Perfect place to stay for a Penn State football weekend. Clean, great amenities, plenty of space and an easy walk to downtown. I would highly recommend to any visitors!

Perfect house for any occasion. Craft style but updated with every amenity. Good size, great for a small group. Close to town in a great neighborhood. Would certainly stay again.

Our family enjoyed the house and it’s proximity to restaurants. There was length of room. The PDF outlining the information about the house features was very thorough.

This home has been updated and is beautiful and welcoming. We spent most of our time in the backyard, including meals. The bedrooms, living areas and dine-in kitchen are spacious and comfortable, including the finished area of the basement, which has plenty of windows that offer natural light during the day.
Jonathan, the owner, was timely and thorough in his communications to prepare us for our stay and quick to respond to questions.
This was the perfect place to gather with family to celebrate our recent Penn State graduate’s naval officer commissioning.

We had a great time at this place - it was in great shape and had everything we needed to set up for an awesome weekend. Jonathan was extremely responsive and helpful which was much appreciated. The location is amazing and having the parking available was a huge bonus.

The house is in a lovely neighborhood, an easy walk to campus and even to the stadium. It’s modern and well-designed, super clean, and came with little things that made all the difference (coffee + toothpaste? Be still my heart!). Jonathan was responsive, accommodating, and helpful - the perfect host. The bedrooms are spacious and super comfy. We didn’t need the basement space, but it’s giant and offers excellent privacy. There’s only one shower, typical of homes of a similar age, and it wasn’t a problem, just something to keep in mind. We will absolutely be checking availability for a repeat visit next season. Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our group of 5 Penn State alumni friends. We were surprised how much space there was, it’s bigger than it looks in the photos. It was tastefully decorated, very clean and fresh. The kitchen had new appliances and everything else we needed. We loved the huge sofa in the living room with space for everyone to sit. It’s a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still close to downtown and campus. If you have multiple cars you may need to park one elsewhere because you can’t park overnight on the street. This wasn’t a problem since there is a parking garage within walking distance on Beaver Ave at a reasonable price and free Sundays.

Wonderful stay again
This is the second time we have stayed at Jonathan's lovely home for a family gathering. It's in a perfect location and is very nice and comfortable. Highly recommend and I am sure we will be back for future family gatherings.

Excellent accommodations
Our family stayed in the home for the weekend for my sons graduation and it was comfortable for everyone, beds and linens were great. We hosted a cookout and everything that was needed was provided. Great location within walking to town. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Jonathan for being such a gracious host.

Everything you need...great location!
The house is clean, new, appointed with high quality everything. Beds are very comfortable and lots of them. We used washer and dryer - worked well. Johnathan was responsive when we had questions. We rented again for next year we loved it so much...so much nicer than being in a cramped hotel room!

We enjoyed a football weekend in this home. It had everything we needed and is very comfortable. The owner was great to work with. The instructions for staying in the home and using the amenities are detailed and simple to follow. I hope to stay here again sometime.

Great Place
Had a lovely family & friends football weekend stay here. Arrived Friday afternoon, parked the cars in the garage and driveway and walked to restaurants and the game. Very conveniently located and never had to worry about traffic! House is beautifully appointed and Jonathan makes staying here easy. Highly recommend.

Cozy home
We rented the house for six weeks in the summer of 2018. We really loved the house; it’s cozy, and calming . It’s a walking distance to State college downtown. We liked two things the most: the lights with 10 intensity levels and the SONOs. The host is very helpful and generous.

I've used VRBO quite a bit through the years, this rental is a homerun! 100% remodeled, super clean, easy communication, and easy access to downtown! A perfect football weekend rental!
