Check in was super easy, we enjoyed the balcony very much and the view of the beach was perfection. Plenty of towels provided. The condo was just missing a couple needed things like a dust pan. But overall enjoyed our stay. We would book again.

Enjoyed a 4 day weekend here with family. Loved the quick access to the beach and location overall. No complaints! Will rent again.

Our experience was great! Everything was exactly as stated in the description! We never had to contact anyone during our stay. We loved being able to bring our chocolate lab on vacation!! The living room area was large enough that we could put her crate in the living room as well! The weather was great during our stay, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the balcony!

Great place to stay! So thankful for the owner allowing us to use their beach items. We would definitely stay again.

So wonderful to bring our dog. She loved it. The family had a great time. The Piers Tiki hut just a few steps away. There was a bit of flooding when we arrived. We were told that this is common during full moon. Wasn’t too bad. We were able to travel on canal street. The covered porch was a great for the little ones. The beach beautiful. The mattresses in 2 and 3 rd bedroom not very comfortable. A quick trip to Walmarts for a mattress topper did the trick! Would def rent again!

The location of the property is awesome and we all enjoyed our stay very much, the only issues were that the shower head and curtains were pretty moldy and it was extremely loud when the air conditioning kicked on.

Pros: The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy with kids. It’s situated next to a huge park with a private beach that you can walk on. The beach is very clean, wide, and great to walk on. The boardwalk restaurant within walking distance has amazing food and ice cream for kids. The condo was big enough for a family of 5 with a big balcony. Cons: The pictures in the listing appear to be a few years old. The cleanliness was okay, but the condo furniture, beds, and the building itself are outdated. Lots of rust on the brackets holding up the balcony, mold on the shower curtain, and a musty smell in the bedrooms that aggravated our allergies. The water has a high level of sulfur and smells of rotten eggs. We had to bring our own Toilet paper and paper towels. Dog hair was left in corners and on the couch. The worst was the bug issue. We found two cockroaches inside and more on the balcony. At night the gnats bit us on the balcony, so bring spray. Overall, the location is amazing. There are plenty of lodging options in the vicinity that appear more updated. The service with Jon was good.

We had a wonderful week. The location is perfect. The convenience of a quick walk down to the beach is perfect for families. Allowed for a relaxing time with letting family members set their own beach schedule. Well stocked with beach gear and linens and puzzles/games which is super helpful as well. The property is clean and nicely decorated. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great vacation with our family here! Close to the beach, family oriented and lots to do, for youngsters to young at heart!

It's our second year and stay down canal for the first time...private entrance to beach it was as said...our only problem was washer/ dryer was down bot property manager without hesitation offered refund...so I dint get to do laundry on vacation...lol

Our second year in a row in this location and it was just as wonderful as the first. We love having our dogs with us as we know others do as well so the cleanliness and upkeep for a pet friendly, well-kept abode is very evident. We hope that as pandemic recovery continues, that some of the needed upgrades may happen but we are not complaining. There was an insect challenge this year that we did manage through but still not a negative as it was evident that property management was aware and being proactive. The place felt very clean, had garage access, dog friendly, was very quiet, easy to get to the beach, and had a tiki bar very close by. What more could you ask for? Owner clearly communicated with us. I would recommend this place.

Wonderfully equipped in the kitchen, accurate pictures, local shopping, stunning sun sets and rises, beach has no leash law after September. Wonderful experience for our dogs and family. Only recommendation would be better bed in the middle room and a time where you can enter the garage. Some guests came in after 11 a few nights and when the garage door opens it opens right under your bedroom.

My daughter, granddaughter and I (as well as our pups) had a wonderful girls weekend at the beach. The location was perfect being right next to Freeman Park for our dogs to play on the beach. It is very quiet at the North End which we enjoyed. This condo was perfect in every way for our stay. We hope to make this a tradition and we would like Ocean Rays to be a part of our tradition!!!!

Loved our long weekend at this property! The outside deck overlooking the ocean was perfect and we loved the easy access to the beach and the tiki bar across the parking lot. Jon was also quick to respond to any questions. Will be back!

When my family and I walked into condo we all said this is great spot. The location was great, not many people and quiet. Ocean view, the beach and the pier with live band was all wonderful. We would like to do this again next year. This was the prefect place for my family vacation. Thanks for all you do.

We had a wonderful time. Short walk to the beach, close to everything. Plenty of towels & beach towels. Love how we could put all of our beach stuff in the garage after spending time on the beach

Our time was spent relaxing to the fantastic ocean views and beach access. Even though it was a stormy week weather wise - the house was absolutely lovely with room and the covered deck was perfect!

This condo had everything we needed for our beach trip…3 Bedrooms gave us plenty of room…the deck is very large and we enjoyed our first floor view of the ocean…the beach in front of the condo has a breaker wall of massive rocks to keep the high tides from eroding the beach so you have to climb over and thru the rocks to get to the beach….however, you can wall about 30 yards up the ramp at Freeman park from the condo and you can walk right on the beach if you have elderly or disabled people in your group….Freeman park was nice too as we took our dogs and were able to walk them on that part of the beach…the condo was clean, well stocked and three spots to park…the garage had 2 large umbrellas and 6 beach chairs, beach toys to use during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay!

Location to beach was excellent. The neighborhood is going through a "reconstruction phase" but overall it was everything we needed and wanted. The back deck was nice and big and when the tiki bar at the pier had live music, we could sit on the deck and enjoy it. Two bedrooms had windows, the middle bedroom was pitch black with none. We couldn't get live TV or basic cable and had to rely on preset children's Netflix accounts. Other than those tiny things, place was nice, had everything we needed and was close to things to do.

This was a great fit for our family of 6, ages 12-90. The location, just adjacent to Freeman park, was perfect for being able to walk our dog anytime of day, and on weekdays, the park was pretty sparse of people. The huge outside ocean facing deck was perfect for the elderly members of our group to be "oceanfront." Pretty much all we needed was supplied, including towels, and a decently furnished kitchen. Having the garage for our rented bikes and gear was great. Getting down to the beach was a little circuitous unless you climb down the rocks (which the kids loved), but good location. Overall, a great experience.

Great place at the end of the island and super dog friendly !! The amenities were just right for the 5 of us and our 2 dogs. An ice machine would be a great addition because of being at the end of the island and everything is a couple miles away but not an inconvenience for us. We highly recommend this location and will definitely book this property again. Many thanks to Jon.
