our family. There were 7-9 of us there each day and we had perfect weather all week! Things we especially liked about the house: -Enough really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and shade tent. We made a little “camp” on the beach every day and we appreciated all the equipment. And the wagon!! Our son-in-law is expert at putting up and taking down things so that was fun. -enough dishes and silverware for us every meal. We loved the grill! Our son-in-law grilled every evening and that was fun making different things. We are good cooks and we had plenty of equipment to eat very well all week. - The sheets on our bed in the master bedroom main floor were great! -enough room to eat out on the deck every meal, which we did. -The house was very clean when we arrived early. It was so nice of the cleaners to let us come in with our stuff. -being right on the beach was the best thing We really had a wonderful time. Our family, our two daughters and our son plus my husband, are all home builders and also own rentals. So we appreciate a good place to stay and understand the owners desire to please, which she did! -Here are a few suggestions: -More Dish towels and dish cloths - night lights in the bathrooms -A few lidded Tupperware containers for food storage while guests are there -a new coffee pot
