What a beautiful, clean little updated throwback gem Roxanne and Kelly have here. Just a quick drive from Portland and a few minutes off the busier part of Standish (with shops, restaurants, etc.) - the real highlight is the lake - for boating, swimming, or just lounging on a tube enjoying the beautiful view of the sunset over the White Mountains. Twin Rocks cottage was the perfect reset for our family and the perfect place to “make memories.” Roxanne and Kelly were perfect, gracious hosts… Thank you both for your kind assistance when we needed it - and for sharing your beautiful property with us! Our stay at Twin Rocks was nothing but spectacular! From our amazing hostess and hubby to the spotless cottage(and I mean spotless), crystal clear water, perfect location. While at this gem of a cottage you feel like you are a million miles from civilization, but in fact you are only 1 minute away from the grocery store, restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot and shops galore. We had an amazing week at the lake. The cottage was immaculate and cozy. The lake was crystal clear, great for swimming and lounging. The beach area is a bit rocky, so water shoes are recommended. Roxanne was a perfect host, meeting us upon check-in and giving us the tour. She allowed us an earlier check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. Very convenient location with grocery stores, restaurants and movie theater just 5 minutes away. Looking forward to returning next year!

Twin Rocks was a wonderful spot for our vacation on Sebago Lake. The cabin is immaculately clean. The property is in a beautiful spot that feels secluded but is still 5 minutes from a grocery store. Our kids had a fabulous time jumping off the dock and playing on the little beach. Roxanne was a wonderful, attentive host. We can't wait to go back!

The property was set in the woods and was so fun to explore. We will definitely be back if we ever return to Sebago Lake.

Location was great - right on the lake yet close to town. Property in excellent shape and super clean. Enjoyed multiple sitting areas - deck, porch, dock - for watching lake activity and relaxing. Already looking forward to a visit next year!

From the moment we were welcomed to Twin Rocks to the time we closed the door to leave, we were so happy w the charming, well-appointed cottage, and its gorgeous lakefront setting. It is the perfect place to just RELAX, cook at home, get out on the water, enjoy the outdoor decks, and watch beautiful sunsets beside a cozy outdoor fire. It is also close to nearby towns, Portland, trails, a great seafood market/restaurant and many other restaurants and shopping. The owner, Roxanne, is such a gracious, helpful host. We can’t wait to come back!

What a beautiful spot! The cottage is so charming - right on the lake with beautiful views from the master and great enclosed porch. Very private but also close to shopping and restaurants. Roxanne was great - gave us our privacy but also responded to texts immediately for anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay! It was right on the water while being less than 2 miles from stores restaurants etc, but you would never know it while at the house. Roxanne and Kelly were awesome! Accommodating, helpful and friendly! Loved the house!

Twin Rocks is a lovely cottage overlooking Jordan Bay with a view of Mount Washington. The property is very well equipped and only a short drive from any shopping you may need to do.The owner who is right next door respects your privacy, but is there is you need anything.

We had a great time at Twin Rocks Cottage.We just loved this cottage with it's charm and convenient location. Full kitchen stocked with lots of cooking pans, utensils, plate ware etc. The interior was cozy and clean. All furniture was in a very good shape, mattresses comfy and you can't bit gorgeous views from main bedroom and inclosed porch. The lake was so clear that you can see every rock on the bottom. The owner's house was next to our cottage, however we didn't even notice their presence. Roxanne is a gracious and very helpful hostess. Big shopping malls just 5 min drive. We would definitely return to the Twin Rocks Cottage.

This is our 3rd year at this charming cottage on Lake Sebago. My family loves to come here and relax, enjoying the clean water, the beautiful surroundings, and the great hospitality. We hope to be back again next year. Thank you for making this a favorite place for us Roxanne and Kelly.
