Repeat visit, delightfully perfect location, villa and beach. Staff is terrific (especially Shedlin who took great care of us at the beach, and Areceli who made delicious drinks and also was fun and terrific beach and poolside service). We will be back!

Perfectly appointed and stocked unit so close to the beautiful water! Walk to numerous restaurant options, grocery store, bars and ice cream. There were a few items that needed service…leaky shower door, cabinet loose door and a broken dresser. With that being said we’d come back in a heart beat! Illinois 60th Birthday

Our entire experience was great as expected. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We came back to VR due to its proximity to things and the beauty of its beach. Villa 308 was extremely well appointed although one of my guest suggested changing out a sagging king mattress in the guest room and adding a drawer dresser instead of the tv cabinet. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and highly recommend Villa Renaissance.

Perfect location in heart of Grace Bay with the best view! Staff was amazing and beautiful 3br condo. Family had a great time and place was cleaned daily! Perfect for little children too. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed on a third floor, three bedroom Villa and had an amazing view of Grace Bay. The resort was excellent and in a perfect location. The Villa had plenty of room and was modern and in great condition. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Renaissance.

This is the perfect place to stay in Grace Bay in my opinion. The location is ideal--you can walk to restaurants and bars. The unit itself is gorgeous. It has amazing views , the rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to cook. It even has coolers to take to the beach! We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to return!

This property was amazing! The villa opened to unbelievable beach views, staff was so friendly and helpful, and we were so close to wonderful restaurants and shops. Every member of our party said this was the vacation of a lifetime. If you're still looking, just book it!

The condo was absolutely fantastic. The view is exceptional. A great location with many options close by to eat. We had a daily Pina Colada break each day at the marvelous pool and bar. LOVED IT😎👍

The Villa Renaissance had stunning views of the turquoise beautiful ocean and we loved that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants ! We spent all day at the beach and we enjoyed great food at night including dancing ! We would recommend this vacation to anyone that needs a break from the hustle and bustle of life we created memories that will last a lifetime! Villa Renaissance unit 308 provided us with just about everything we needed and wanted. Only exception…. had to borrow a cocktail shaker and citrus juicer…. Other than that we were completely happy in this beautiful 3 bedroom unit. It’s hard to beat the location, the views, the comfort, the service and the vibes!

Our family celebrated my father’s retirement (and my surprise engagement!) at Villa Renaissance with a 7-night stay – and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The penthouse (308) was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed during our stay (toiletries, bathrobes, coffee, bug spray, even snorkel masks). And the beach-front view from the wrap-around balcony… INCREDIBLE! The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing local recommendations, making dinner and massage reservations, and getting us set up with chairs at the beach every day. The property is centrally located with easy and walkable access to gift shops, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. We absolutely loved our stay and have already recommended Villa Renaissance to friends and family. We hope to be back soon!

There was a small issue for the first few days with the air conditioner, but it was fixed and they graciously gave us a small inconvenience reimbursement. The condo as well equipped with coolers and swimming masks. The staff especially Dejsha were great!

We really enjoyed this property excellent view of the beach very convenient to the beach but I can’t give it a five star rating. The roof leaked into the family room. Property manager said he knew about it but that’s all he would say. We ended up putting a cooler and towels down where the roof was leaking to collect the water. All else was excellent condo was very clean great housekeeping staff.

Beautiful quiet property was perfect for our group of five women celebrating our 60th birthday. Very close walk to the “town” with shopping, restaurants, bars, ice cream, etc. We found live music at Dammy Buoys and Infiniti. Very fun! The property has brand new bikes and tennis courts. The concierge will help book excursions and dinner reservations. Book before you arrive for the more popular ones. We walked to Hemingway’s, The Deck, Solana, Grace Bay (brunch) and Shay’s Took a cab to Coco Bistro and Shark Bite. Rode our bikes to Mr Grouoer. All delicious! Our room (308) was ocean view with 3 bedrooms and the view is stunning. Well stocked and well maintained. Daily cleaning service was a nice touch and much appreciated! Lovely pool and hot tub in the courtyard of the property. We used the grocery stocking service which was convenient but beware the grocery prices are crazy high. Staff was kind and accommodating. We didn’t want to leave but we will be back!

Amazing location with the best of both worlds. Worlds best beach on one side but also a great courtyard pool area that felt like you were in a villa in Tuscany. Our apartment (Unit 308)was perfect! The management and staff were amazing. Always asking if they could do anything to help. We cannot wait to visit again
