The place was perfect for the 7 family members. The kids stayed downstairs when it was 90+ and then moved upstairs when the weather was bearable. This was a great area to stay in. The town of Woodstock had cute stores, great food and a swimming hole that the girls enjoyed immensely. The antique store Arnold’s was a treat and we found lots of little treasures. Make sure to visit Franconia lake, where we rented kayaks and laid on beach, Lake Winnipesaukee that was also beautiful but busy and Littleton. They were all great places with interesting shops and antique stores. Overall it was a great vacation and we loved staying at Alpine Village.

Stayed in this unit in July 2022 during a week with very hot weather in the upper 80s. We were very disappointed to find there was no air conditioning. The listing details did not mention this, and it never occurred to me that there wouldn't be air conditioning or I would not have chosen to stay there in the summer. The heat and humidity in the unit was stifling and uncomfortable, and the third floor loft area was so hot it was unbearable to sleep in. We needed all the bedrooms for our group, but a few people ended up sleeping on the basement sofas because it was too hot to sleep upstairs. I noticed other units in the complex had window air conditioners, and that seems like a small thing to add to make the unit comfortable for summer guests. All that aside, I appreciated that the unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and close to attractions.

Clean and pleasant condo in a convenient location to Loon Mountain. Fireplace was cozy. Beds were in good condition. Very minor issues were encountered but owner was overall very responsive to these (and was very responsive overall). Would recommend.

Great location for all the fun in the mountains — hiking, biking, mountain trams, gondolas. Lovely to be able to spend the one rainy day we had at the indoor pool at Loon Mountain wellness center as this host allows entrance to the wellness center as part of the stay. Great to be able to grill for dinner and also walk to dinner at some local restaurants. Overall amazing stay! Thank you!!

We loved the location of this rental. It was very closed to all of the places that we planned for our trip. The condo is clean and spaces. Though we wished the condo has 1 or 2 mid-sizes pots for cooking. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

The townhouse is very spacious, very comfortable and has three different rooms all on different floors that to relax in. Teenagers could have their own space when they wanted and we could entertain our little one too with ease. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I have come across in many such rentals. Location is great, we love Woodstock and prefer being there over Lincoln but it is still only a few minutes drive to Loon base lodge. Communication, check in etc all a breeze. The best ski weekend rental we have done (of about 7-8) in last two years. Thanks a lot Lisa and team.

Family home feel with everything you’d need. Plenty of room and comfort for a group. Warm your toes by the fire after a long day on the slopes. Fantastic location for Loon and other mountains in the area. Plenty to do in downtown Lincoln. Great responsive and welcoming hosts.

The place was lovely. Great location, the house was great for entertaining me and all my friends and it was a great time. Will look into looking here again.

Hosts patiently answered all my questions before I came. Place was fairly spacious, and had all the accommodations we needed, and was clean. Honestly, pictures of the place did not do it justice, it well exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my stay here!

Our large family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive. We were all comfortable in our own rooms and enjoyed some quality down time inside and on the Spacious deck outside. We were able to easily walk downtown for food, drinks, and just enjoying the outside fresh air. A great place to stay!

Good arrangement for two families vacationing together, many beds and shared living spaces, patio, basement, washer and dryer. Welcoming and clean, excellent communication with the property owner, the pool passes were a lovely perk! Use them! Great location to travel to all of the great outdoor adventures nearby, and a few nice restaurants & Waynes Convenience store/Deli/Butchery just minutes away!

The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The location of the townhome was wonderful. Our main issues were the condition and cleanliness of the unit. The previous reviews were somewhat misleading. We were 2 families that stayed for a weekend. We found numerous mouse droppings in the kitchen by the trash can, on the floor next to the washer/dryer, and in the HVAC room in the basement. Bathroom knobs were broken and the main level bathroom door did not lock. Bulbs needed replacement in some of the rooms, and the beds could use replacing as mentioned in previous reviews. Linens and bedding did not smell clean/fresh. One safety issue that we had, is that one of the dining room chairs broke when one of us sat on it. On taking a closer look, they were quite worn with use. Also - there was only 1 trash bag for our entire stay, and we had to run out in the middle of our stay to buy more. No hand soap in the bathrooms. I would have preferred to be informed ahead of time was I expected to bring my own trash bags and hand soap, I wouldn't have minded. I did inform the host of these issues a few days after we had checked out, and she said that she would look into fixing the issues that we had brought up.

This place was everything we had envisioned for a picturesque New England family gathering. It was described well on line.

We had a wonferful relaxation visit to N Woodstock. The condo was perfect. The gas fireplace was our favorite feature. The owners were very accommodating and great to deal with.

House was well stocked and exactly what we expected.

We enjoyed our stay. There was a slight misunderstanding about parking as the neighbor was renovating and needed the space in front but there was plenty of parking elsewhere. Only note was there were only fans and on second night, it was humid.
