The condo was spectacular. The resort is amazing and the stuff is very friendly and helpful. We love Mexico and we had great time.

Been visitng Puerto Peñasco for 25 years. Since Las Palomas opened I’ve been staying at this resort in different owner suites. I’ve stayed in the penthouse, the 3 bedrooms hanging over the beach, and everything in between. This is an excellent property with just the right touch of features and cultural design influence. Great stay and thank you so much! Oh, and property owner is very easy to contact and quick to respond if needed.

Stayed for two nights, three adults and two kids. This was the first time we stayed in phase I and I have zero complaints! Far enough away from the elevator that you don’t get any noise, nice large master bedroom and bathroom and plenty of room in the 2nd bedroom. I hadn’t received confirmation directly from the resort, so I reached out to the host a few days before our stay. She responded quickly and made sure my reservation was good to go so that we had no issues upon check in! All in all a great stay and would stay again!

Everything was great! We were able to get early check in and our host was very responsive. The only issue was that we couldn’t get the tv’s to work! Luckily one of our friends brought their fire stick! Other than that everything else was great!

The room and the views were breathtaking! We had to call the service desk as the fridge wasn’t cooling and the AC wouldn’t turn on right away but they took care of it quick!

The property is very well taken care of. Staff is very courteous. The condo is clean and has a wonderful view in the center of it all. Balcony is as big as the inside for outdoor living. The resort is very well maintained and secure. Would stay here again.

Comfortable stay
The only challenges we ran into happened at check-in. We waited in line for 30 minutes and then we were told the condo was not ready. We were eventually let into the condo around 6:00pm and it was still in the process of being cleaned.
After house cleaning left, we noticed the floors, table surfaces, and refrigerator were missed and were pretty dirty. Aside from that, we had a wonderful time. The location of the condo allowed for easy access to the amenities. Overall, we were very comfortable and had a relaxing stay.

Great property. No major issues and amazing views. A little dated but everything in good condition. Huge balcony! The overall cleanliness was good but the floors were very dirty. I would say that’s more on the resort though and we did let them know about it. Host was great and answered all our questions! Overall great experience and look forward to coming back!
