We had a nice stay for a football weekend. It is conveniently located and the host were wonderful.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Oxford. We went for a baseball game and the arts festival, and the location of this home is perfect. Everything is just a short drive away. The home was clean, well-provisioned, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Eight of stayed for Ole Miss vs Texas A&M game weekend. The house was clean and kitchen was stocked with dry and refrigerated foods. The hosts met us upon arrival. Everything was great...would recommend for groups of 6 to 8 people.

Ken and Dr. Prema were without question the best hosts I've ever had. They greeted us at the property, gave us a tour and had milk, eggs and dozens of snacks waiting for us. I HIGHLY recommend. Huge space and it's .8 miles away from the square so it's walkable. They have a pavilion, rear porch with swing and a trampoline. Thank you again Ken and Dr. Prema for your hospitality. You truly went above and beyond.

There was a large group of us that stayed at this property for game day weekend and it was great! The hosts were absolutely incredible and the space was perfect. Hosts went above and beyond getting the space set up with treats and snacks and were very accommodating. Highly recommend for your next stay in Oxford!

The home was very spacious and clean! The hosts did a great job of anticipating things we would need. We even had waters upon our arrival! I would definitely recommend this home especially if you are wanting to be close to the university.

Wonderful experience was shared with our family at this lovely home. We were looking for a place in Oxford where we could relax stretch out have nice accommodations to enjoy the weekend with our daughter and friends. This home surpassed our expectations. The property manager greeted us on our arrival, walk us through the accommodations showing us the bedrooms, family room, the kitchen area. Was and easy walk to the Oxford square. The kitchen had been stocked with breakfast essentials, that was a great surprise. Large, covered patio, great for games and conversations. Our daughter in-laws took dibs on the porch swing. Each room is spacious with its own bathroom. Highly recommend this home.

This property was bright and clean. Very convenient to the Ole Miss campus. The owners were great to work it, very accommodating, communication was great, owners very responsive. We will definitely return to this property as we have a child that will attend Ole Miss in the fall of 2020.

We really enjoyed our visit to Oxford. We had a group of 10 of us that came in town for a football weekend. Dr. Prema and Ken we great to work with. They communicated with us prior to our arrival and met us when we got there. They had a nice spread of snacks for our group and showed us around the home. It was very spacious and had a nice layout. The backyard was huge and could easily be used for a large entertaining space. The location of the home was very central to The Square and The Grove. We had no problems getting an Uber or Lyft ride. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come down for a game. Thanks for the great weekend!

Our group stayed here for a football weekend. The owners are attentive and left so many goodies we felt like we were at our own home. Cindy answered questions and was available if needed. The house is beautiful. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved this 3 bedroom home. It was perfect accommodations for our family. There were 10 people who stayed here. The owners communicated well prior to our trip. They greeted us in person and gave us a quick tour. The kitchen came with some basic food necessities as well as some snacks so we didn’t need to run to a grocery store upon arrival. The backyard is great for entertaining with a covered porch with a dining table, a swing and a grill. We enjoyed having the entire family at one location. This VRBO was very clean. We will look up this home again the next time we come to Oxford.

Beautiful home, very close to everything at Ole Miss. big back deck and yard. The owners couldn’t be nicer people! They actually wound up giving us a ride to the airport because our van didn’t show up. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A beautiful home and a fantastic place to stay if you have kids. Perfect place for a game day weekend. Reasonably close to the square and campus. The owners are also amazing and super friendly. I highly recommend this place to anybody!

We had a group of 10 friends stay here for the Ole Miss/Auburn game. The location was great, convenient to the Square, the Grove, everything. The place was spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, well equipped Kitchen, a spacious den with big screen TV, and off street parking. An unexpected surprise was all the snacks and goodies our host greeted us with at check-in. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful and checked with us to make sure everything was OK. Description says sleeps 10 comfortably and space wise it does. With only 3 beds that puts 2 people on a sofa sleeper, and 2 others either on a couch or foldaway bed (which the hosts supplies). We knew this going in and had arranged who would sleep where, but there was not enough bedding (i.e. no sheet for the foldaway bed, only a blanket). A couple of us brought our own blankets/pillows so we ended up being fine and I saw a previous review where the group asked for more blankets, so it shouldn't be an issue as long as you're okay not all having beds if you sleep 10+. Also if you have 10 people, do not take long showers. With that many people even with a large hot water heater as mentioned in the description (and they do have), if one person takes an obscenely long shower they are leaving the rest of the group with luke-warm water (happened to us), but it was luke warm, not cold or freezing cold. I've been at other rentals where once the hot was gone, there was not more. With that said, I'm just throwing those tips out there for groups of 10+, it's hard finding rentals to fit that large of a group and this one was great! We loved it!!! We would definitely rent this place again. Highly recommended.

We rented Ken's home for the Ole Miss/Ga weekend and were very impressed by the accommodations. The three bedrooms with private bathrooms were perfect for our three couples. The snacks and hospitality were wonderful!!

A great place with 3 nice bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms...very clean and spacious. Location is very convenient to square and Ole Miss. The home owners went out of their way to welcome us and make our stay enjoyable. Would recommend this place and will stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here with two other families for the LSU football game in 2015. The location was great. Easy to get in and out of. The house was very clean and each room had it's own bathroom, which worked out very well for the multiple families. The hospitality was wonderful as well. There were snacks and drinks left out for all of us. We would definitely return to stay here in the future. Hotty Toddy.

Myself and my group of 8 really enjoyed our stay. We found the house to be exactly as advertised, in fact there was even more room than we expected. The house was very comfortable and the owner were extremely helpful, she even provided us snacks(fresh fruit, chips, etc). Place was very clean and back yard and porch were great for hanging out. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

We were very satisfied with the rental. The drinks and snacks waiting for us were a nice touch. The kitchen and baths had sufficient supplies . The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very friendly. We were there for a graduation celebration and did not have time to enjoy the back yard but would do so on a different type of weekend.

We stayed here for the Ole Miss Auburn game. It was so much nicer than the home we rented last year. It was really perfect. Spacious, impeccably clean, very comfortable new beds, a well equipped Kitchen, a spacious den with new big screen TV, off street parking for three couples and our students who came to visit. It was so nice we wanted to stay there to watch the game instead of going to the Grove (OK that's an exaggeration!). Our host was extremely friendly and helpful and checked with us frequently to make sure everything was OK. We definitely hope to be able to rent this again. Highly reccomended.

Great house! Very pretty, comfortable and located within easy walking distance to downtown Oxford! Owners very hospitable! Greeted us with snacks, drinks, fruit which was an unexpected bonus! Immaculate! Beautifully furnished with lovely, comfortable furnishings! Definitely would rent again!
