We had an amazing stay!! We love Rosemary Beach! From the ocean view to the quaint boutiques and cozy home—we loved every moment of this trip!

Couldn’t have been better as the location was in the center of Rosemary. It was very clean, the owner had available all condiments, it was well equipped, and was the perfect size. Great views and short walks to restaurants. Had some difficulty understanding where the lockbox for the key was in the dark but the property manager walked me through it in short order. (I was mistaken on which door was being referred to as the front door.) We don’t usually repeat as we like new places, but will probably go back to this one every anniversary. We loved loved loved it.

We loved the location. Upon arriving and parking in the designated parking spot, we realized that the only way to get our large luggage inside the unit was to drag it around to Main Street (via a small alley or going all the way around the other side of building to avoid the alley). The rear access forces you to go up stairs that leads to the unit below yours, cross over it and then continue up via an outdoor metal spiral staircase that would not be safe for small children or elderly people. I was uncomfortable using it for just general trips back and forth to beach so we mostly used the front and walked around back to our car when needed. The front access is perfect, but you can’t park there. Using the front there are 42 Stairs every time you come and go. We loved that we got a great workout! We didn’t mind it except for dragging luggage in and out, but for a family with young children, I would not do it. It needs a refresh; we saw on line that the bottom studio unit had been redone so maybe the owner will plan on that soon. This unit has tons of potential but also needs some attention to detail in the way of cleanliness. Location is worth the issues (if you are physically able). Lastly, and not least of all, communication was stellar! “Mgmt” went above and beyond to help us when we needed it and we were very grateful.

We loved staying so close to everything and right in the center of Main Street. As long as you know going in that there is no elevator, it's worth it for the location! There are front and back stairs which I though were very convenient depending on where you were going, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The icemaker was fast and plentiful which was so nice! Plenty of room for a family of 4!

Property location is very good, close to everything and steps from the beach and restaurants. However, the drawbacks are that the unit needs some refreshing and the top penthouse unit is 2 long flights of steps up (not ideal for seniors or young kids). Also it is pretty noisy at night and garbage pickup came at 6 am and there are no blackout blinds so if you have young kids like us, they are up at 5:45 am when the sun is up. It also would have been nice to have more basic supplies like garbage bags and paper towels given the rental price.

Great location, had everything we needed.

It was a great getaway for my husband and I. Great location , downtown Rosemary! All the night lofe below! We could eat out on the street, just like in Italy everyday! We even watched a wedding from our balcony. Thank you for the accomadations.

Best location, great balconies. Walk to everything. Fantastic beach. Excellent communication from the property manager. Would absolutely stay there again.

The property was excellent. My only negative is that we had to leave a day early due to a death in our family. I requested (by phone/voicemail) a potential consideration/refund, (partial or for the entire day), and never received a response. I realize that our family "emergency" may not constitute a concern for the owner, but a response would have been nice.

If you love the Rosemary Beach/30A area, you cannot beat this location. We parked our car and didn't use it again until it was time to leave. We were in walking distance of plenty of restaurants and other shops in town, and we had easy access to the beach and pools. The two decks/porches had awesome views, and you truly felt like you were part of the city. We will definitely be back!

The location can't be beat. We loved the vibe we got from staying right on main street. I even left my daughter's duffle bag in the bedroom after checkout and Jordan and Matt got it for me no problem. Will definitely stay again.

We loved the condo! Truly an amazing location! We loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony! So nice to be super close to the beach and restaurants. Tom- the manager was very responsive the one time we needed him. The stairs are as described in other reviews but were not a problem for us. Given that the condo is in the middle of everything, it was surprisingly quiet! Thanks for a great stay in beautiful Rosemary Beach!

Exceeded our expectations. Property has a great location. Wonderful neighborhood. Beach was fabulous. Property management was attentive and very helpful.

This property was better than we imagined! Beautiful views from both balconies of the ocean and the sunsets. Very quiet inside the property although we were on Main Street of Rosemary Beach. Great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We will definitely return!

We come multiple times a year to rosemary beach and this place was our favorite location and place. Only down side is the stairs. So if you have someone who can’t walk stairs, this is not the place for you but for most it’s not an issue. Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in Rosemary with views of the gulf just a staircase above Main St. shops and restaurants and steps away from the beach. With comfortable beds, nicely decorated, it had everything we needed. Would rent again.

The town home was absolutely wonderful. Great location, within walking distance to the beach and to everything else. Great ocean view from the balcony. The place was very clean and comfortable. I am sure we willbe back

My husband and I recently enjoyed several nights in this condo. We have been coming to Rosemary for years and always love the town. I like staying on Main Street because I can see the water and also watch the people bustling about town. Tom is a great property manager and very responsive.

Everything was perfect!

This property is in the perfect location! The beach is a few steps one way and the shops are a few steps the other way. Restaurants line the streets below. The balcony views are amazing!

This was the first time to Rosemary Beach for my husband and I. Never having been before we just lucked out on picking this condo one week in advance. The location can not be beat. Literally steps from the beach, the Havana Beach restaurant, shops, and Pescado restaurant off the back porch. The people watching off the front deck along with the wonderful views of the water over the western green were fabulous. The only small complaints we had was there was no furniture on the rooftop deck, so we couldn’t enjoy the sunset views in the evening; the wifi for the condo was also basically non-existent. The signal didn’t leave the living room. Tom the manager was super fast with his response to the one question we had while staying. Overall, if we venture back to Rosemary in the future, this will be the first condo I check for availability.

Very nice property in a great location for walking in Rosemary Beach!

The property was immaculately clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and all the bedding was fresh new and clean. I found it to be even nicer than the pictures appeared on the website. The owner promptly answered texts and everything was very smooth and easy. We never moved the car after parking in the reserved space in the back as everything was within walking distance. It is definitely not for folks with mobility issues as the owner clearly states. The stairs are steep. We particularly enjoyed the balcony views at sunset. Will definitely stay here again!

We had another wonderful week in rosemary. Property is located in the heart of RB with easy access to beach walkovers and restaurants. The property itself was nice. The master does not have any closet space for hanging which was odd. Otherwise all good. Thanks Tom for quick response times prior to and during stay
