The house is just as described and pictured. Check in and out is easy. The basement is filled with arcade games. We have stayed here multiple times. Love it!

This house is incredible. Mike is a great host and the house is immaculate. So much fun to hang out in the game room.

My family (4 Adults, 4 Children) stayed at Mike's awesome property for New Year's. The kids ranged from 1 to 7 and loved everything about the house, especially the arcade. The host has thought of everything! Anything extra that would have been needed was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds comfortable, and plenty of space for everyone. We stay at rental properties frequently, and this property ranks as one of the best! While visiting Massanutten we went to the water park, snow tubing, and did some snow sports. There was something for everyone! We hope to be back soon! Thank you Mike for sharing your awesome property with us!

This house suited our extended family perfectly. It was very clean and well stocked with everything. Mike, the owner, was extremely easy to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in the Massanutten area.

This property was perfect for our needs. We loved the open concept area upstairs, and the arcade/movie area downstairs was a lot of fun. This property was easy to get to, convenient to everything in the immediate area and wasn't far from Harrisonburg which was fun to explore. Also, the parking is on a flat surface which is nice as I noticed a lot of the other cabins had very steep driveways. The home is well stock with almost any amenity you can think of and the communication with the owner is impeccable. It is very apparent owner takes great pride in the home and the guest experience. I would recommend staying here and hope that we are able to again sometime.

This house is even better than it looks in the pictures. It was roomier than I expected, and it is the cleanest home I have ever rented! The location was perfect for our visit to the area to see our niece at JMU. The home is also the most well stocked rental we have stayed in. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. We enjoyed the fire pit out back and the nostalgic games downstairs. We are planning to stay again next year for our annual trip.

We came to town for a wedding with our family. The three children enjoyed the arcade room very much. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Mike is a very nice and accommodating host. When we come back we’ll try and get this place again. Thanks for everything Mike.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and well-equipped, and arcade games were a huge hit! We would recommend this property to others! Here are some of the things we loved about our stay: The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The house was clean and well-maintained. My daughter enjoyed playing with the toys, and my son enjoyed the Minioins on the wall. The location was perfect for exploring the Shenandoah National Park and the area. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Everything about this property is GREAT! The house has everything you need from spices to Qtips. Michael the owner is just wonderful! We will be back again in May!

It was just what my family needed. Lots of things to do while at the house and plenty to do in the area. The kids adventure park was my children’s favorite.

We were looking for a quick getaway and we fell in love with the games and the Little Rascals pictures. It was a wonderful time. There is so much to do! The house is beautiful with all the amenities you could ask for. Mike is a wonderful host. We cannot wait to check our schedules and come back in the winter.

I would run out of space before I could list all the amazing things that made our stay in Massanutten just perfect! Michael was there to greet us and offered to help bring in our luggage. He walked us through, explaining ins and outs and pointing out amenities. His pride of ownership was evident! You will never find another home so abundantly stocked with any possible thing you might need- for adults and children alike. The arcade games in the basement were the icing on the cake. They kept our four children (17, 9, 4, 4) occupied and were fantastic for down time after busy days. We were in town for the 4th and Michael messaged to let us know what time the fireworks would be and the best locations to view them. He was immediate with his responses and a superb host. We will definitely recommend his home to others and would stay here again in a heartbeat should we return to Massanutten!

Mike (The Owner) was very pleasant and helpful upon our arrival. He was waiting for us when we got there. Helped with our luggage and things. He gave us a tour of the house and had numerous amenities not listed that were convenient and appreciated. Thanks for everything Mike and we are already talking about next year’s vacation!!!

Mr. Mike is awesome. We could not have asked for a more awesome host. The home was inviting and comfortable. The weekend didn't go as planned but we still enjoyed our stay. We've stayed here twice so far and each time...stellar service. I would highly recommend Club Spanky! 😊

Michael is an amazing host. He called us on our way there to see what time we were arriving and met us there. He gave us the grand tour. The house was spotless and just simply amazing. No need to bring spices, condiments, linens, soaps or hardly anything else. The only downsize is the steps to get into the house. I knew there was steps in the house but not outside. Had to go down some steep steps and down a sidewalk that was kind of steep before getting to the porch to go up into the house. I think a walkway built across and over the sidewalk would be nice. It was hard getting luggage in and out of the house. Michael did offer to help but we declined. The game room was a blast even for us adults. The only addition to the game room I would have liked to see were some jigsaw puzzles. Michael asked why we were coming, which was to celebrate my birthday. He had a happy birthday flag flying when we got there. It was a very nice touch. He also offered us a late check out but we declined as we had a long drive. I will definitely rent again from Michael if I come back to the area and would definitely stay in the same house. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the steps.

My family just returned from an amazing stay at this beautiful home for our daughter's graduation from JMU and I can't say enough about how wonderful it was! This home was perfect for our extended family! Anything we may have forgotten, Michael had at this home, from condiments, spices, soap, body wash, nail file, and a first aid kit. He even remembered our event and left JMU balloons, had a 'graduate' sign in the beautiful gardenia, and had a JMU flag flying. It was the extra little touches that made this visit so special, to include a table with local restaurant menus and information on local events and entertainment. He furnished any pot or pan you may need, including a crockpot! The mattresses were so comfortable and I didn't move a muscle all night and woke up with no back pain, which is amazing. The game room was amazing with all the full-size video games we played as teenagers and tons of board games! We really enjoyed waking up and drinking coffee on the decks while watching the deer, chipmunks, and woodpeckers. How amazing and relaxing! We did not want to leave!

I will start with WOW! My first time using Vbro and did not exactly know what to expect. We had a cousin’s weekend 7 girls ages 7 – 70 and some of us had not seen each other in many years, we packed for all circumstances, way too much! Leave the extras at home everything is there for you! Check in could not have been better, we came from all over the USA and some of the travel was delayed but Mike met us on our terms to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were looking for a place that would accommodate all age groups, allow for cooking and just hanging out and this place fit all the requirements but it was so much more. We had more than enough space, we were comfortable and the list of amenities was far less on the website than what was in the house. We had ample towels, bedding, pillows, shampoo, even make up remover and I could go on and on. We did not need to bring anything but our clothes and ourselves and everything was of good quality. The house is decorated to make you feel at home and welcome. We were able to order groceries via Instacart and have Pizza delivered, we were so comfortable we really did not need to leave. We saw deer in the back of the house, squirrels, birds and other wild life. The decks and furniture were immaculate and very comfortable, the basement was a full child zone all well maintained and in working order. I really cannot find one thing that we did not like or that we would have changed. Mike texted us and offered to pick up trash for us or anything we might need for the house but it was so well stocked we did not need anything including spices for cooking, the pots and pans were plentiful and in great shape. Mike and his wonderful wife also offered to do a group picture for us and gave us free late check out. The overall opinion of all 7 of us was we will go back next year, the host Mike and the property are now part of our new tradition that will hopefully last for many years! I hope you take the time to read the entire review, I would say more but do not want to bore anyone. I guess I did have one complaint, I cannot give the property 10 stars instead of 5!

Perfect house for a family stay! We loved cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and eating meals on one of the porches facing the woods. Kids really enjoyed the arcade room. Check in and communication with Mike, the owner, were great. Loved that there was soap, shampoo, and everything you could need available!

Our stay was amazing and so peaceful. The property was extremely clean and very entertaining! The kids had a blast in the game room and we had to practically beg them to leave it lol. We are already planning our return for this summer. Mr. Hudley was an amazing hot and was super helpful with information about the area and activities. This trip is definitely in our top 10👍👍

We had such a wonderful stay at the house. We celebrated a birthday and were surprised when we arrived and the owner had remembered our reason for coming. He welcomed us with a Happy Birthday flag outside! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything you would imagine would be there but also with everything you would never think about. The owner is so nice and gave us a walk through when we arrived. Lots of love put into the house. Would definitely stay at the house again!

Wonderful property and perfect for families- so many games not just the video games- the kids were playing board games all night - they liked the video games but the board games did it for them! Fantastic place, friendly owner, spotless and perfect for massanutten! We will be back!

This was our 2nd time staying here and it's starting to feel like home! Mike is great work with! The location is perfect for accessing all that Massanutten has to offer. The house if so cozy and so well stocked - Mike truly thinks of everything! We had 4 kids (12-16) and 4 adults. The kids loved the space downstairs with the foosball table and arcade games. The adults loved the low key relaxation upstairs. We're already looking forward to renting again next year! It's become a tradition! Thanks Mike for another great getaway and for sharing your wonderful home!

Property was as described in the listing. Mike has the place stocked really well and everything was in perfect condition. We enjoyed our long weekend and have no complaints.

Everything about this rental was top notch from check-in to check-out. Michael was a great host that met us upon check-in for our initial tour. The amenities in this home far exceeded any other place we have stayed at. When the listing states the home has everything you need….believe this one! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, kitchen needs….everything…even a Christmas tree. 😀 The arcade was a big hit for the kids (young and old). Who needs to spend $$ at the local arcades when you can enjoy the free play at home. So many games to choose from. We had an issue with one of the gaming systems which Michael was more than willing to come out and troubleshoot. There were so many other activities that we didn’t bother having him come out but his responsiveness to the issue was much appreciated. Michael takes great pride in this home and it shows. We will definitely look for this home again and for sure recommend! Oh yeah…Massanutten activities were great too. This home is pretty much in the middle between the Mountain skiing/ family adventure park and the Woodstone area (art classes). Made it great for divide and conquering the activities planned for those that did/did not want to partake in snow activities.

This was our third or fourth trip to the cabin and each year exceeds the last! We were greeted by Mike upon arrival. I had casually mentioned when booking that we were celebrating my youngest's birthday and we were so touched to find a birthday flag and balloons greeting us! He felt so special and we really appreciated it. There was plenty of space for all of us and we were able to spread out and enjoy all the amenities of the house. The large smart tvs were great for watching football and everyone had a blast with the arcade games in the basement. The kids were all excited to see that the downstairs fridge is still stocked with sodas and the kitchen still has the candy jar! The upgraded fridge is awesome, and fully stocked with condiments. Mike has thoughtfully supplied coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn. My husband fell in love with the pot/pan set and promptly went about ordering himself one for at home. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

The best thing about this place is Mike. He is a fantastic person and really cares about the property and the business it provides. He greeted us with a a very friendly smile and gave us a tour of all the features of this property. We were 5 adults one teenager and a kid and each one of us had a fantastic time. The house was fully stocked which did come in handy more than a few times we expected. All the arcade consoles were working except for one which was not a big deal as there were many preloaded games on the ones that were available. The house was clean and everything was working perfectly. We wish Mike and his wife good luck and hope to visit the property again in the future.

Rented for a quick getaway for my daughter’s 13th bday. The downstairs was a perfect set up with the arcade games, TV, bunk room, etc. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Kids went to the water park - which was a huge hit. Mike was very helpful with check in & restaurant recommendations. Would def stay again.

Had a Great time staying at the house. My kids had a great time playing all of the games. Will come back.
