This was such a wonderful place to stay during move-in weekend. So comfortable and relaxing after a long drive and the craziness of moving our daughter into her dorm. The owner was great about answering my questions and my husband wants to stay here again when the opportunity presents itself.

The hosts have the most perfect living arrangement in Springdale, AR, and vacationers who choose to stay at their Bungalow are in for a pleasant surprise. We brought our 16 and 10 year old kids and they uttered not one complaint about the accommodations, and in fact they enjoyed it (especially the neighboring chickens)! You're conveniently located to all things NW Arkansas, but you get the luxury of a removed, quiet location (you feel like you're out in the country) in an adorable, well-cared for home. The hosts are gracious, communicative and responsive. Treat these folks and their properties well; they're what we need more of in the vacation rental domain!

We had a short visit; however, this bungalow, in such a tranquil setting, was a breath of fresh air. My husband and I stayed here with our daughter and granddaughter while visiting family in the area. The house was clean and accommodating. We loved the trees and songbirds so much. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and peaceful retreat.

This was our very first time in Arkansas and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! We were there primarily for the Auburn-Arkansas football game and booked an additional 4 days to visit the area. We visited War Eagle/Rogers, Devil’s Den SP, Eureka Springs and Crystal Bridges/Bentonville. It was fantastic to have such a wonderful place to return to each evening to relax and prepare for the next day’s activities! Nice size bungalow to spread out in since this was our last major stop on a 3-week road trip and we needed to unload all items from the car and repack. Leslie is an outstanding host and the bungalow was clean and comfortable. If we’re ever in the Northwest Arkansas area again we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Stunning Bungalow
The house was meticulously clean, and extremely comfortable for our family. The property was right in the City with a Country feeling, secluded woods around it. A lovely Gazebo porch in the back with a small fenced in yard. We will definitely book with them every time we come to visit in Arkansas. Very nice Owners to work with. It was a 5 Star experience!

Such a cute house. We were a big group of freshman parents that came in to see our kiddos. It was a great place for being able to cook some yummy home cooked meals for our kiddos! Plenty of space with great amenities! We will definitely come back and stay at this property, we loved all the land and the open space!

Highly Recommend
We enjoyed our stay very much. The Barnett Bungalow is clean, cozy and off the beaten path. Everything was as described, and Leslie is a great host and very helpful. In fact, we ended up leaving part of our bike rack in the garage and Leslie was very helpful getting that quickly returned to us. Highly recommend!

The bungalow was such a lovely property. It's on a secluded road with a well-kept lawn and pretty porch. There's a nice gazebo in the back for alfresco dining or happy hour. The house is really clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms have plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals. The house is near a main road and close to Arvest ballpark and not far from Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas. I highly recommend it!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying here. The home is spotless and beautiful. It was so peaceful and quiet; we didn't want to leave! It was a great location for exploring the area.
