The most unique property we have ever stayed at. Perfect for a group of 12. From the minute we booked the trip, until the minute we left we had complete customer service from Vincenzo. Suggestions about where to eat and which excursions to do. We really enjoyed Capri, and the afternoon at the winery outside ravello was so memorable. He arranged all our transportation for 12 in two vans which were clean and always on time . The food prepared by his staff was delicious and authentic. The best pizza we have ever had!!. If you want a vacation without stress and managing the unknown, I would highly recommend a stay at this villa . You will not be disappointed !

This is our third visit to this villa and each time is more wonderful than the last. It is impossible to describe in mere words and pictures, as beautiful as they are, simply do not capture the beauty of the villa, the outdoor property and the panoramic views. Whether its Waking to the bird call, watching the sun rise over the sea, taking in the warm energy if the sun by the pool, dining in fresh vegetables from the garden or enjoying the variety of special meals outdoors while gazing at the moon with its sparkling reflection on the sea....this is an experience that we will never forget! We count the days til our next visit to this magnificent villa.

My family and I were beyond thrilled with our experience at the villa. The property itself is incredible--as everyone else says, photos are unable to capture the magnificence of the house and its views--and Vincenzo anticipated and attended to our every want and need. Vincenzo helped us create a custom itinerary of experiences that made our trip even more unforgettable. Even though it was hard to leave the villa after the peaceful, home-cooked breakfasts every morning overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, every day we were whisked away on another incredible adventure: from private tours of a pasta factory and then a winery, to excursions to Capri, Rome, Pompeii, Sorrento and other towns along the Amalfi Coast, to the homemade pizza (the best you'll ever eat!), Vincenzo really creates an amazing, unique experience. We saw so much, learned so much, laughed so much, and ATE so much, yet we never had to worry about a thing. We will never forget this trip and our incredible experience. Vincenzo takes care of every detail and works tirelessly to ensure that his guests have the best time possible. There's no way you won't have the time of your life here!

Friends of mine have been going here for 7 years and I finally decided to join them this year. In a word, spectacular. The pictures do not do this justice...you really have to go there and experience this place. I'd consider myself pretty well traveled and this place ranks in my top 3 of all-time best trips. From the warmth of your hosts to the myriad of things to do to just relaxing and doing nothing but enjoying the pool, this villa will meet and exceed your expectations. It is built into the rocks on the side of a mountain overlooking the ocean and the Galli Islands. At 980 feet up, you could not ask for a better view. The property was built by hand over a 30 year period and the details and layout of the villa is amazing. It has stunning decor and plants throughout the villa, reflecting the owners personal touch. It stretches over a football field in length along the cliffs, features solid rock walls, mulitiple resting areas, an outdoor pool and spa, a full-sized grotto bar, and other amenities that make this one of the nicest places I have stayed. Our choice was to break up the trip with excursions to outlying areas one day and a relaxation/pool day the next. The owners can arrange all sorts of activities that should satisfy everyone's needs. On the "not to miss" list...a private boat ride along the Amalfi coast, a visit to a pasta factory, a day visit to the grottoes and island of Capri, a must-do (probably new to the list) visit to the royal castle at Caserta (the most astounding castle I have ever seen or heard of), cooking class at a neighboring villa, and then the on-site activities like the welcome meal, pizza party, etc. We had every meal on the covered outdoor eating area (again, overlooking the ocean) and they also have a wood fired pizza oven which got a great work out one evening when the owners family came over and shared the wonderful Napoli pizza that the area is famous for. There is a wonderful restaurant one level down from the villa called Silenzio Cantatore, which had a covered outdoor eating area that is very private and away from the main restaurant. Other good local restaurants within 5 minutes of the villa include Zio Sam's, Il Panorama (and yes, the views were spectacular) and La Rosa's. The villa is large enough to give each guest a great amount of privacy and the nearby towns of Sorrento and Pasitano offer ample night life and shopping opportunities. For the trip of a lifetime, do not miss this place!

The views outside and inside of this villa are stunning. The rooms are each unique and hand crafted. The garden and vegetation is beautiful and relaxing. Each exotic tree and plant is placed in perfect harmony with the stone walls of the hill, the sea views, and the multitude of benches and seating areas for reflection and good company. The fruit trees and herbs, and the wood-burning pizza oven, made this a cook's delight. The villa is private and secluded. Don't worry about the steps and the path. They were a joy to walk. The manager was beyond helpful. He anticipated our every need and was always available to answer questions. He led us to excellent restaurants and set up a fabulous private boat tour to Capri. His sister drove us to out-of-the-way shopping and he gave us directions to the best hidden bakery. A wonderful experience for a group of traveling friends!

This villa was so much more than my family ever expected. The beautiful pictures even fail to capture the essence of this villa. The viilla was spotless. The grounds were beautiful. The family and staff were attentive to our needs. This is a place everyone should experience once in a lifetime.

Vincenzo takes excellent care of this property and his guests. We are very thankful for all the time he spent rearranging (successfully) our plans after we had car breakdown problems. Be sure to consider the experiences he offers and I would recommend taking advantage of as many in villa experiences as your budget allows. We are still talking about his pizza and received wonderful massages. We also enjoyed a number of tours and Vincenzo made sure everything ran smoothly. This property is located at a reasonable midpoint for many of the touring locations (all take longer than km indicate due to traffic and roads) but you should relax and enjoy staying in as much as possible. You are able to walk up to a local shop/town in 7 minutes. If you opt to stay here with private drivers and all arrangements handled...lucky you! If you are like us, you will find that this is a great spot to do things on your own, but do allow Vincenzo to help. I cannot stress how much we enjoyed the villa location and preferred enjoying time in rather than seeing too many sights (which you are better choosing a few rather than feeling the need to see everything). The villa spacing and design offers many areas for group socializing but also has so many tucked away balconies and gardens (with stunning views and foliage) that even with a houseful you will find a quiet spot out of view from other guests. There are 2 bdrms downstairs with private baths, a master on the 2nd floor with a hallway bath, and the futon/exercise room (the best views) with a hallway bath upstairs. There are also a few hallway beds/sofas and the annex to have more people sleep (and the property will accommodate 3 times that number of people comfortably for living and socializing). The villa was extremely well cleaned (not a speck of dust on all the decorations). The beds varied in comfort, but were a solid mid level or above in all cases. The amenities found throughout the property will meet all your needs. The pictures accurately show the property but do not begin to show the amazing design, landscape, and outdoor areas. The interior is comfortable but the exterior and location is 10 star and so is the service provided by Vincenzo so I highly recommend this holiday retreat (and my teenage and young adult children agree).
