Perfect place for us to meet and relax. Met all our expectations!

My family stayed in this adorable house for the long weekend. We found it well stocked and very cozy. Check in and check out was super easy and the welcome snacks and having coffee supplied was great, it’s usually the first thing we pick up at the store on arrival, so it was nice to have. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is fantastic, we walked everywhere. The basement is nicely finished, others have said it seemed musty but we didn’t find it to be. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be close to enjoy the local attractions but still be on the outskirts. The house was clean and comfortable. There was just enough yard for my son and husband to be able to throw a football around. The welcome snacks were a great addition as we were in for a wedding, so the little bit in and out between wedding things, the snacks hit the spot when we didn't have much time. The only downfall was the basement. It seemed musty and we are very sensitive to that. As long as the door was shut it didn't bother us at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while attending Parents Weekend at the US Coast Guard Academy. Our weekend home was extremely comfortable and welcoming. It is located a stone's throw from downtown Mystic and a short drive to the Academy. We highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic time in Mystic! We were very impressed with the house. It was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and centrally located to all attractions! Our host, Rob, did an amazing job of welcoming us with a snack basket, brochures and suggestions for what to do and where to eat. I would highly recommend renting this property. We so enjoyed our week in this property! The space was clean, well-stocked and centrally located in the Mystic area. The kids loved the foosball table and games, as well as reading outside on the charming front porch. Would happily return!

Very well kept and clean little house in perfect Mystic location. Well equipped with everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is due to the comfort of the bed in the smaller bedroom (very firm - not comfortable for my 22 year old son) and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. I would advise to bring your own pillow if you can. I tried multiple ones from the other bedrooms and could not get comfortable. Other than that it was a wonderful week in a great home.

Clean, conveniently located (we walked to olde Mystic village, downtown Mystic and of course the nearby Seaport), quiet lovely neighborhood, pretty outdoors, well stocked kitchen... we had a great time. Went to Bluff point state park, Dinosaur place, kids loved it. You won't regret staying at this lovely property. We would go back

This was the perfect home for our family to enjoy a long weekend. The house was exceptionally clean, we loved the backyard and deck, and the location was within a few minutes of everything we planned to do. We loved staying here and highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Mystic.

We had a very nice stay at Rest, Relax, Retreat. Rob and Meaghan were both very responsive to questions, and we enjoyed meeting Rob on one of our walks back to the house. The location is very convenient to the Seaport Museum, downtown, and restaurants. There is a hill to go down and up, though, so note that if you have trouble with walking. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was perfect for when there were 4 of us over the weekend. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked! While there isn't much counter space to work on in the kitchen, the moveable island and kitchen table are perfect for extra space. The basket of snacks was greatly appreciated!! We didn't use the basement bedroom but it would be a good extra space in the summer even though both bathrooms are upstairs. We really appreciated the 2 bed/2 baths upstairs. It was an easy drive into Rhode Island for extra exploring and history. Lots of choices for seafood!!

Everything about the property was perfect! The house was lovely and had everything we needed for our Mystic adventure!

House was immaculately clean, master bedroom with large ensuite was a bonus when travelling with 3 adult children! Added touches, snacks were appreciated as was the plentiful supply of linen & towels. Location was in a quiet neighbourhood however still only a short walking distance to downtown Mystic. Downstairs suite with laundry is great for those like us who had been travelling for a while and needed to catch up on some washing. Overall we would definitely return to this lovely home

We enjoyed relaxing and grilling dinner on deck and sitting in rocking chairs on front porch watching stunning sunset! Nice quiet neighborhood and great laundry room! Wonderful vacation home!

Staying at this property was one of my best experiences thru the years! The attention to details, cleanliness, and communication was outstanding! Location was perfect too with a short yet steep on the return to the Mystic Seaport and about a half mile to downtown shops and restaurants. My guest is a daily walker and did 6-7 miles daily with alternate routes and loved it. Size was great for quiet entertaining. Having lived in area for 35 years before moving away I found this property and Rob and staff to be stellar in all ways!

From the day we arrived everything was perfect. The house is comfortable and inviting. Every convenience of home was there for us. The deck and the grill were a bonus. We truly loved staying here and look forward to coming again. So conveniently located, too!

This house was perfect for us. It is close to Mystic Seaport (within Walking distance). It is also within walking distance to downtown for those that are more ambitious walkers. But be advised that Rossie street has a decent hill and the walk back to the house is uphill. But this is only a minor inconvenience. The drive to Olde Mystic Village and the Aquarium is 5 min or less. The house is outfitted well. There was a basket of snacks in the kitchen and a Keurig coffeemaker along with a supply of coffee pods. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates and glasses. We didn't cook other than using the microwave but there were plenty of pots & pans if you choose to use the kitchen to its full capability. Good Wifi. Cable TV had more channels to choose from than we've seen in other similar rentals. The 3rd bedroom, while very spacious, is in the basement. It is fine for kids (adults too) but both bathrooms are on the main floor. We didn't need to use this room but I feel it is necessary to point out. If you are looking for an alternative to the "hotel district" of Mystic out near Interstate 95, you will be hard pressed to find a better rental than this one. Especially given that the daily cost for a whole home is close to that you would pay for a room in a Mystic hotel.

GREAT HOUSE. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

This was the perfect property for our mother-daughter-niece trip to Mystic! The home was clean, thoughtfully stocked with not only supplies but all the extras you could need, was extremely comfortable, and gave everyone their own space. We appreciated having this to call home for a few days!

Everything was great! Mini Vacation with my teens and 92 year old father-in-law. House was perfect, clean and the quietest neighborhood. Close to Mystic Village, Seaport and Downtown. Market down the street also. Thank You!

We enjoyed our stay and the provided amenities were a bonus. The location was great. Only downside is that each bed mattress was a little uncomfortable in a different way. We would book again.

We loved our visit to Mystic. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed as a family of 5. We were able to walk to the Seaport Museum, and the aquarium was a short drive. The host offered great recommendations for dining and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a getaway in Mystic.

This property was very comfortable with plenty of space. The location was perfect - near downtown Mystic for restaurants and shopping as well as Olde Mistick Village shops and the Mystic Aquarium. Would highly recommend this property!

Thank you for a lovely stay! Mystic is a beautiful place and will always hold a warm place in our hearts. The home was truly so welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Everything was thought of. We even enjoyed watching a blizzard while safe and warm in the kitchen! Make sure you see and experience all the great places — Mystic Seaport Museum (walkable!), Mystic Aquarium (a great organization known for conservation efforts and rehabilitating stranded animals), Downtown Mystic and Stonington, Watch Hill and Newport, Rhode Island as well! So much delicious food too — Nanas for amazing sourdough bread and pizza, Stonington Pizza, Stoney Acres Farm, Bleu Squid, Deviant Donuts, Sift and Young Buns bakeries, Rio Salado and many more.
