Our family really enjoyed this property. Great location! This was the best stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The communication with Sean was amazing. The only things that would make it better would be a king sized bed (but the queen sized beds were super comfortable) and some comfortable swings on the lower deck. Highly recommend

You can’t beat the location, esp with little kids who don’t like walking for too long 😂 beach was literally steps away, and this property had everything you needed, for play, for cooking, for comfort. The only tiny complaint we had were the pillows (they were all super flat, lumpy) but otherwise Everything was perfect!

My sisters and I bring our kids to Topsail every summer and this was our best stay yet! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and two bins waited for us with sheets towels, spices, paper towel… everything you could think of. The location is perfect and we enjoyed nights and early mornings on the beach. The host was the nicest, most responsive host I have ever communicated with. I can’t recommend this property enough!

This was our third stay here and there's a reason it's our favorite place in Surf City! Fantastic location - directly across from Beach Access 5 (the good access location - no stairs, so it's easy to haul everything to and from the beach), across from the playground, and a super quick drive to restaurants or over the bridge for groceries, mini golf, etc. Plenty of space for everyone, fully stocked kitchen, multiple decks, ocean view, always clean. Sean is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. Also worth noting - my husband had to work on this trip, so the upstairs office space came in very handy. None of us were ready to leave today!

The home is one street from the beach with a great view of the ocean. The house has everything we need to have a great vacation. Sean is easy to get in touch with if anything is needed. A group of 8 of us stayed here for my husband’s 50th birthday, and it was the best vacation we’ve ever had! The property was absolutely perfect in every way from location on the island to the amenities available! Sean, the owner, went out of his way to make our stay magical! I cannot say enough good things about this place! This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and we've already booked for next year. The condo was super clean and well stocked. The location is perfect, with a gorgeous view and super short walk to the beach. The Donahues are wonderful hosts with great communication!!

This is a great property in an equally great location. It is upgraded, well maintained, and well equipped. Laundry and dishwasher detergent, dish washing liquid, toilet tissue, trash bags, and hand soap all provided. Well equipped kitchen and a closet full of beach chairs and toys. Sean stayed in contact with me from pre-arrival to checkout and provided me with all the info I needed. We will most definitely look to this property when we are planning a return trip to Surf City.

Everything about this place was just wonderful. Great location- sitting on deck watching by to ocean, sleeping to sound of the waves. Home lets in ton of natural light, is airy, tastefully decorated, kitchen well organized. The house had everything we needed. Sean is an incredible host- so thoughtful and easy to reach. This rental felt like home the moment you walk in, it was bright and cheerful. My family felt at home . The house was well stocked and was thankful for that. Sean ws just a message away and that was a huge relief. I like that the property manager came and talked to us as we were getting ready for check out, i loved the personal touch. This was my first time renting a house for vacation and i hope my future rental will be as great and as easy as Sean made this experience. Thank you for the vaction of a life time.

I’ve visited Surf City (Topsail Beach) many times and this place is a gem. It’s spotless, has perfect beach access and the owner is responsive and incredibly helpful. Lots of extra touches like the availability of beach chairs and other gear and a welcome tote with supplies. I will go back!

This was our first time to Topsail and we lucked out and selected the best property to experience the island! Whether watching the sunrise and set every day, spending endless hours on the uncrowded beach, or just relaxing in the house, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for our family. The house has everything you could need and the owner is responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Topsail.

Our first time on Topsail. Surprise for my husband's 70th birthday. This place was perfect. First thing you see when you walk up to the top floor is the sea. Just what I was looking for. This unit was bright, clean and perfect for the 7 of us. The owners are easy to communicate and made the move in/move out extremely easy. They are generous, kind and truly care that you have a great time. We hope we have the chance to stay here again.

We love this area and this property. We stayed last year for 2 weeks and loved it so booked again this year. Beautiful views nice comfortable rooms and great decor. It really makes you feel at home. We had the most incredible time! Sean was so helpful with questions from the moment of booking through the day of check out. The location is perfect! The beach access even had a ramp so we could easily wheel the wagon full of three kids stuff down there. Pool was a great place to cool off in the afternoon. The sunrise/sunset views can’t be beat! Sean was even kind enough to reach out and let us know that the rehab hospital was going to be releasing ten healthy sea turtles back into the ocean during our stay. We were able to see that in person and it was so cool! 10/10 would recommend for families or groups of friends! Thanks for being such an awesome

What a perfect long weekend in Surf City! The property was spotless and very well stocked & organized. We didn’t cook, but had we wanted to, we would have had everything we could have needed. Fantastic location, such easy access to the beach and only a mile or two from lots of different restaurants. Sean’s communication was excellent and I really appreciated him taking the time to reach out both before our trip and during to make sure everything was going well. Also, having linens included was so convenient! We will definitely be back for future Surf City trips!

This place is a small slice of heaven. Very clean, super well stocked, tastefully decorated, and best of all the ocean views, sounds and access make it worth every penny. Wilmington is close enough for a quick drive. The host was so helpful and accommodating. Our family will have beautiful memories of our first Thanksgiving on the Carolina coast.

We have stayed at this property twice and I can say with confidence that it will not be the last time. The property is just as described, but the pictures cannot do it justice. Beautiful home with and excellent view. We watched the dolphins daily from the balcony. We would highly recommend this home to anyone heading to Surf City.

I contacted Sean , the owner of the property and he was so helpful and personable that I felt I had made a new friend .We were not disappointed when we opened the door , everything was just as wonderful as we had hoped it would be .It was wonderful to have my daughters and grandchildren all together in such a beautiful place .We will definitely rent again from Sean , he goes above and beyond for his guest.I can't wait to go back to Surf City , the beach is just beautiful and if you like to relax and watch the sunset and rise , this place is for you.Fondly , Kathleen and Joe
