Weather was great, home is convenient to the beach, the pool was perfect for the afternoons and really enjoyed sitting on back porch for morning coffee and evening drinks

I’ve been coming to Holden Beach since I was an Unborn baby lol, now in my 40’s I get to share it with my wife. The place is immaculate and has everything you could ever need all the modern amenities in a great location. The pool is a nice bonus as well. Got to experience the beautiful views and the fireworks out over the channel. Couldn’t thank the host enough very accommodating and attentive without pestering.

Great place

The house was perfect for our family of five. We loved the heated pool with all the fun floats provided. It was a quick walk to the beach with two options (the left one has no stairs). The kitchen had everything we needed. Communications with Michael were excellent. We'll be back!

This a great property ideal for a family. With our teens we felt the area lacked a little in terms of things they could do on their own away from the beach but the beach itself was great and so many families may find it's perfect for them. Michael our host was super communicative and helpful

We had the BEST time at this beach house! It was amazing and owner was great to communicate with! Extremely clean house and the pool was awesome :)

We reserved this property for a vacation. Day of arrival, the host contacted me to let me know the house was ready and if I needed anything, to please reach out directly. House was comfortable, and well equipped. Especially the kitchen. We have rented a number of properties on Holden Beach for the last 15 years and this one was by far the most accommodating. We reached out to out host, and he was quick to respond, and very flexible to accommodate heating the pool. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Everything was exactly as described , no negative surprises. Mike was incredibly responsive to our questions beforehand. Well stocked kitchen, which we used extensively. Very pleasant property and stay.

This was our first trip to Holden Beach and we loved everything about it. My husband, me and our 2 kids (aged 8 and 5) enjoyed every minute of our visit! The house was beautiful and conveniently located. The pool was a big plus and outdoor shower made it easy to clean off after a day at the beach! It was only a short walk to the beach which was never over crowded. Gorgeous decor, super clean and the owners were great to communicate with. Thank you! We plan to come back!

This was a great place to stay. Close to the beach, but far enough away for peace and quiet.

After waiting a year to stay due to hurricane Isaias... The beach house was AWESOME! Could not have asked for anything more.

This Must Be the Place is even better in person than it seemed in the description and pictures. The kitchen and living area are beautifully decorated and open, perfect for our family of four plus grandma and grandpa. The decor is exactly what you would imagine for a beach vacation rental, and very tasteful. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are reasonably comfortable, towels and linens clean and comfortable, appliances newer and worked well. My six year old son asked if we could live in this house forever because loved it so much. Our kids LOVED the pool, which is where we spent most of our time. Moreover, the owners were incredibly responsive and prompt when we had questions. Midway through the week, for example, we asked to turn the pool heater on and the owner called to walk me through the process of turning it on within 10 minutes of my inquiry. Heating the pool was worth every extra dollar, as it extended our pool time into the early mornings and after sunset!!! The beach is just a short walk up the road. My almost three year old was able to easily walk to the beach with us every day. We took several bike rides around the island, and felt safe riding with the kids because traffic is minimal and there is a huge sidewalk on one side of ocean blvd. We can’t wait to go back to Holden Beach next summer!

We loved our week at Holden Beach in this lovely, well stocked home. It had everything we could need in the kitchen and for the beach. My son was impressed that it even had an Xbox! I found the listing to be very accurate in the description of the space and the proximity to the beach. It ended up being cooler than expected so we contacted the owner to heat the pool. He was very responsive! We will definitely consider this home for future beach trips!

We had a great stay at this property. We had no issues at all with the property and the owner was very responsive. We added on the heated pool after the first day which was nice to have. The kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs and the house is overall very comfortable and cozy. The pool area is nice and private and there is a great deck with a view of the sunset and a marsh area. Then the short walk to the beach is great as well. Overall great stay for our family and we really enjoyed each day.

This house is beautiful. Clean, with everything you need. Great dishes, furniture, sheets and towels. The pool was a great addition to o beach vacation for us. We loved the beach too and tended to go there late in the afternoon after the pool and return to the pool again!

This place is a resort in and of itself! The walk to the beach is actually 3 minutes as advertised. And when we weren't beachside, we were in the pool or on the porch overlooking the marsh. Nicely decorated, great location, lots of extras!

This property is located in a quiet location with a beautiful view. It seems brand new. The kitchen is by far the best equipped of any VRBO property we’ve rented. I’m not sure what they used in the walls but you can’t hear much in the master bedroom from the living room (even if the television is on) or the back porch even though they abut. So you can retire early but not be disturbed by the night owls. We will be shopping to find the same towels for home as they were soft and fluffy. Bed linens and mattresses very comfy. Michael was very patient and accommodating as we tried to sort through our options during a pandemic. He could not have been nicer or more responsive. There are wonderful restaurants within an hour drive if you want to eat in a more upscale restaurant. Would 10/10 rent again.

Great rental property.

Very nicely laid out house. Enjoyed the back porch for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The pool area had numerous chairs and lounges with areas of sun and shade. Under home parking kept the cars out of the hot sun.

This is a lovely home! It did not feel like staying in a rental but in a home with all the amenities needed including an incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Very short walk to the beach and the pool was great to come back to for an evening dip. The views from the back deck were amazing as the sun set over the inter coastal waterway...fabulous vacation! Definitely a place we will want to come back to!!
