It was super clean and nice!! The staff was really helpful as well.
There was a gap between the wall and the bathroom door which could come really awkward if you share the room with someone.

Es un hotel en medio de la zona más bulliciosa de Belgrado. Parece agradable en sus fotos pero al llegar nada es lo que parece.
No tiene fácil acceso. El aparcamiento está lejos y en un centro comercial. No tiene ascensor y tiene escaleras estrechas llenas de maletas. No es un sitio al que llegar para descansar.

Öncelikle konum olarak çok güzel konumda. Bir çok turistik yere yürüyerek veya otobüs/tramvay ile ulaşım çok basit.
Otelin balkonlu sadece bir odası var. Önereceğim odalar Superior odalar geniş pencereli ve sokak manzaralı. Gece sokakta sürekli sokak sanatçıları oluyor. Genel olarak her gün temizlik yapıldı ve çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Şehir ile ilgili sorularınıza harita üzerinden cevap veriyorlar. Gitmeden önce Sırbistan çevrimdışı haritayı indirip havaalanından 72 numaralı otobüse binip (Otobüsler ücretsiz(ücretli ama kontrol yapılmıyor sanırım) ) son durakta veya bir öncek durakta inip 6-7 dk yürüyüş mesafesi ile otele ulaşabilirsiniz.
Erken check-in işlemleri için extra ücret talep ediliyor. Geliş saatinizi buna göre ayarlamanız faydanıza. Yada otele bagajlarınızı teslim edip caddede turlayıp saat 13-14 den sonra giriş yapabilirsiniz.

Maison Royal is at the very city centre, a bit hard to find if traveling with a car. Busy and noisy environment late in the evenings, plenty of street musicians performing just under your windows. We would not recommend it for couples nor travelers, who seek peace and quiet.

Really friendly staff - from the reception office to the cleaning ladies, all friendly and genuinly warm people, was very impressed!
Very clean aswell.
Smaller room that I expected, but in the center of the capital, which is a good location, so worth it.
Was unsure about vegan options for breakfast (since the hotel does not have own restaurant), but the caffe's staff was very helpfull and I got a very good vegan alternative after I asked.
Still would recommend for a brief stay in Belgrad, would definitely come back to stay here on another occasion!

location was excellent just at the center of all attractions and good food and evetything
old building no elevator, they charged us the water at the room ( not in the mini- bar). For breakfast they agreed with a neighbour restaurant which has excellent food but you must pay extra for water! There was only one room with Balcony and other rooms have no view

Location is the only thing good about this property. Staff was pleasant.
Almost everything. It was very very filthy, walls are peeling, rug was full of stains, furniture is old, towels also etc. We asked and got a new room but it was the same story. There’s no elevator so we had to carry our baby stroller all the way up every time we went for a walk. And you can also hear mice running around through the walls at night.

This is a very cute boutique hotel in the middle of busy and beautiful Knez Mihaila. It is a mere 10 minute walk to either the Belgrade Fortress and the Republic Square. There is a mall next to it with coffee shops and restaurants. Boutique2 restaurant provides the included breakfast and the choices are good. The staff were welcoming and helpful! I would stay here again if ever I am in Belgrade.

Located in the city center, the hotel is a truly nice place to stay. All sightseeings are in walking distance, the Belgrade forteress is across the street and it's quite relaxing to take a tour of it in the evening. Lots of bars and restaurants are nearby, thus there's always a choice of good food. Shopping mall with a supermarket is anext door in case you need anything. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, you have everything you need in it. Special dedications to the staff, team is exceptional ! Everyone is very friendly, kind and helpful. Airport transfer is really good, drivers are on time and ready to provide a piece of advice about local life. Restarant in the hotel is cozy and food is very good. Thanks to its excellent standards of service, this hotel makes you feel like home

No elevator, No tissue in the room, No Heating in the Room, Very Noisy rooms till 2 AM, No Soundproof Windows. You can choose only one recipe for breakfast. Property doesn't look like a hotel.
