Perfect for a small group.

This house was great for our family of 9. The upstairs comfortably sat everyone. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out or do their own thing. There are plenty of beds and bedrooms. The upstairs kitchen was well stocked, and the downstairs kitchen was perfect for snacks and drinks. Everything in Anchorage is close, so it was minutes to the grocery store, or anything else needed. Zeb was an excellent host who made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay there again on a return trip.

Good location, very decent accommodations for the price

This was our first trip to Anchorage. Our family and my wife's parents, 6 in total, stayed here for several nights in July. The views of the mountains are spectacular at the edge of town. The location was quiet with plenty of stores close by and an easy drive back to downtown if desired. The house was very roomy, we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The furniture and beds were comfortable and everything was clean as you would expect. The owner, Zeb, was very responsive to communications both before and during our stay. It was clear that he was an attentive and caring host. I recommend this home and will stay here again for future trips to Anchorage.

We loved the space for our family to be together in the livingroom and kitchen areas. The view from the large livingroom window was amazing!

Our group had an excellent stay in Anchorage at this property. Home description and photos were accurate on listing. Home location was very convenient to explore Anchorage and surrounding areas as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen well stocked for cooking for a group of 6 (or more). Excellent hospitality from our host that made us feel welcome. Beautiful views from house. Comfortable beds with plenty of towels and linens. We were also entertained by a trio of Sandhill Cranes in the front yard as regular visitors. Recommend for family or friend groups looking for a comfortable home base in the Anchorage area. House and host are wonderful! Thank you for a great stay!

Me and my family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed Zebs house. We spoke quite a bit before our stay and he was very easy to work with, friendly and fair. The location of the house is awesome. It’s not far from downtown anchorage but it’s on the outside where it’s easy to slip out of town to adventure. The house was exactly what the listing said it was. Rain Shower was a huge plus.

The house has so much room, so clean and the views are so beautiful. My family really enjoyed staying here. Zeb was so nice. We would definitely rent again.

The layout of the home was perfect for our group of teens and parents. Spacious living room and kitchen, large bedrooms and bathrooms, ample parking. The neighborhood was quiet and the view from the living room was beautiful! Host was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely book this listing again.

Wow, where do I begin. First off I grew up around the corner and didn’t know this street existed- the street is QUIET- and safe. The driveway is huge so plenty of room for multiple cars, and the front yard is very spacious. The home is situated as a split level entry- and if you go downstairs you’ll find a utility room with laundry, a beautiful quaint kitchen and two additional rooms with some of the most comfortable memory foam mattresses I’ve ever laid on. These two rooms can easily accommodate 7 adults. There is a huge bathroom with a large shower and linen closet - plenty of room for many people to keep their shower bags handy in. Upstairs you’ll find a great living room with fireplace and grand views of the mountains, a beautiful family sized dining table, and great larger kitchen with all of the amenities and even spices, some other food items( there’s a running pantry so if you want you can use or leave things behind) this proved helpful because one day I needed seasoning and it was there! The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed and the additional guest room upstairs has a queen. The best part of the entire house is the bathroom upstairs - it has a jacuzzi tub- which I loved- and a giant shower with 4 shower heads! The lights have Bluetooth speakers! It’s insane and easily I could’ve spent the entire week in that shower if time Permitted! Zeb was insanely easy to contact and very accommodating as I needed to add an additional day at the end last minute. He really offered help promptly when I had questions and invited me back to stay in the future! Its safe to say this will be our go to rental when in the anchorage area! Thanks again!

We loved looking out the windows every morning & seeing the mountains. Just about every day we saw the pair of Sand Cranes. The house was beautiful and all the rooms/beds accommodated us well as we had traveled to Anchorage for our son's wedding. The area was very quiet so it was a wonderful experience for us, who had traveled from Texas and Michigan. My adult children loved the rainfall shower and it was used often by all. Zeb was great and he answered quickly for all our inquires before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again and for anyone who is considering this place, it is wonderful.

Good flex space and convenient to anywhere you want to go in Anchorage. We couldn't get the tv to work but probably our own technical misgivings, besides who needs tv when you are visiting Alaska? Zeb was easy to communicate with and checked up on us during our visit. Overall great place to stay.

We had a good stay and there was good communication with the owner. Saw a bear cross the back yard and sandhill crane pair every day in the front yard. Good location in Anchorage and accessible for going out exploring.

Perfect space for 4 couples to stay and satellite out to all the best Alaska adventures. Zeb checked in on us all the time and took care of the small issues and questions we had very quickly.

We loved the location of this home and it’s conveniences. Home was 15 minutes from airport but within minutes we were hiking, biking, and seeing moose. Within minutes we were shopping, eating or watching a movie at the theater. Sooo convenient to everything. It accommodated our family of 7 nicely.

The location was extremely convenient for getting to the various adventures we had planned. Owner responded timely to our questions and was very flexible in working with our flights and the check in and check out process. We are so appreciative of this! The house was great and able to accommodate my large family. Thanks again!

He was so gracious and hospitable throughout the entire process and offered to help with any local area advice and information. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

I had my bachelor's party here over the Fur Rondy and Iditarod festival weekend. Zeb was an excellent host and had the driveway cleared once and put gravel down for our front wheel drive to pull up the slope. He had great recommendations on activities to do and of course the house had all you could ask for. Plenty of room for 5 guys. But 5 couples could've easily also utilized the space if they shared the beds and space. The upstairs rain shower was a great add. If you come to town and stay here, in the winter, definitely get a 4w or all-wheel drive vehicle if you don't want the extra stress of driving in 6"-1ft of snow that is possible and the icy roads. Wonderful stay overall and can't recommend the property enough!

We used this house as a base camp for backcountry and resort skiing in February. Overall, our experience was very good; there were lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Martha was very accommodating through the booking and during our stay. The value for this stay was hard to beat!

This place is fantastic. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need in a home away from home. Zeb was great with communication and replying to our needs. The location is central to everything and we could not ask for better views. We would definitely stay here again.
