This place was perfect for all 7 of us! Close to wineries for a day trip.would love to book here again for next year.

Second time renting here. Great house. Quite large and very comfortable. Had a wonderful time.

4 of us ladies stayed here for a weekend. Very spacious and many different areas to seperate yourself if you need it. Unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of the game room. We enjoyed the fireplaces in each room. We were doing crafts so we mainly sat in the sunroom the whole time. Great, spacious room. Thinking this might be our new annual place to rent.

The house was clean,beautiful, well equipped, a great location. When we had to reach out to property manager for blown circuit they were immediately responsive. Strongly recommend.

We enjoyed the house very much. It was perfect for our family.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 with more than enough room. I love that we got to bring our dog to enjoy the trip with us. Even when the weather wasn’t great we had plenty to do inside.

We had a group of 9 stay and everything was perfect! We were able to visit many nearby wineries and come back to a peaceful home with a beautiful lake view.

We loved the house and the location. The house was clean and the basement Rec room was a blast. The location on the lake was beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Great property. Accommodated 10 adults nicely. Advertised as on/close to seneca lake. Its actually on cayuga lake, a 15 minute drive away from seneca lake. Wish it was advertised that way, but no regrets. Nice property and the group had a great time. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses.

The house was very comfortable with many amenities. The early arrival time was greatly appreciated!

Only one issue but rather significant, keeps it from a five star rating. If a property is billed as "Premier", then it should not have subpar mattresses and pillows. Sleep is important since you spend 1/3 of your week doing it. No one ever woke up in the morning feeling well-rested.

The property suited our needs for the week. Located on semi-busy road, in close proximity to wineries, but had to cross this roadway to get to dock and lakeside access. Not as clean as I would have liked. Dishwasher was broken, many glasses were put away in cabinet broken as well. (safety hazards) One of the windows in the sunroom was broken with oval shapped crack and I was afraid it might fall out the entire time we were there. Hot tub has no way to maintain...i.e. chlorine... and gets funky by the end of the week. Despite all of this my Family and I managed to have a wonderful time together because that is what our vacation was meant for.

The property was enjoyable to stay. The view of the lake and outside seating was used everyday. A few items need some repair, (chair, door to the patio only the tv in the living room had a usable cable signal ) but otherwise the property was well equipped for our family of 10.

Wonderful place, great game room, hot tub, furniture, very nice kitchen but.... downstairs bedroom had a funky smell and all the mattresses need up dating. They were cheap. Everything else was very good.

Stayed with small group of friends over New Years Eve weekend; there were two couples and two singles, so we utilized all four bedrooms. Overall the house was nice and roomy enough for us, though the downstairs bedroom behind the garage/game room, in our opinion, should not be considered habitable due to the very strong septic smell. It was so strong that we needed to keep that bedroom door shut to keep the smell from pervading the air in the living room. We did mention it to the property manager, who said everything was working properly, so I would just take that into consideration if you need to use that bedroom. We did also have a problem with the indoor grill - we were only able to get one burner to light (we followed all instructions, one side lit up, the other would not), and so we did use the outdoor grill instead though it was cold and rainy. Everything else was as expected, and the dock across the street was nice, and the view from the front room of the house was beautiful.

Thank you for allowing us to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from NYCC in your beautiful home! It was spacious, gorgeous and with an amazing view of the lake in the front room! Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit on the deck, it was an extra bonus to have at the house.

Spent an amazing 3nights, 4 days at this very spacious Lakefront property. We didn't lack for anything as the owner has all needs covered. Very clean, comfortable beds, fireplaces in every bedroom and Living Room created that extra touch! Spent a day visiting the wineries and soaked in the hot tub upon our return. Enjoyed a lakeside fire on the beach. This property is an excellent choice for a large family. Thank you!!!

The location of this home is superb as it’s very close to several wineries on the west side of Cayuga Lake. Check in was simple, but the cleaners and owner were there when we arrived at 3pm (check in time in their off season). That was no big deal. We just waited in the car. The master bedroom had good light blocking curtains and a comfortable bed. The space was well surface cleaned, but really squired deep cleaning (mold around jets in the master tub, cobwebs in corner of bathroom, kitchen grill was covered in grease, and we found bachelorette party confetti under the couch). As others have said, the kitchen pots/pans were similar to dorm room quality and dishes in cabinets were filthy (not the property’s fault,but previous guests.) Luckily we didn’t need to use the bedroom next to the garage game room area. It smelled like someone’s dog had urinated in that area and an attempt was made to cover it with about a gallon of Febreeze (completely overpowering odor). Good yard. Overall an ok stay with a great location and view of the lake. We enjoyed many morning coffees in the sun room with the view.

The house and location are absolutely beautiful! There was only one issue the pillows are horrible flat and cheap didn't get a good night's sleep the whole time we were there

Was happy with everything besides the fact that only 3 cars were allowed in the driveway even though it could fit well over 3 cars. Had come from out of town and we couldnt all drive together and when i called the people told me to park at the state park which was about 11 mins away which wasn’t convenient at all.

We enjoyed the lake frontage and location! The hot tub was great after a day of hiking. A tad challenging to communicate over vrbo, but quick to respond if called directly. Would recommend updating cookware (quite wobbly).

Awesome house we had a great time here! The house was beautiful and well kept! The dock and outdoor areas were great for hanging out in! We all loved the stay here and would love to stay again!

the property was great.plenty of activities for a family gathering.the amenities were awesome .we thought the whole experience was great. Only one small glitch with dishwasher.

This house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We used the sun room at the front of the house all day for eating, relaxing, and having fun. Beautiful view of the lake, great hot tub, plenty of room, loved the indoor grill - but recommend someone provides instructions on how to light it - kayaks are a great added value. Would highly recommend.
