The property was just as described. Owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Very close to the beach. Kids enjoyed the educational touch pool museum close by and both kids and teens loved the local candy store!

We rented 2 condos at this location pharma sea was the nicer of the two. We had no problems with the unit.

We appreciated how well equipped and organized the unit was. Very short walk to beach.

The townhome is lovely. Ron was very attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. My family loved it! Steps away from the beach. Would definitely return!

Nice townhouse, very comfortable. Owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly. The home is closer to the beach than we expected. Too bad COVID kept the pool closed. We would return to this property in the future.

Everything in the house was wonderful. We enjoyed having only a short walk to the beach, and the well-stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful week and will definitely consider this property when renting again!

This was our first visit to Topsail beach. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. What a beautiful and spacious home. The owner was wonderful to work with and the house was well stocked and clean. Beautiful beach and closer than described. Riverview Cafe was our favorite restaurant. Will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. Easy access to beach. Plenty of room for 11 people. Very comfortable accommodations. Great to have linens supplied and toilet paper and paper towels since they are hard to find during covid. Would definitely come back to stay at the Pharma Sea!

Just spent 4 days at this condo by the beach. What a way to rest, relax and totally unwind. Ron was very responsive from booking the condo to the time we had to leave!

It was perfect for location, activities, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked ( maybe over stocked) view of ocean and decks were wonderful. Loved the soft beach and clean pool!!! Would love to come back again.

We were very impressed with this house. It is a great set-up for families. It is much closer to the beach than we thought from looking at the pictures. The view of the ocean from the decks is very good. You can hear as well as see the waves. Although there is small bar in front of the ocean view decks and several bars across the street, the only time you hear noise from the bars (except traffic) is weekend nights (and then it was music which we enjoyed while on the deck). The pool is very close to the house. The house is nicely decorated, well stocked, clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the hose and the outdoor shower and the entry floor to store things. Ron checked in on us and check-in was very easy. The carport fit our group's van, SUV and car. We were all pleased with the house. Most importantly, the beach is amazing (clean, soft sand, not crowded). We had a great trip!

This was our first time in Topsail. We plan to come back next year. This was a great location. Easy access to the beach and close to pool. Great for all ages as we had kids ages 3 to 22. Older kids enjoyed the bikes. Ron was easy to get a hold of anytime we had questions. We had two families and there was plenty of room. The 2nd floor was an escape area for older kids. Two sets of stairs to get around house but was fine for us. Highly recommend to stay here.

Owner was well organized and efficient with every detail from the rental process to check in and check out! Beautiful home that met all of our expectations and then some. Well stocked, great proximity to beach and pool access was a plus! It was our first time to Topsail and PharmaSea was just what the doctor ordered!!!

This was our first time at Sea Star which is a gem of a place. We are planning on returning next year. I could not think of any improvements to suggest for the condo was close to perfect for us. It is a well-staged and stocked, comfortable and peaceful living environment. The beach is also just as lovely. We love beach/pool combinations for the kids ages 3-12. However, be aware that there are no lifeguards (chairs) at either. There are lifeguards on duty at the beach though not readily visible. This is not a system that we were used to but were assured that it works and all one must do is call 911. It is well worth having a phone weather alert system that includes riptide warnings as I have. It was pretty obvious on the one day that no one would be safe in the ocean. If one plans to go to the aquarium on a rainy day, know that ALL NC WILL BE THERE, so get there before it opens, for it is pretty far south of Surf City. The Turtle Hospital in the area was a wonderful educational experience for kids and adults. It was open from 12 to 4. Either get there early or at 3 when the line will not have a long wait time. Again—-perfect place toenjoy family.

We have met my Marine son for Easter every year and this was our last. The house was beautiful and equipped with so much more than needed,but appreciated. We stayed in touch with the owner, Ron who told us all the great local places to go and he was there for us if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone! We had a great time!

We had 3 couples ages 25-28 and 5 kids between us ages 1-7. The house was perfectly equipped to accomadate all of our needs, everything you can think of is provided, plenty of room for us and close enough to the beach there was no hassle getting to and from qith the 2 carts we brought. Will definitely stay here again if we return to top sail.

This is our family's second time staying at this location. We loved it just as much as last time. The location and ramped beach access is great. The home is beautiful, large and the layout gives all of us privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The good communication with the owners was very helpful.

We had a wonderful family get together. The place had everything we could think of for a home away from home. We were so comfortable. We cooked many large family meals and had everything we needed in a well equipped kitchen. The beach was a very short walk.
