This Town-home is truly an oasis in north Tucson, close to everything! (Restaurants, shopping, hiking, national parks, botanical gardens, golf, etc.) We really enjoyed our stay in this great town-home. It's bright & spacious and when friends visited, there was plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need including a keriug coffee maker. Garage parking was a plus! Less than a 3 minute walk to the pool. Especially enjoyed the large patio that is nicely furnished & spent many relaxing hours outside. Our stay made for a wonderful winter get away and hope to be back in the future. The owners Bob & Candy were very gracious & easy to work with from beginning to end. Would recommend this condo to anyone as long as they don't take the months we want! 🙂 In case you were coming with a big group there are 2 other condos attached to this one so you can be close but have your own space- there is a 3 bedroom and a 4 bedroom. Lisa and Jessica were great to work with and responded quickly with any questions or concerns. Thanks so much for letting us stay in this fabulous condo, we will see you next summer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. It had everything we needed and plenty of space. Our only regret is that we didn't have time to enjoy the patio more - it was very peaceful and well appointed. The host was responsive and ensured that we were able to check in and out easily. I would definitely rent the home again and would highly recommend.

This property was just perfect for a family gathering to Celebrate a U of A graduation. We were happy to meet the owner when we arrived. He knows all about the property and the surrounding area. He lives about an hour away but he introduced to a woman who lives in the complex and is a local contact should immediate needs arise. We did call her once and she was over to answer our question. We loved that the pool was open for so many hours (6am to 11pm). Plenty of shade in the pool area when the Tucson heat got to be too much. Also appreciated the clean bathroom and shower right at the pool! When we rent a VRBO it's mostly to have access to a kitchen and a washer/dryer. They kitchen was well equipped and VERY clean. The w/d worked great and there was detergent available for our use. We took advantage of the association pool. Our unit was really nice. But just as important, the whole complex is beautifully landscaped and well maintained.
